There are miles and miles of paved paths that were formerly for golf carts. If you are going to Clapp Park to walk, there are absolutely NO benches to sit on.

I had a 6:30 tee time and nobody showed up to open till almost 6:25. After she got inside she couldn't get the carts out and told us if we wanted to pay cash there would be another small delay. It was a very disorganized atmosphere but in the end we played golf.

I am so pleased that Clapp has become a park that is accessible to this community. I took my dog there for the first time on Sunday and it was lovely, there are bridges over the streams and lots of trees (none of which I appreciated when I used to golf but they make it a beautiful park).

Posed a great change to the game for me. Narrow fairways and unforgiving consequences if you're off to either side of the fairway. With water hazards, trees and shrubs on each side of nearly hole, the course posed a great challenge to golfers that are used to wider fairways and easy shots from the rough.

Course was in fair shape, not great but not terrible. The City of Wichita is closing this course August 2 to be converted into something that will, most likely not be golf related.

Way overbooked, took almost 3 hours to play 9 holes. Some people gave up and left in the middle of their round.

In some spots They are actually trying to grow some grass down there this year. what's wrong with them. Don't they know it's a golf course.

Used to be a golf course but has been transitioned into a disc golf course so theres sand traps. There are like 5 different routes to play but they don't have them marked out well yet but are planning to pour pads as they just got permission from the city. (Use the UDISC app for now) There's a creek down the middle that is full of trash but overall it's a pretty good course with a disc golf shop there too.
