The customer service is awful I went in to get my son a pair of shoes was not greeted which is fine but they had 6 employees working and not one could help me they all stood in the middle of the store once my son found a pair he liked we walked over to one of the employees asked for a size he replied with a I ain't got it. So I walked across to kids footlocker and bought 2 pairs of shoes with the help of the amazing customer service.

I was treated unfairly when I was asking to see a shoe my size. Employee on the floor lied to me when she said she didn’t have my size but I end up finding one on the shelf my size. The employee on the cashier gave me attitude and did not wanted me to inspect the shoe before I purchase it. Awful experience and did not like the customer service they provided by multiple employees. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I’ll go else where to shop.

Ever since the old crew left the store has gone to hell, I recommend not going here. Go to either footlocker or finish line or literally anywhere else.

Went this month and customer service was way better than before. They assisted with asking what I needed shoes for and explained why the pair I bought would benefit me. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back.

Daughter found shoes here she really liked. We had to stuff them in our suitcase..

Customer service is horrible. Went there to get my daughter shoes and the little girl with the tattoo on her leg just walked away like they didn't want to sell shoes. Just a bunch of kids standing around in the middle of the store socializing.

Ordered a pair of shoes in the store and after waiting the appropriate amount of business days the shoes still aren't there. The employees do not seem to care and make it very obvious they're not even trying that hard to find the shoes in the back or see where the shoes are. Shop elsewhere, don't go to to Champs at Towne East

Must be nice to close down every month for two weeks because of someone catching Covid, IN ANOTHER CITY, and but not shutting ALL related companies down. I just dont get it. Some of the workers act like they are just there to socialize anyway

I was over at Foot Locker looking at a pair of shoes. After getting outstanding service there, they didn’t have my size, but said Champs did. So, I headed over to Champs. What a completely different experience. The sales associate was walking around drinking a drink. After waiting, I finally took the shoe to the counter and asked for my size. While I was waiting, I noticed several people come and go without anyone helping any of them. The only reason I didn’t just leave was because I knew they had what I was looking for. I would suggest going somewhere else if you’re looking for shoes and want service.
