The house was very clean and cozy! A hidden gem.. neighbors and others not sure if it was management as I’ve seen some other reviews but got a few awkward stares and random trash outside the home.. however inside the home we felt safe and at ease. There’s a train that goes by a lot but wasn’t too much of an issue. Communication with Tim and the We R Wichita Team was great they checked on us and responded quickly as well as gave great detailed check in and check out information.

Seems like a very nice place to park in RV for a short term I did not get the prices but I would definitely say it's not a bad place if you are temporarily out of the home and need a spot lay Is your head

From my experience every time I am allowed this RV camp it always smells of delicious breakfast food in the early morning make you feel real Harmony and homely.

Came here with my husband for work. The owners were so incredibly nice and helpful for a couple of first time RVers; they’ve created a little community where we felt safe and looked out for. Living that close to train tracks was a first, but you stop noticing it after a few days! Overall if we come back to Wichita, we will be staying again!

Horrible manager and owners. Harass kids and visiting family members. Management treats the elderly with pure disgrace. I believe American disability act needs be contacted to stop the harassment. DO NOT STAY IN YOU CAN FIND BETTER PLACE .

We stayed at the RV park for 2 nights. The park manager was easy to talk to and personally handled our reservation when we ran into a problem online. She also allowed us to get a much needed late checkout. The park is located directly behind the Quik Trip, but you cannot really tell the main entrance to the RV park is thru their parking lot…so we were second guessing google. First time we entered off the street, which is the back way, which also is locked at 9pm. Lot numbers are a little hard to see but we figured it out. It would be impossible at night to figure it out, signage is needed. No issues getting in or out of our pull thru. Different amps are all on the same pole/hookup. All utilities were easy to access. Park is clean, residents were quiet, but you can hear road noise and the Quik Trip traffic. The only negative we felt we had was the water smelled like a heavy garlic/onion odor. We bought bottled water to drink, but had no issues with the shower. Will probably stay again when we need to come back to our son’s for a visit.

I stayed there for around 4 months recently. Fantastic place to stay. It's close to Spirit and Textron if you are going to work there. It took me less than 3 minutes to get to work every day. QT right next door for quick food and drinks, very friendly people and management, and a newly added gate means very little traffic and noise. Obligatory "the train is loud sometimes"... but overall an amazing place. Free WiFi allowed me to game, stream, watch TV, etc. with no hiccups. Next time I'm in Wichita, I'm going to stay here!

I can recommend for an overnight if you are looking for water, electric, and sewer if you do not mind trains. The park is in a sketchy part of town and it seems to be more of a low income long term RV park. IT DOES NOT HAVE SHOWER OR RESTROOMS.

But it is very hot but privacy and cleanliness is on the high notch.

Very nice staff. Great location. Clean park with nice laundry room. Gated, very secure.

Everyone was super friendly here and very accommodating. Wish we could of stayed longer here!

The park also has Air BNBs The house we are staying in is super nice. Great atmosphere guests are really nice and friendly. Quite park kid friendly atmosphere. It has a Quick Trip super close. The only downside is the train that goes by across the street. But that's not enough to not spend some time here.

Manager and husband are wonderful! They keep the park safe. Dog friendly. Clean. Laundry on site.

Place looks dirty. I wouldn't keep my RV here if they paid me.

I have stayed at this Air B&B Twice now and I would highly recommend the place is very clean very organized has everything you need the minute you walk in the door and they’re very accommodating

Wasn't bad for one night really noisy area lots of trains and cars going by, was by the road so kinda our fault but place was pretty packed. 40-45 a night so good price.

I stayed at this airbnb with family for my sons basketball tournament it was truly a cozy home! Nice, clean, and spacious! Definitely a hidden gem and will be staying again when I travel to Wichita.
