    I would give less stars if I could. I'm extremely disappointed, before this point everything they served at braums was amazing, fresh food and everything. Tonight my grandpa was slightly rude(nothing serious just told the worker they were making the order too complicated). And I found small chewy bits of something disgusting in my sherbet icecream... I'm disgusting and I only hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

    Absolutely love this location! Last time I visited the little girl I nanny for got such a thrill from The Man behind the counter who was so kind and thoughtful. And then as we were leaving she pretended she use her straw as a wand and the friendly lady who was working in the market area pretended to turn into a frog. Best experience ever. Plus, the ice cream and food! Always fresh and always a treat! Smiles all around.

    It’s good but their chili that day… eh. The beans weren’t cooked all the way and were gritty. So I honestly couldn’t eat more than a couple bites. Spicy chicken sandwich was good tho. They keep the place clean and it’s also a nice view.

    poor cust service and horrible management. they mess up orders a lot. they are very, very slow. several times food was wrong, really bad, outdated, and overcooked, and made me sick. Just an overall train wreck there.

    These young adults were amazing. They seem to genuinely love their jobs. In a world where customer service seems to be dead, they've renewed my faith in the future of food service. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would.

    Never again…I have been to this location many times, and many times walked away very disappointed with the food or service. I have dealt with the manager two different times, both times being met with defensiveness and a major lack of customer service focus. I went this afternoon to get two orders or fries to go with my Freddy’s burgers, as I don’t care for the shoestring fries at Freddy’s. I was initially given two orders that were barely warm and had clearly but put in the fryer to reheat them. I came back around through the drive up lane and asked for a replacement, which at the window I wasn’t met with “I’m so sorry they were not good” or “sorry for the trouble”, it was a direct “you’re going to have to wait two minutes for those”. So I waited, was given two new order and assumed they had corrected the issue. When I opened the bag they were not crispy and golden brown, they were barely warm, darker brown, and limp. I waited to eat my burger before heading back and when I returned and asked for a refund I was met with “we made them fresh for you”, no questions about what was wrong, no statements of I’m so sorry you’re not happy, just defensiveness. The young lady at the drive through borough over another young lady that told me again that they were made fresh, and that they were just fine. Nobody looked at the returned fries, nobody offered a solution, nobody cared! I was asking for a refund and the 2nd young lady said they can’t give me a refund without a receipt. I was so frustrated and told her I was here just an hour ago! I shared that the young man standing there ran my card. She just repeated she couldn’t give me a refund. I was so angry at that point, I couldn’t believe it was being handled this way and I as a customer was getting handled this way. She and her snippy drive through attendant need training in customer service, and on how to change the oil. Those fries and the service was horrible. Never going back!!!!

    Everything was great about this location. They allowed me to customize my sundae and made suggestions as she made it. The combination of items in the sundae made it one of the best ones I've ever had.

    Food is always fantastic, however the service seems slow. Only two people working. And the atmosphere was kind of blah. There was a snowstorm that night so maybe that contributed to the gloominess.

    A breakfast icon of my childhood is a shell of itself. These days the food is pathetic and the the staff let it be known they would rather be anyplace else . I used to consider braums breakfast the best fast food breakfast in town. Now my recommendation is avoid food at any cost here. Ice cream is still on point

    I think this one of the cleanest Braum's I've ever been in. The bathroom needed cleaned but the kitchen and lobby was very clean!

    This was my first time going to braum’s. I tried their limited time chicken sandwich but wasn’t impressed as it was cold. The fries were good though. Despite not being impressed by my sandwich, the ice cream was a different story. It was absolutely amazing. I decided to try one of the seasonal options (hot chocolate).

    I had a 1/4 pound cheese burger. It was very good. I also had some kind of strawberry mixed icecream cone, yum yum. Very friendly and helpful staff here. Kiddos had chicken fingers, which were very good.

    USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) should surprise visit and shut them down. I'm getting ice cream and wish I went through the drive thru so I wouldn't know where this was made. What happened to Braums? It used to be my favorite burger place growing up....

    Breakfast leaves flavor to be desired. Ice cream and frozen yogurt are delicious and very affordable. Grocery items are consistently solid.

    My husband and I walked in tonight to get a banana split after dinner. As we were waiting in line, we noticed that not one staff member was wearing gloves. The person behind the counter coughed into his hand then proceeded to grab the ice cream scoop with it after. Another staff member was holding an ice cream cone in her bare hands. No napkin around the cone. We were so grossed out that we walked out. No thank you. You need to get your staff trained on cleanliness and hygiene.

    I started going to Braums in Derby 30 years ago. No matter where you go, they have always had great milk shakes along with having the best deals on dairy products.

    This wa the first time I have eaten here. Prices are reasonable. Everything I had here was good. Friendly staff. Clean store. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

    I really dont know whats going on bt this was a good braums. Some young kid working back there cant even take the simpliest orders. Felt bad for him. Bt only bad until i got home and tasted my malt. Dude it is really not hard to make a chocolate malt. I make them at home all the time. How i got home w a mint chocolate shake is beyond me. No malt. I never asked for mint thats repulsive cups soaked w ice cream. My cup was broken as well. I confirmed what i ordered more than 5x. Still wrong ya. Im not happy

    The ice-cream is really good. I love the fact that there is ice-cream that is not sweetened with sugar but stevia. My son also has a lactose sensitivity and being an A2 milk he is able to have milk.

    Simple Braum's location. The employees were nice and tried to help with the better deal by offering the next size up for my ice cream, though honestly the price wasn't the problem it was the quantity - I just didn't have the heart to say so. They had plenty of staff to help keep the place clean and keep the line moving.

    A really good burger I had. The price was amazing and that sauce was terrific. The milk shakes are out of this world good.

    The food was amazing but this was absolutely the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've even been inside of. We were there around noon on Sunday and upon our arrival only two other people were there but the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. All of the tables were dirty. The condiment station was covered in crumbs and dried sauces. The floors were filthy with food and trash. Dried chocolate ice cream on the booths. I understand places are short staffed, but cleaning should still remain a priority. If I were the manager of this Braum's I would be very embarrassed.

    Terrible. I ALWAYS have to "pull forward " to wait for my order. Even when there is no one behind me in the drive thru. Today I went through at 8:50ish am (no one ahead or behind me). Got the wrong sandwich. Ordered a Spinach and Mushroom bagel a large ice tea, and a #1 breakfast with a diet pop.. they gave me a combo or spanish bagel instead. So I go back about an hour later (after my appointment). They make me a new sandwich. I get home to find a luke warm pathetic excuse for what should be a bagel sandwich. That I once again had to "pull forward" to wait for (and once again no one was in line behind me!) Took the sausage and egg off ate half of it tossed the rest in the bin. I'm so tired of the quality of my favorite places going so far down hill. The location atc37th and Rock Rd used to be the worst location, but this one is starting to be just as bad. Dose this look like what they are advertising? Yeah I didn't think so either.

    Drive through processes was very slow and my order got messed up and had to drive back around. Simple order and hard to screw up. They appeared to be understaffed but it's hard to find good service these days cause the kids don't really want to work. There ice cream and milk are always good, no complaints there.

    The place was clean, Their was laughter in the air from other customers, The employees were well put together they were swift and smiling. The milk was good and so was the ice cream. I will return and thanks for a positive experience with quality products!
