Interior clean. Server behind counter polite and wore gloves. Food lukewarm. Rice dry. Root beer dispensed from diet coke fountain.

What a waste of money. You have to pay extra if you want the shrimp; however they will only give you 4-5 pieces of shrimp and then will give you a big spoon of onions and red peppers! I asked the lady to add a couple more pieces of shrimp and remove all the onions and peppers. She told me that she couldn’t spare me anymore shrimp??? I told her that she wasn’t sparing me anything because I was paying extra for it. This is the craziest thing that I’ve ever heard. After tasting their food, I wished she would’ve spared me by not serving this gross food.

Ordered some take out and this is what i came up with, not even half scoop of CC, not utensils, called customer services to make the complain 😑, didnt let me talk said they are short on utensils and the serving is what it its, when i told them what a customer services they have he just hung up on me hahaha, not recommended at all, 5 less customers

Wonderful, Clean and Delicious Presentation of their Buffet. Our food was Hot and Fresh and cant wait to come back. Inside was refreshing. Usually went through drive thru.

Ordered food for my staff on 12/11. When we called to tell them we were on our to pick it up they informed us their cook didn't show up for his shift so they can't make our order. No big deal, we just requested a refund. Now as of 12/30 we have called 5-6 times because we haven't received the refund and everytime we get a manager on the phone they tell us the General Manager needs to approve it but he is never around. Not sure what type of place won't refund money on an order they couldn't make but this is getting insane.

I hadn't eaten there for about a year and I ordered orange chicken and fried rice bowl. That was the flattest tasteless food I've had in a long time. You need to remember to season your food. I wouldn't recommend that garbage for anybody. 1/14/2023 I went by Tonight... Stockton at about 5 minutes after 9:00 p.m. door was closed could not get in no sign on the door saying that they were closed or anything. I looked on the website and it said they close at 9:30. everybody inside was standing around laughing and joking and having a good time so I guess they closed early... not quite sure why they keep this place open. they can't find good help it's kind of a waste of money for the franchise owner which I assume that's what it is

I recommend the : -orange chicken (10/10) -honey shrimp ( 7/10) -beijing beef ( 8/10) -fried rice ( 7/10) - the noodles (5/10). was dry the only reason I give this place three stars is because they made us wait more than fifteen minutes and the place wasn’t even crowded at all.

Never in my life have I been treated with so much disrespect- we waited 30 minutes for some beef and broccoli- at the 20 minute mark one worker came out to give food to someone else and she said it would still be another 6 minute wait. We asked why when it had been 20 minutes already. She rudely said that “they had other stuff to make” and walked off. When we arrived we were the first people in drive thru and only 1 car in the parking lot. We get our food and as we are pulling off they forgot my other entree, we went back and the same worker had an attitude when I said “we waited 30 minutes for our food and couldn’t even get the correct stuff?” She and the other girl co-worker laughed, put the correct food in my box and smirked while sarcastically saying “sorry about that”. We will never come here again, absolutely atrocious.

Ordered my food on the online app. Said it would be ready in fifteen minutes, so I waited 25 minutes because I understand places are busy. Got there and waited another 20 minutes! Unacceptable service

Orange chicken was extremely spicy to the point I couldn't eat it. Water was flowing from the ceiling all over, by the food, from the sign, by the drive thru... Staff said they were taking precautions to prevent contamination.

I liked Orange Chicken and rice, food tastes good and service nice … cleanliness can be improved

WORST food no flavor at all the noodles taste like nothing and are dry the beef and broccoli had very little flavor the crab rangoon had no flavor other than fried oil the egg rolls was so nasty my boyfriend almost spit it out the soda is nearly flat even down to the Fortune cookie it was flavorless. pretty clean inside aside from the full trash can and unwiped tables and drink area. not very busy at all but there are 5 employees standing around doing nothing but talking and 2 working. Also What kinda Chinese place has sweet and sour in sauce packet it sucked too. It did have a little flavor though. this place was an extreme let down kinda makes me not want to go to any other Panda Express really shouldn't even get one Star Corporate needs to go have a meal here.

I went after about 2 years and tried to eat here again. The noodles were dry and no taste at all. I definitely will not be going here again.

I ordered chicken and beef. It had zero beef.. and the chicken was 90% fried batter and 10% actual chicken. The "beef" just felt like a bunch of seasonings smashed together. Experience over all was horrible. I will not be coming back.

how the hell can ppl enjoy this place? like i wanna know i tried it for the first time a few days ago because i hear oh its soo good so i tried it spent 7.50 ish idr the exact price for beef and broccoli and white rice well the broccoli looks like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for a few hours the beef was way chewy and it was salty af the rice was mushy not fluffy im sorry but id rather go to the chinese place around the corner from me and pay less for better quality

Closed on a Saturday at 9:00 pm instead of the documented 930 pm. When attempted to walk in the door was locked and the employees just stared at us. Absolutely horrible. I hope no one eats here again as the servers are going against policy and closing early. Would have gone through the drive thru but was afraid my food would have been spit in based on the disgusting looks the servers gave us. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

The Basura of Chinese food... I ordered Scallion Chicken and Chicken Fried rice and got neither. Not sure how hard this is but it was apparently hard for this place. I cannot recommend Panda Express...

Loved it. Newly remodeled and kept up nice. They actually had everything available not like many other pandas.

I live in Salina ks for a while for Texas so It's hard fine that same taste. What I mean they have same universal way on make there dishes, but the personal that make which add there personality to it is what make it taste different. So on that this I found gave that same feeling as when I use to eat back in Texas!

This was my last time trying this place, the last 3 times it has been terrible. Used to be really good a year or two ago. Cold food, always in a hurry to get you out of the drive thru, even cut off one of my orders. Need undercover boss in that place to figure out what is going on.

Hit and miss. I've had times where food is good and portions are appropriate, other times where I get bottom-of-the-pan helpings that are cold and lackluster. I order broccoli and beef, I get broccoli and broccoli. Its like eating at a buffet with the exception that they serve you. Consistency goes a long way.

Rice was bland and burnt. Broccoli Beef was 2 slices of beef and a bunch broccoli.

I always have enjoyed their orange chicken. It is so delicious! I get the plate, usually with super greens. They always give you large enough portions. I struggle to eat everything. The place always appears clean. The staff are always very nice.

I don't feel this is up to code. The food always tastes like fish/old oil. Esp the fried rice. I get stomach aches. I'd presume it isn't kept clean nor up to code. This is by far the WORST Location. This is countless times of horrible food quality.

Panda Express used to be my go to for take out Chinese. Now I'm considering never going back, last 2 times I've been in it was at least an hour before closing time if not more, ended up having to pick what was left on the Food line, Which was not very much to pick from, I don't understand why an hour or more before closing time they will not make a fresh dish, the first night was disappointing the second night was just disgusting,skimpy portions of leftover food barely warm....very SAD! You all have dropped the ball on quality food...

Poor assistance. In-Charge night employee (K/C/hristina refused to turn her identifying name tag around so it was readable.) Needed assistance downloading Panda Express app, required for use with TMobile promo. Was told, "Call TMobile."

They open at 10, it's 10:15 and no food was ready. I'm a truck driver so I can't go through the drive thru and they claimed that the lobby doesn't open until 10:30. Nowhere online does it say that. The young man inside was kind enough to let me in to order but like I said, they had no food ready.
