Staff and other guest are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only complaint is wifi is slow and TV goes out when the wind blows.

I stayed for 60 days. The stay was nice and comfortable, and the price is low. The catch is that the clientele are a rough crowd, and it is reasonable to feel unsafe here. I would personally stay here again, but I wouldn't suggest it to my sister. Insects: 5/5 not a single bug sighting the entire stay Cleanliness: 4/5 Things were worn down, but clean Staff: 5/5 Friendly and accommodating. Location: 3/5 Nice and secluded, but there is a mail processing center next door and they start work at 3am. It can easily wake you up if you are a light sleeper. There is a Costco within walking distance, and a Walmart 5 minutes away by car. Family-Friendly: 0/5 I would not suggest this location to people with children or solo-female travelers. There is frequently fighting and shouting in the parking lot, and a startling number of the cars have their windows broken. During my stay, I had a naked man high or drunk out of his mind wake me up trying to get into my room, my neighbor's door was kicked in, and shots were fired. From news reports of the area, it has been much worse in the past. In other extended stay locations, they require you to have a key to get into the hallways. It is not the case here. I tried contacting corporate about this issue, but was ignored.

Haven't even slept yet and they are a disaster. $200 surprise deposit. No linens on the pull-out sofa bed, and they acted like I was the problem when I asked for some. But they said I could come and get some after they do laundry. Going to be a long weekend. EDIT Five minutes waiting at the desk for someone to listen to my issues. No towels. No cookware or dinnerware. "Fully stocked" kitchen doesnt include a sharp knife, bowl, skillet or dishwasher as advertised.

If I could, I would have given this place negative stars. In the one month that I stayed there, I had been moved between 3 different rooms because of leaks from the ceiling of the bathroom, the stove in the kitchen barely worked and the staff weren't helpful either. When I first moved in, they charged me with a 200 dollar deposit which they said I would get when I moved out but it has now been nearly a month since I moved out and after calling them a countless number of times, they have been nothing but rude to me and dismissed me without even being able to explain the situation to them. So they basically cheated me into paying extra for the bad services and horrible rooms. If anyone wishes to stay here even for a short span of time, please reconsider and save yourself the money and your sanity.

The staff there is very friendly & helpful. Misty, Sherita, Elmer and the lady whose name I didn’t get, who works on 3rd, are very nice. These people know their business and will be glad to help you out any way they can!! The rooms are clean & well kept!! Rhonda B. 9/2022

Heidi was great for my check in and Misty was awesome at check out. It was very quiet and pleasant and I also had a spot on the back side to park my truck that Heidi showed me.😀✅👍🙌🏾

The room was clean when I arrive and the bed was made. The staff is very polite and very respectful, professional and it's not hard to get towels from them like some of the other hotels or motels that I've been in as well as the bedding changed. This Extended Stay has been a great experience so far in my journey to get a new place and seems to be pretty clean and pretty cozy and comfortable. Definitely a place I will come to again if needed and lay my weary head when I'm tired 2 sleep that I deserve and that a is desired

We arrived a little after 12 midnight with my family for a quick overnight stay. I called at 6:30am to confirm my reservation and note of late check-in, spoke with Luis, he was uncertain regarding weight limits on pets. Called back around 8am was advised no concerns about pets and/or late check-in. Called back at 7:30pm Heidi confirmed she had note of our late check-in and no concerns. 12:24am we arrive the gentleman on duty states "we oversold the hotel and Heidi said to tell you we do not have a room, but the hotel across the street would get us taken care of as they're an ambridge property too." He was apologetic and stated they didnt have my contact info to call me... Two phone calls and 45 mins later we had a refund approved and a room at the Hampton for twice the cost. Thanks again Heidi for the amazing customer service, your efforts and customer service attempts were quite disappointing. Future efforts like contacting the booking company to advise, contacting the other property you've suggested to negotiate a comparable rate or at minimum left a handwritten note apologizing and explaining the situation.

Patio is a dirty and never cleaned. I would say at least half of the residents staying here smoke marijuana on a daily basis. Not only on the patio, but also in their rooms Hallways reek of dope at times.

Beds were dirty, the hallways and room smelled, and the employees were disengaged and unhelpful and hanging out with people on the job. We left literally willing to pay to stay anywhere else, and did.

If you want to feel like you are being put up by FEMA trailer room, this is the place for you. There is broken glass in the rocks, your key has to be activated every day, the amenities don't exist (keys don't work for the gym, the pool was cemented and filled in a year ago) the dishes have to be loaned out from the front desk- like they are made from gold, there is a poorly patched hole in the bathroom shower ceiling, there is burn holes in the carpet of the non-smoking room, the TV is GLUED down to the dresser top! The door strip under the main door is broken and blocks it from closing securely- but it takes 3 days for maintenance to fix. The toilets don't flush properly. There are holes in the bathroom door in the bedroom, and you can't shut off the water in the shower completely. OH, and even though they say they have "to go breakfast," it is a mini muffin, a granola bar, a single pack of oatmeal, and coffee they shut down at 9.30am, no juice or milk for kids, not fruilt or meat. I would never recommend this place. It's advertisment is nothing but false information and all you'll get is excuses. The cracks in the sidewalk make using a wheelchair very difficult to enter the front door. Which are held open by rugs or stoppers. The front desk attendant is always in the back room and never available. (minus 2-Rosemary the overnite shift and Lacey) I took pictures of everything. There have been drug deals done in the parking lot in front of the front doors. No, I don't feel safe here, especially not with my 6 months and 2 yr old grandsons.
