This is the first time I’ve been to Chili’s in several years. I ordered the sirloin steak with shrimp, both were good. The meal came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The broccoli was bland and needed to be cooked a little more. I did not care for the potatoes either as they were lukewarm and had a slightly sweet flavor. The service however was excellent. Our server told us she was training, but you never would have guessed it. She was attentive, polite, and did a great job.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Chili's for doing a great job despite several staff members calling in. Despite being rushed the staff were friendly and professional. Brayden is an amazing server and the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Good job guys.

Absolutely terrible service. The manager couldn't manage a porta potty. Absolutely a joke. Server never came back not even to bring silverware multiple tables walked out. Ribs were trash worst ribs I have ever ate in my life. Do not go here if you expect to have your drink refilled or your order to even come out. When I asked to speak to the manager he was hiding in the back and had been for at least 15 min. One of the waiters came out lied to my face and said he was the manager.

The staff is absolutely hands down some of the best I’ve encountered in some time. Interacted with multiple people and they were extremely polite. Amazing manners. Attentive service and fresh food. Much appreciated!

Service wasn't good and you weren't busy. We went at 11 on Sunday. Waiter didn't even come back and ask if we wanted more to drink. He also was so shy you couldn't hear him talk. He also didn't come back and tell us to use the pay thing. We never saw him after our food was delivered

We as a family love Chili's. It's a great place to eat out with more than 4 people and not break the bank. HOWEVER this Chili's by Cabela's really let us down. We went on black Friday of this year, a normally very busy, profitable day for any establishment. We waited till mid afternoon when there wasn't such a rush, so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We were quickly seated, but then waited for about 5 minutes for our waitress to come see what we even wanted to drink. We'd picked our food by then so we went ahead and ordered everything at the same time. We got our drinks quickly and our chips and salsa, but then it took another 15 minutes to get my kids salads and my husband chili, which was spoiled itself or had an ingredient that was spoiled. It was awful. After getting those we waited another 15 minutes to get our food. Another waitress brought our main dishes. We asked that waitress for a side of mustard. Didn't bring it. Our waitress finally after we were halfway done with our meal finally walked by but didn't even check to see if we needed anything or if the food was okay. We finally had to flag her down to get the check, to which she was extremely irritated we were paying and tipping in cash instead of a card which meant she had to stop and actually help us instead of us using the table side tablet. She brought us the check and forgot our boxes, so we had to ask again for boxes and it took ANOTHER 5 minutes just for the boxes so we could go. It was RIDICULOUS. I don't know if she was new, or just didn't care, but it was the worst service I've ever had at Chili's.

Could have been better, put in an online order but when trying to run the payment it kept falling and had to call the restaurant to put in an order. The food itself was definitely lacking especially in the seasoning department, along with no condiments being provided with the food for the order of fries with the old timer burger. Of course better portions would be better especially since the amount of food provided was not a great value. With the staff the experience was a bit lacking as they really weren’t interested in talking to the customer when placing the order.

Excellent place to go! As a F&B Manager I am very "critiquey". Our server (can't remember her name to save my life) was phenomenal! She did great at reading the table and knowing exactly when to come over to the table. She was playful with my son and patient with my husband who showed up almost an hour late. (As it approached closing time) The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. The food was excellent! If you go, you must try the skillet cookie! (I ordered dessert before my entree, it's that good) We will eat here again very soon and I 100% recommend!

Terrible experience simply picking up a To-go order. When I called to get an update, the young lady that answered (Alexis) hung up on me. Extremely rude when she finally came to deliver the food. Not an ounce of customer service.

Food was ok. Fajitas was not the best or worst we have had. We have jad it before and it was great. Had a coupon for free cheese dip but expired on Jan 5...asked if they coukd honor...blunt no ...didn't check with manager. It was out by a few days. Many restraunts give. you some grace time ...they made a mango daiquiri...just a glass of ice.

So disappointed, had an expected 15-minute wait, down from 25. We were seated and presented with menus, then sat there for 20 minutes without even a drink order or a stop from the wait staff. The people after us were seated and served. We turned on the "call waiter" button on the table display and waited an additional 5 minutes, nothing, with 2 waitresses in the area, neither even looking at us. We got up and left.

We absolutely recommend going to the one on the west side instead! That's where we go usually. However for our dad's 80th birthday we went to this one. Not only did the wait to get a table take forever after we called ahead to tell them we had a party of 9. Then they told us they couldn't put the tables together and separated our party. Surprising how today they had to sets of tables pushed together when they couldn't a week before. And no they didn't even have anybody sat near us that it would have been an issue. In fact the two tables together right now are the exact two tables they sat us at before! The manager on duty avoided coming to talk to us at all costs while we were there! Literally making eye contact and walking the opposite way! Driving all the way across town to sit at the same table as your dad on his 80th birthday would have been better. Don't go to this location! The server was amazing though!

Great overall experience. They did bring our food a little too quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and before we had the chance to eat them, our food was out. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine, so I was a bit frustrated. However, our waiter was really great. He said he was new, but still was very attentive and hard working. After our meal, he even offered us to-go cups for our sodas. My husband and I really appreciated that! I recommend this location. We love Chili’s and go often to the West side location. It was our first time visiting this location, but we were quite pleased with the experience.

Ordered a buffalo salad. Server said good choice except for the cottage cheese? There wasn't cottage cheese listed on menu. Got about 1/4 way thru the wilted salad and found a wadded piece of napkin. Server was like I can get manager. I said no please take off the bill. Never offered to get me something else. I have never been to a Chill s and I won't go back.

We are trying to figure out why there is a 10 minute wait when there are multiple tables available. We are literally sitting and waiting on a table....for more than 10 minutes already. Normally, they have decent food and staff but tonight they are just off.

No staff when we entered building. Waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to show up to seat us. Ordered our drinks right away. Other group that came in after us got their appetizers first. A third group arrived and got their drinks before us. Ordered when waitress came back. Appetizer of chips and salsa came out relatively fast then we went through our drinks before meal came out. My fajitas vegetables were chopped large and not really usable in the small tortillas that were hard. Waitress filled up our drinks once but never returned to ask about our meals so I couldn't ask for new tortillas until she was asking if we wanted to go boxes.. husband and I had our first date at a Chili's so we'll probably never give up the franchise but we'll not be returning to this location.

Honey chipotle chicken 🐔 crispers, followed by giant hot cookie 🍪 topped with vanilla ice cream 🍨 and fudge… this is the way!

It was really good food. Service was fast. Waitress was on it the whole time..attentative . The portions are good size. I had the Sante Fe burger. As you can see there were lots of jalapeños.

Wait staff was good. However our steak was really. Really tough. Took it home for the dogs. Very dissapointing

Love chili's not this location. Forgot 1/2 our order, go all the way home then returned. Offered coupons not a refund. Had cold fries when we finally ate.

Chili's is a very good place. Food is always hot and fresh. Wait time was about 30 minutes. The guacamole we got tasted ok but just tasted different too. The salsa we got was spicy & did not like it. My chicken crispers were hot and fresh. The loaded mashed potatoes were ok but they weren't very loaded which was disappointing.

The NE Wichita Chili's is great! The food is ALWAYS wonderful; but I'm interested in how they shine concerning their carry-out orders. When they give you a time your order will be ready, they're spot on. More importantly though, the order's always perfect. At least I can't recall the last time an order was off. This is a great restaurant!!
