Stayed for one night, did not enjoy the pool, hot tub or treadmill, but looked well maintained. Parking lot though seemed small was able to get in and out easy. They had hot breakfast available and was ok. Good choices but nothing earth shattering. Rooms had fridge coffee, maker and super cold AC. Staff was friendly. If we need to stay again would use it for sure.

Better than other motels on Broadway. Price was steep, and the only thing I could understand out of the owners mouth was the room price. The showerhead was stuck in an odd position, spraying at a 45 degree angle, hitting the wall and running out to the floor.

Great rate for the room. It is a smaller motel but that makes it more quiet which I find to be a big plus. The room does come with free wifi, a microwave and a mini fridge. The tub is decent sized and the shower works well which is more than one can say for many other rooms. I reccommend the Imperial Inn.

WOW! What a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and unbelievably clean (I am fussy when it comes to clean!). The beds were so comfortable and the comforters look like they came from Macy’s. Everything was up to date and very well maintained. I’m not sure why previous reviews say the owner was grumpy. (....Maybe a previous owner???). He was just as nice as could be! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again. We highly recommend this place!

We liked the size of the room, the quietness of the hotel, and the owners dilligent effort to keep the grounds clean. He treated us with respect and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The only issue we ha was the no visitor policy. We aren't from Kansas and we're here for that reason.....to visit family. But, he also compromised on that and allowed us to have visitors during the day. Overall, a great experience. If the rooms were updated and linens were replaced, walls painted and rugs also replaced, it would be the nicest hotel on that end of South broadway.

This is like drug dealer central station!!! Disgusting place with druggies and hookers everywhere you couldn’t pay me to stay here ever again! The only good thing about this place was the fact that it is across the street from one of Wichita’s best little diners “Kelly’s Family Diner” I would definitely never recommend this hotel however I do recommend the diner across the street.

I'm giving it 1 star because they don't have the option for 0 first we were told no guests or pets, then some dude came knocking on our door at 330am asking for someone (yet I thought we weren't allowed to have guests?) And now sitting up with my bf I caught a bed bug crawling on one of my bags...nasty...

As far as cheap motels go, this one was relatively clean and reasonably priced. Thin doors and walls leave a draft and some shady characters in the parking lot make you want to double check the locks on the doors and the alarm on your car though

The rooms are adequate and will keep you warm or cool (depending on the season). Not the cleanliest place, however I have worse. The location is good as far as local entertainment, shopping is accessible, and transportation is easy enough to get to within a few feet. Overall its doable especially in crunch times.
