Clean enough compared to other motels in the class. Appreciated that the sheets were clean. But, be advised there is no microwave or amenities. Just a cheap, acceptable place to crash. I didn't worry about leaving with something I didn't want.

Easy to pass by without noticing this small Hotel especially at night with dark large parking lot. Very quiet and peaceful not much traffic in and out of the rooms. Rooms are surprisingly very large and very comfortable. Privacy & Great Rest is guaranteed at Dream Inn Motel !

Great place for a quiet clean room. The owners are very nice. They allow smoking in their rooms but they dont have that musty old smoke smell. The rooms and linens are always very clean. They are completely bug free and I have witnessed them coming to do preventative spraying. I have been a visitor and a guest and I will definitely use this motel again for future trips.

42.00 a night not really worth the money when you get in the shower there calling you saying too long of a shower.check out time is at 10:30 so why you bamming on my door at 10:00. no thank you they will never get another 42.00 from me you can’t even take a good shower and it seems like they cut the hot water off if you in there too long and calling your phone telling you to get out the shower then the water went cold so I do not recommend this room to anyone or any pet. Roaches in the refrigerator when we got up food ruined. We got this room only because it was closer to my house and my daughter needed somewhere to stay while her apartment gets ready. Oh and no bar soap and toilet paper either they must don’t offer that either good thing she had her own never seen no ice either usually rooms offer you that not this one. I would rather sleep in my car instead.

t Dream Inn motel manager had me move from one room to another where the shower drain slowly to fill up then drain the sink also do the same thing then start coming up out of it and they have bed bugs. and when I went to the manager complain about the bed bugs he kicked me out the motel at 1:00 in the morning when I complain

It has no bugs at all. Affordable n nice staff. It could use a paint job in the rooms but clean n no bugs. On Broadway that's hard to come by.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The most rude and disrespectful management I have ever encountered. The man is constantly screaming at customers for no reason and threatened to fight paying customers over a simple misunderstanding. Plumbing problems for 3 weeks straight my shower wouldn't drain so I had to take showers in phases turning the water on and back off and pipes leaking all over the bathroom all the time, so disgusting. Also extremely nosey and going wayyyy out of line giving out my personal information to random people I don't even know without my permission! I had to clean my own room. Wash my own sheets there's no housekeeping on top of everything else. I'd rather sleep outside than stay here ever again!

Hell no, owners are so rude!!! They don't maintain the place at all, you're not allowed to cook food in your room!!! Want you to use a microwave they have outside by the vending machine that also rarely works, by far the worst place in the area mainly because of the way they treat people.

There was no wifi and the tv didn't work. The owner was really rude and had an attitude for no reason. I will never return and I don't think anyone should stay in that dump!
