    DO NOT RENT FROM HRG MANAGEMENT OR PARKE EAST TOWNHOMES. This is the worst rental company from which Iā€™ve ever leased. From start to finish, it was terrible. They never enforced parking rules (our neighbors consistently parked on the curb/sidewalk in front of our apartment) and didnā€™t keep up with the lawn care and let the grass get overgrown. Our lease ended in July and they gauged us for things like ā€œcleaning the sink and toilet - $25ā€ which I scrubbed, cleaned and wiped down thoroughly. They charged us $100 to repair ā€œdamaged carpetā€ that was actually just carpet that was disproportionately cut to the size of the room and was too small. I was going to submit a maintenance request for the carpet, but they told us in March that they would only be performing emergency maintenance requests due to Covid-19 and to stop submitting any other maintenance requests. They told my husband they didnā€™t have a phone number on file to contact us, even though BOTH of our phone numbers are on all documentation for the lease. AND they sent the ā€œfinal noticeā€ documents for the charges to the WRONG forwarding address ā€” despite us providing them with the correct one. Then, instead of following up with us via phone, they just sent the bill to a collection agency (thereby damaging our credit score) despite it being THEIR error and laziness that resulted in not receiving payment. All they care about is squeezing every penny they can out of you. Also, they advertise the pool, BUT THERE ISNā€™T ONE.

    I have been living in these townhomes for 2 years, and it has been the WORST experience ever !! My first month of living here, the hot water ran out within 10 seconds! Maintenance had to fix this issue several times !! Management is very unprofessional, maintenance does not tend to your issues right away, plus there is a maintenance man that breaks into people's homes without a work order. Susan informed me one day that I would need to pay them upfront in order to have my patio lawn cut. After informing her that I would not have any money until the following week, she then proceeds to inform me that their weed eater was broken! They have various hidden fees, they do NOT provide a grace period to get your rent paid (after the 1st, they instantly charge late fees), PLUS they no longer provide payment plans. They require you to pay $300 to reinstate your lease. I spoke with Kim a few days ago and she was extremely rude after I mentioned that I would not have a payment until the next day as it was my pay day. Her response was 'Well we can't change the date for you because that means we would have to change the date for every one else!" They require you to work with them, but they're not willing to work with the residents who are going through a tough time. They also have altered my vacate contract (the original move out date was 12/31, she altered it to 2/26), which I have spoken with other apartment companies, and they agreed that they have put me in a complicated predicament and that I should not have to require a 60 day notice on a month to month contract !! Within these last 2 weeks, I've noticed several people moving out of their homes and I do not blame them at all ! I will be making my exit shortly !! If you are considering moving into Park East Townhomes, do yourself a favor: DON'T ! They are nothing but lying, sneaky, money hungry crooks, and I would never recommend this townhome to my worst enemy !!

    Hey I have been here less than a year. I absolutely love the space. Susan the community manager is great and very pleasant to work with. She has a great additude everytime we have a interaction. Highly recommend you check it out!

    The worst possible place to live!!! Not only do you have to deal with trash management Susan is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with! She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever! The other leasing agent never knows anything!!!! So donā€™t bother asking her questions! management and maintenance enter your property without your consent multiple times without reasoning. They steal and always have an excuse as to where your property could be ā€œmaybe you misplaced it! they are disgusting! You car will be broken into! Police are here constantly performing raids! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you want any kind of privacy and treated with respect!!!

    The complex it self could be great, like I love the layout butā€¦ when I moved in the place wasnā€™t clean. The bathroom was disgusting and I was told to clean it. Didnā€™t get to do a walk through prior to moving in. Management is trash and they charge for literally everything. If coming to spray you have to set aside 8 hours to wait for someone to show and if they canā€™t get in to spray because you arenā€™t there itā€™s $100. My car has been broken into twice and when asked about the cameras I was told because it was raining that they probably wouldnā€™t be able to see anything without them even trying. Both people in the office have attitudes and come off very rude. Definitely far from my best rental experience.

    Have to say Iā€™m very impressed with Isaiah he came in access my problem and got it taken care of. Want to thank a caring person that has respect for people that he works for and not the other way around. Need more caring workers like him working for the property.

