Establishment was clean and nicely decorated. From the smell when you walk in you can tell they make their donuts in house. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We arrived there 20 mins before closing time on a Sunday. The selection available was still very good for not having gotten there earlier. There were no sprinkle donuts available but they made one for my 5 year old. We got a dozen donuts and the price was acceptable, they also offer a military discount at this location. The donuts were good and of places we have tried so far since we moved to Wichita this place has had the best. It is rare that my kids agree on anything but they did agree on that! The only donuts I would say I didn’t care for were the Devils Food Cake and the Chocolate Chip Cake donuts. They had an somewhat artificial/too sweet flavor to them. All the other donuts were very good. Overall a great donut experience, would recommend to others and go there again ourselves.

Over priced donuts which are nothing special! 2 cake donuts 1 long John 1 apple filled cake = $15 If u want a good donut at a reasonable price, this is NOT the place. DRUBERS in Newton have great donuts for $1 to $2! No wonder they have lines out the door! Krispy Kreme is cheaper with better donuts too!

Very sad, they reopened with much higher prices and their donuts are still just ok! No longer a “Lamar’s lover for life” 6 basic donuts was $16. There are much better, reasonably priced donuts elsewhere in the city.

Nice staff, generic doughnuts. Selection at 11am was shockingly minimal. A doughnut shop that doesn't have enough doughnuts available to make a complete dozen in the middle of business hours is just plain disappointing.

My experience was hardly that. I walked in not too long before close (I’m not the kind of person to walk in minutes before closing…as somebody who works in retail I find that rude). I went with somebody else and we weren’t being incredibly quiet, or trying not to be, but nobody went to the counter to try to help us. We looked around the corner towards the back area (from what we could see on the outside of the counter) but nobody was there. There was a kid there who looked bored as he sat, but he was the only one we actually saw. We waited there several minutes, even placed our bets on how many M&Ms were in the jar on the counter, but nobody came to help us. I love LaMar’s Donuts, and since today I was on the east side of town I thought I’d try it. My advice, they have great donuts but you’ll have 100% better experience at the LaMar’s across town

Sadly the donuts were dry except for the blueberry one that was super moist and delicious.

This is a great place to grab some ‘home-style’ donuts that taste amazing. I love their regular and sugar-coated ones. The prices are a little bit higher, however, the size of the donuts does compensate.

So glad this location is open again after all the construction on the building next to them. Amazing service and tasty donuts. Donuts were a little pricey, but with inflation, not sure how much that can be helped ($2-3 a donut, but big donuts)

The good times are over. Before remodel could get a box of specialty donuts for under $20. Since remodel prices have doubled to $40. Not going back.

When they finally reopened in the new building, it's was only to have much higher prices............almost $3 for 1donut, this is NOT good. 😐 plus when we got home the texture of a few of them were a little hard. I won't be going back, very disappointed 😔 w/ this.

First, they are pricey but they are more than just “regular” donuts. I love apple fritters and theirs was as big as my face!! Literally! The bear claws were as large as bear’s paw and the cinnamon roll was gigantic! For specialty donuts this is where I go! Staff was also fantastic and made some great recommendations.

Update your hours. Your listing says you open at 5am. I planned on bringing donuts for an event. Jan 24th sat in your parking lot for a while. Still we’re not open at 5:30am

Opened up an hour late and didn’t acknowledge our effort in the fact we waited since 6am and had a schedule, acted like they really didn’t care at all. Just a reminder why we don’t come here really, winchells half the price and equal if not better quality doughnuts.

Came in at 8am on a Monday. They are out of chocolate glazed. Woman says she sold 5 dozen early this morning and I was out of luck. Poor management, poor attitude, would never come back here again!

Ms Maleeka was amazing i made a door dash order and it wasnt confirmed after 30min at west 21st location so i called n got the nastiest manager there. I called the 31st n Rock rd location where Ms Maleeka answered n she was a total angel even went above and beyond and delivered my order. and this is why 31st n Rock rd is the best. Thank u for making my meeting a success❤❤
