I came back after I had such an amazing first experience and was just awful. The waiter barely checked on us, waited 20 minutes for bread, and fish was pretty gross. I feel the waiter should ask if we need refills or want more bread. Seemed like the batter on fish wasn't cooked and very doughy. Made a complaint to the manager and he didn't care. Told us bread doesn't come until the meal and that's how the fish is. My fish was not doughy and gross last time. Based off the experience, I wouldn't return.

This was our first time at Red Lobster. It took us a while to decide on our order. Our waiter, Karl, was very patient with us, explaining the menu items. He was polite and kind, his manners were excellent! The food was great, but Karl was the best! He made the experience even better! Thank you, Karl!

Sat at the bar and had a couple drinks and some fresh biscuits on Christmas. The service was amazing and the people there are so kind. The bartender made me this beautiful drink too! The atmosphere was very chill.

We were in the area and had some money left on a gift card. My son enjoyed endless shrimp Monday, while I got my old favorite, fish and chips. The waiter, Kyle, was attentive and courteous, I left him over a 30% tip. Place was very clean, but very quiet, not a lot of tables. (Most likely a Monday thing.) Food was absolutely spot on and delicious, like always. Portions are great, and we always leave feeling very full, satisfied, and usually holding leftovers.

Got stuffed fish. It was 🔥. Also their bacon Macaroni is one of the best macaronis I have ever tasted.

Very good shrimp. Excellent cheesecake. Typical seafood one would expect so far from the ocean. I'm Floridian and my expectations for Florida seafood is much higher than this. Prices are outrageous for frozen seafood.

Since my husband and I were having our Thanksgiving with the kids on a different day, we decided to go to Red Lobster. As always, our food was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves and filled our tummies.

We had a great experience at Red Lobster. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Our food and drinks came out quickly and all tasted great! If you like salmon I recommend the Salmon New Orleans which includes shrimp!!! We can't wait to return!

I've visited here a few times in the last few years. I got here around 6 on a Wednesday today the service was fast the waitress was on point up until about the time to leave I enjoy the quiet but was sitting for close to 10 min before I was able to check out I had the 7 oz sirloin, topped with parmesean bacon shrimp, with baked potato and broccoli. the steak was cooked to a perfect medium, shrimp could have been in a little longer but still tasted great.

I would like to send my warmest Thanks to the night manager of Wichita's Red Lobster Towne East Square. I live out of state and have elderly parents which I frequently order meals for. On this occasion, October 7, I ordered via the Red Lobster website and the Door Dash driver was given half of my order by mistake. I explained my situation to the night manager and without hesitation; he immediately offered to deliver the forgotten items. Its people like him that goes above and beyond for their customers that generate customer loyalty. Thank You.

We went to eat here last Friday, before we received our lunch a gentleman was WOOD STAINING the dining areas and was 3 feet from us using wood stain. I am pregnant and the blatant disregard for the comfort/safety of ourselves and all the other customers eating lunch was disgusting. The wood stain he was using was in a plastic painter's cup and the smell of chemical was very, very strong. The waitress we had was great but the manager was stand offish and was almost argumentative about the situation. I asked why someone was wood staining around patrons eating and especially during lunch hour and the only response I received from their manager was "He got a late start." That shouldn't matter, no one should have to smell wood stain or any other chemical while eating lunch. I asked him if the wood stain was food safe and he could only respond with "It's water based." I told him that's not what I asked and he didn't have an answer for us. I could hear other patrons complaining and honestly this should be looked into further. They did move us upstairs but I could still smell the wood stain. We had already ordered so I told my boyfriend lets eat quickly and leave. Very disappointed in this location. Also, when I look towards the front I found it disconcerting that the manager was staring at me, mean mugging me. YOU are the one in the wrong sir. Won't be returning to this location again and have half a mind to report him and this location to the Food Safety and Inspection Service. Once again, our waitress was great and kind, the food was good but just the manager's attitude and wood staining was enough to not bring us back.

Very well maintained facility. Uses rooms and levels to create smaller dining spaces, thereby helping to keep noise levels down, a bit. Staff was attentive and competent. Food quality was typical of Red Lobster, no surprise there. The food was well-plated and very temperature appropriate. Over all a quite satisfactory visit.

Service was good, food was good. The quality and service has dwindled gradually over the years, and prices have climbed. There used to be an element of fine dining associated with Red Lobster, and now they are in the same bracket as Joe's Crab Shack, but not quite as good food.

We enjoyed our dinners! The restaurant has nice atmosphere. They are keeping some tables empty - not sure if that's because of Covid or staffing. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was really good, nice and fun.

Wonderful food and Carl was sweet n attentive! I put the crab cheese dip on top of my biscuit! Brussel sprouts best in town!

My experience with Red lobster was overall good but not completely great. Food and just atmosphere were just quite great. I did not have any mistakes made on my order or anything else. My overall exception was the service. My server would leave for more than 10 minutes at a time. Leaving me and my friend to wait until we got a bit frustrated and had to ask another server to see where our server was. This happened five times expanding my time eating in there longer than I wanted to. It's not that the environment wasn't great or the food wasn't delicious but it was just the frustration with our server that dampened our experience. Mind you not this was occurring at a moment where there was only one other table in the restaurant besides us.

Very good experience! Very prompt! I had my food in under five minutes or shortly thereafter. It was very fast. The biscuits were hot. The salad was as good as ever. The fried bay scallops were very good and hot and the broccoli was dark green and cooked just right. Restraunt is clean. My waitress was polite, courteous and very promt! Shoot, their sweet tea is as good as any! I was traveling through for work and wanted to get back on the road. I bet I wasn't there 30 minutes! Very nice! I had an extremely good experience.