    I lived here for one year. My bathtub leaked through the floor into the living room ceiling almost until I moved out. They re-caulked it 5 times while I lived there. I spent about $500 on motels because my air conditioner was out. It costs about $2500 to move in. The dishwasher and disposal was broken around the beginning of the pandemic. They advised me this was not an emergency so although I continued to pay full rent, I did not have the amenities that I was promised upon move in. The assistant manager Susan is amazing, but overworked and so overwhelmed the move in process could not be completed without numerous interruptions and no one available to help her. Positivesā€”Susan was very friendly and enjoyable. Lots of kids live here and people are generally nice to one another. They offer a second chance programā€”evictions and poor credit is something they are willing to work with, if you can show them you are serious nowā€” which is very positive when looking for housing in this area.

    Reading all the bad reviews I am genuinely shocked. I moved in with my three kids about seven months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Crystal started a few months ago and I can already see a difference in the property. I was super glad when they decided to install security cameras. They aren't cheap and don't mind spending money to improve the property and they value our safety as residents. The office staff is good about keeping in contact & following up with any issues. Rebekah is always pleasant & goes beyond what is expected for her residents. They are appreciated. Also the maintenance staff is great about fixing things in a timely manner. I've enjoyed my stay here and plan on renewing. I would recommend parke east to anyone! They truly make it feel like home.

    These are very nice and spacious townhomes that come with natural rock fireplaces and a private back/yard patio. From the basement to the top floor, there's no disappointment to be found. There's also plenty of parking which is a plus because you'll have your assigned parking but then your friends and family that come visit will have somewhere to park as well and not have to walk super far to get to your place. It's right next door to a park, which my kids and I love. It's minutes away from shopping and restaurants, which I really appreciate. Management is always nice and professional and they're very helpful every time I go in there. It's nice not to have to remind them of my name either. The maintenance crew is professional and do a great job keeping up the place inside and out. I feel safe in this community which is important to me. Thank you Parke East Townhomes!     Lisa in the office is on of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been having issues with the return of my deposit trying to cash the check and Lisa has been so loving and understanding. She listened to me as well as trying to get this situation figured out for me the whole entire day. Ms. Lisa needs a huge raise and gifts for her customer service and attitude towards customers. Never once have I met such an amazing and sweet person that takes into consideration how others feel. This amazing woman gets an 11 in my book and I would highly recommend her and the the company she works for to anyone that asks me. Thank you Ms. Lisa for your hard work and loving heart, sense of understanding and loving energy in person and over the phone.

    The new management company has done a lot of remodels with nice upgrades to the very spacious townhomes and they look AMAZING. Canā€™t wait to see the pool open. Finally someone cares about it being repaired and used!!! Susan is still here and doing a wonderful job with making it feel like home thru the transition of all the changes!

    Iā€™ve had many bad experiences with apartments. But since being at Park East townhomes Iā€™ve changed my view on apartments now. Management/maintenance are amazing; but one in particular, which is Susan the manager, she has bent over backwards to help, communicate, and to ensure she would respond to any issues I had promptly. She works with you and she will help you anyway she can. I recommend Park East townhomes because itā€™s nice living and the amazing management. Also, it was newly remodeled and clean, when I moved in. Iā€™ve been here over a year!

    Susan REALLY helped us out when we first moved in! She's fantastic! She's great with communication, kind and understanding! Her maintenance crew is quick to solve any small issue we have had! We have held up our end of the deal, and she has too! We really appreciate her and everything she does to make our home and surroundings better! We are so grateful to be here! Our neighbors have always been kind and quick to help if we have a small question while the office is closed, and that's huge šŸ¤ We love our small community here at Parkeast.

    I want to thank Susan the property manager for always going beyond and above for my family and I. Susan helped us get approved when we first moved to wichita from Houston. Anytime we need maintenance they are fast and efficient and make sure to take care of our minor issue. Safety and rules are very important here and Susan has made sure to make it known that families and children should feel safe in their community. Iā€™m thankful for my time here at Parke east. My family loves our townhouse.

    I'm so thankful we have new management here! So far they have done a great job attending to my requests. Shout out to the office ladies for being so nice and to the maintenance crew for getting stuff done in a timely manor. I'm specially glad that management is cleaning up the place and getting rid of residents who violate the Community Rules! I highly recommend this place
