My wife and I were in town for a funeral and spent two nights here. We were not given the room (wrong floor and bed size) that were described on the site we booked through, but it was nice enough. The first night was fine, but the second night was horrible! I had about 10 hours of driving ahead of me and getting to sleep was the issue! There was a group of migrant workers partying in the courtyard with yelling, laughing, and loud music until well after 3am! I spoke to the front desk personally. I even resorted to called the police! TWICE!!! We've reached out to them only to not receive a reply. We have reached out to the site that we booked through, and they also have not received a reply. Stay here at your own risk and expense!!!

Had a great time here, close to so much. Wife and I watched two baseball games across the street. So much within walking or scooter distance (those things are everywhere). Great price for the amount of space and location. This riverwalk area is so nice, feels safe, not too much litter. Everyone here has been very friendly and don’t forget to check out the cappuccino machine.

Excellent hotel. It would be great for a long term stay. Love the conveniences offered in each room. The elevator appeared to be having some work done as all the walls were covered with moving blankets. This made us nervous but were pleased when we got to the room.

Been living here for 2 years and I still one year to go, it's an amazing place to stay days, weeks, months, or years, just like me. Y reccomend this place, is quiet, calm, the staff is very gently, the rooms are always clean, furniture is in a very good condition, and the location it's perfect. You won't regret it. This place was really nice 5 years ago, but recently they stopped taking care of it. Our keys keep not working very frustrating, internet is so freaking bad as well, and you can not get your own or do anything about it. They kept increasing the rent by $100 every year. Overall, I do not recommend this place anymore.

Overall good stay, cleaning service could be better. Brandi the GM does make sure to get it right and I appreciate that. I do have to admit the unbearable stench of weed needs to be addressed…

Really first rate in all aspects. Would stay here again if in town, highly recommended! Spacious and clean suite. Two private bedrooms and two bathrooms too. Just what we needed for a short visit to Wichita to attend a friend's funeral. If we ever need hotel accommodations in Wichita again there is no question where we will stay. Even the exercise room was spotless and had what we needed for a good workout. Handy and convenient downtown location.

We had some difficulties with our booking through a third party that Shany was extremely helpful with. After 7+ hrs on the road we were so thankful for her assistance! She was professional, efficient, and friendly and became the face of Wichita for us! Thank you! The facility itself was great, very clean, spacious and cheerful. You cannot go wrong staying here!

We are franchisees for Freddy's and this hotel was recommended to us by their corporate office. The team at Waterwalk was very helpful, remembered who I was each time I called, knew the name of the team members I sent to stay there, and gave us excellent customer service! I didn't get to see the rooms, but my team was so excited about how nice their hotel was that they sent pictures! Also, the prices were unbeatable! Thank you for your hospitality!

Recently my wife and I stayed for 10 days during the selling of our house and buying a new house. We also had our dog Dino, and our cat with us. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything from a first class two bedroom apartment, to a very pet friendly staff. The property was very clean and well maintained. We could not of asked for a better experience as we bridged the gap between one house and another. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay a great experience.

We stayed at a couple of hotels during our stay in Kansas the water walk in Wichita by far the best! Trust me

I would stay at the WaterWalk again as I loved having my own kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. It's like a home away from home. The location is kind of isolated but there are a few activities/restaurants a few blocks away. Wished there were more. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy due to it not being a high busy area - except during game days. They have gated parking. There is a minor league baseball stadium which is fun to go to and just across the street. There is excellent walking path by the river across the street from the WaterWalk.

I really enjoyed our stay here. My husband is working and having a washer and dryer is beyond amazing in the room. It's really nice and better then having to stay at a normal hotel. Being able to get groceries and cook food is amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From outside to building all the way through and I to the room was spotless. I love a clean place and this was it. I will stay here again in the future.

Overall the stay was pleasant even with a baseball stadium across the street. No bar soap in bathroom and no dishwashing soap. On the plus side, room was upgraded to a two bedroom due to reserved room wasn't ready at check-in and another big plus was washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets. Would probably stay at Waterwalk in the future.

The staff is amazing. You can stay for a day or sign a lease and live here. We've lived here for a year, resigning our lease and plan to stay for a long time. The patio is amazing. It has 2 community grills and its just lovely. Everyone here including residence our so friendly! Best place in town and great prices.

Some friends an I stayed for one night a few weeks back. The staff was outstanding and were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a very nice stay. Regardless of how short it was.

Wonderful front desk service. Great service made it such a pleasant experience. Having gym access was truly useful as well. Would be great if the beer service was extended! Overall, a very good place to stay!

A beautifully appointed apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. The washer and dryer were clean and very nice. The entire apartment was very clean and comfortable. We will always stay there when we are in Wichita.
