Great hospitality and cute. Close to downtown Wichita and lots of places to see and things to do. The history was amazing. Always owned by women. Updated heat and air but they still have the steam registers that make it unique. The food was amazing. She catered to our specific diets and farm fresh eggs.

Our church's leadership team meets here twice a month. We have been met with nothing but kindness. I have never stayed over night but would definetly consider it in the future.

Spent a month with Sherri and Keith. They are a wonderful and hospitable couple, made me feel right at home. Beware of Keith's stories, and Sherri's snacks, very addictive!

Really enjoyed my stay here while in town on business. It was close to downtown but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners did a great job on restoring the house with antique furniture and artwork. They had a great quiche for breakfast and Starbucks coffee! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Wichita.

A step back in time style house. Very friendly people and close to downtown attractions. I will be returning to stay again here. They make a wonderful breakfast if you want it other wise you are close enough to the donut whole to eat there or other great restaurants

This a wonderful mid-town location in a quaint neighborhood. The owners of this wonderful bed and breakfast are professional and in their hospitality you feel very welcomed and at home. You are able to walk their grounds and enjoy their gardens or the comfy front porch furnishings. And chances are you will spend a little time with the owners, enjoying the history of the home and the surrounding neighborhood over a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine. Highly recommend this lovely bed and breakfast!

A very charming Victorian B&B, our room was beautiful and Sherri and her husband were both so kind, they made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious (homemade yogurt with strawberries, and the best lemon-blueberry bread ever!) and we even had some snacks and craft sodas to enjoy on arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and heartily recommend the Delano B&B - we'd love to come back again soon!

Sherri and Keith were wonderful hosts during our 3 night stay! We had planned to stay 4 nights but issues at home made us leave early. The house is so interesting (its history was discussed with us during our stay)! The location was perfect! The room was so cute and very well decorated (actually the whole house is beautifully decorated)! Would love to see it during rhe Christmas holiday! Sherri's breakfasts were delicious and amazing (& I'm not much of a breakfast person)! Homemade everything!! We had a delightful time visiting with the owners and Dozer! Don't miss this little gem! We'll be back! ā¤ļø

If you enjoy relaxing on a nice homemade quilt covered porch swing with a cup of tea or glass of wine after a day of exploring then you will love this historic friendly bed and breakfast...because I did! Sherri and Keith love to talk about their town and gave me some good recommendations for my trip. Breakfast each morning was delicious coffee, orange juice, homemade yogurt with fruit and a homemade pastry of some kind, I had banana muffins one morning. Tea is always available as well as some cookies. The house is old and has all the charms of an old house like creaky floors and pipe noise but nothing annoying. I had a mini frige in my room and water was available. The house is well kept, clean and close to a lot of dining options. Would stay again if I am ever in Wichita, KS or the area.
