Never
again…I
have
been
to
this
location
many
times,
and
many
times
walked
away
very
disappointed
with
the
food
or
service.
I
have
dealt
with
the
manager
two
different
times,
both
times
being
met
with
defensiveness
and
a
major
lack
of
customer
service
focus.
I
went
this
afternoon
to
get
two
orders
or
fries
to
go
with
my
Freddy’s
burgers,
as
I
don’t
care
for
the
shoestring
fries
at
Freddy’s.
I
was
initially
given
two
orders
that
were
barely
warm
and
had
clearly
but
put
in
the
fryer
to
reheat
them.
I
came
back
around
through
the
drive
up
lane
and
asked
for
a
replacement,
which
at
the
window
I
wasn’t
met
with
“I’m
so
sorry
they
were
not
good”
or
“sorry
for
the
trouble”,
it
was
a
direct
“you’re
going
to
have
to
wait
two
minutes
for
those”.
So
I
waited,
was
given
two
new
order
and
assumed
they
had
corrected
the
issue.
When
I
opened
the
bag
they
were
not
crispy
and
golden
brown,
they
were
barely
warm,
darker
brown,
and
limp.
I
waited
to
eat
my
burger
before
heading
back
and
when
I
returned
and
asked
for
a
refund
I
was
met
with
“we
made
them
fresh
for
you”,
no
questions
about
what
was
wrong,
no
statements
of
I’m
so
sorry
you’re
not
happy,
just
defensiveness.
The
young
lady
at
the
drive
through
borough
over
another
young
lady
that
told
me
again
that
they
were
made
fresh,
and
that
they
were
just
fine.
Nobody
looked
at
the
returned
fries,
nobody
offered
a
solution,
nobody
cared!
I
was
asking
for
a
refund
and
the
2nd
young
lady
said
they
can’t
give
me
a
refund
without
a
receipt.
I
was
so
frustrated
and
told
her
I
was
here
just
an
hour
ago!
I
shared
that
the
young
man
standing
there
ran
my
card.
She
just
repeated
she
couldn’t
give
me
a
refund.
I
was
so
angry
at
that
point,
I
couldn’t
believe
it
was
being
handled
this
way
and
I
as
a
customer
was
getting
handled
this
way.
She
and
her
snippy
drive
through
attendant
need
training
in
customer
service,
and
on
how
to
change
the
oil.
Those
fries
and
the
service
was
horrible.
Never
going
back!!!!
