Let's be honest for cheap place to stay on North Broadway it's probably one of the better picks out of the bunch it's definitely not the best possible choice but considering the low price and the area it's located I'd have to say that the sunflower Inn would be on the top of of my list of places to go if I was limited to this area and little cash to spend on a room

The Inn was in great need of Restoration. Floor tiles in the bathroom were missing and coming up , The floor carpet in room 146 has multiple cigarette burns all over. The entry way door lock was difficult to operate from the inside. Bathtub had a shower head that didn't work. And for 65$ per night was just a rip off. Michael

Booked a hotel a few blocks down. But it was disgusting. Had asked for directions to that hotel from the nice lady who runs the place. That's why we ended up returning there after a stressful drive from Kansas . We were exhausted and mentally done. But she got us a room for a reasonable price. Her empathy and nice demeanor allowed us to relax. I'm thankful for her dedication and work to make us feel at home and able to deal with the next day . Give that lady a raise cuz she's the only reason we stayed there!

I stay here because its close to family and its the best for N. Broadway. It does need some upkeep but overall it's good. I do jave one complaint is the owners wife. She is rude and lazy. My toilet overflowed and i asked for a plunger and some towels and she told me she didnt know Where theplunger was and all the towels were in the washer so i would have to wait. All she had to do wasgo to a vacant room and get some towels from there. Every time i ever askher for anything she never can do it. She always has an excuse. But the husband is great and always is willing yo gix thr problem. She had been rude to my guests whereas he is quite gracious. If it wasnt for her they would get 5 stars.

The room I was given was not the cleanest whatsoever. The pillow cover had a stain on it, the bed had a couple holes in it from a cigarette, and the shower head had a leak. I informed the owner about the problems and he moved me to another room that he had just finished cleaning. This room was much better than the first but it still had a couple problems. The bathroom door did not close all the way and the front door second lock was cut off. The whole experience wasn't the greatest but I can appreciate the owner trying to solve the problems that I had with my room.

Nice room size and close to restaurants and downtown. The place is pretty quiet usually and the staff is nice.

There are alright I guess. But there a bit too expensive

Literally the worst. Have killed 4 cockroaches waiting for the taxi to get us out. Bed bugs... trash in the sink... water leaking through a hole in the sealing into a light fixture. Can't wait to get out.

The manager was friendly great service, friendly

The whole place stinks a very unpleasant odor!

The room I checked into was disgusting dirty from the toilet to the I didn't want to sit on the chairs I don't know how they be rentng these rooms out

This hotel is where I let Kevin Knapp spend the night because he was kick out of his apartment for not paying his rent and when I went to sleep he Stole a recept from super8 Hotel I stayed at in October and I was charged for two rooms .
