I was very amazed at the experience here. Being from out of town, trying this place from just a drive-by. This is by no means a traditional pizza place. This is a pizza experience outside the box, and what a great concept. Your pizza is made right in front of you. From the selection of the dough, they move your pizza down the line where you pick your foundation, the sauce. From there, it moves down the line, where you pick the toppings and cheese. From there, it goes into an extremely hot, wood fired oven, and it's cooked and done before you know it. They have a great menu with speacilty pizza's or a choice of custome pizzas. There is a great meal deal called 'Take 2'. I have a large appetite, and this is more than plenty of food for under $10 for one person. You get half a pizza, a side choice, breadsticks or a salad, and a drink. This place is in a fantastic area with plenty of shopping nearby. The dining room is large, and the service and the staff were great. They also have more space on a patio with tables. This truly was a great experience and an unexpected surprise from a pizza joint. If you're in the area or traveling through, I suggest a must stop for this one of a kind experience.

It was outstanding! We were able to hop in line and order within ten minutes. Our food was on the table within another five. The food was amazing.

Update: On our visit on 8-17-18, I had to bus our own table because all of the open booths needed wiped down. So minus one star. Food is not as good as when they opened. The salad looked gross and old as it had been sitting there for awhile. Minus another star. Probably won't go back for awhile. Pretty good and pretty quick. Friendly service. One young man on the make table line should learn more about how to make a pizza pie. Sauce had taste to it and it was good. Unlike another place we visited a week ago.

Blaze is the Chipotle version, but with pizza. You select your crust, sauce, cheese, meat, and toppings. Ordering was a breeze which took two to three minutes to get moved through and down to the cashier to pay for your meal. Get your cup, fill up your drink at the drink fountain, grab a seat, and wait for your pizza to bake. The pizza was ready within 5 minutes or so. We really enjoyed the cauliflower crust. It has a great crunchy thin and crispy not doughy crust. If you're thinking about trying the cauli crust, do it, and you'll be hooked! I took a few bites from the pizza with regular thin crust and it was good also but I prefer the cauli crust over it. Enjoy your pizza!

THERE WAS NO OPTION TO GIVE THEM AN F SO I HAD TO GIVE 0NE STAR. TODAY WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN BLAZE PIZZA WHICH I BELIEVE IS THE BEST PIZZA IN WICHITA KS AND IM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER THERE BUT TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I SPOKE TO THE LADY THAT PREPARES YOUR PIZZA HOW YOU WANT ITI MENTIONED I HAVE 2 PIES THAT I NEED EXACTLY THE SAME BUT OF COURSE THERE WAS ANOTHER LADY MAKING MY OTHER PIE WHILE I WAS PAYING.SO I ASSUMED IT WOULD BE MADE RIGHT.IT WAS WRONG IT CAME OUT THE OVEN ONE PIE DID NOT HAVE PEPPERONI I MENTIONED IT TO MR STERLING WHICH TAKES OUT THE PIES FROM THE OVEN WHEN ITS READY. HE MENTIONED HE IS OWNER OPERATOR THERE BUT I FOUND OUT HE LIED TO ME. BUT SOMETHING THAT COULD BE CORRECTED SO SIMPLY WAS A NIGHTMARE THE SO CALLED OWNER YELLED AT ME TELLING ME DID THEY MAKE THE PIE IN FRONT OF ME AND I SAID ONE THE OTHER WAS MADE BY DIFFERENT LADY HE INSULTED ME GOT UPSET AT ME YELLED AT ME AND I CALLED THE POLICE TO MAKE A REPORT WHICH THEY NEVER CAME AFTER WAITING FOR ABOUT AN HOUR THERE WERE CUSTOMERS COMING TO ME AND THEY WERE ON MY SIDE HOW THAT MANAGER/OWNER MR STERLING HANDELED THE SITUATION HORRIBLY. THIS SO CALLED OWNER/MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS AGAIN OR MAYBE GO NBACK TO BASICS DO NOT YELL AT CUSTOMERS EXT. THIS SO CALLED OWNER INSULTED ME AND EMBARRASSED ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. THE REAL OWNER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE INCIDENT SINCE ITS HIS STORE.

Highly recommend for a quality fast food stop weather you’re dining in or taking out. If you’ve never been it’s an Subway/Chipotle style build your own pizza with plenty of options to cheese from. Food wise it’s the best in its class for fast food and would easily choose over Pizza Hut and friends, and that’s my humble opinion. The classic crust, after been wood fired in the brick oven, comes out with the perfect char to cooked ratio every time and can’t be beat. Building was always clean and tidy and has an industrial, contemporary look.

Pizza was very delicious! We got to pick what we wanted on it & we were in/ out in less than an hour. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant. Next time my husband & I are in Wichita, we know where the best Pizza 🍕 place to go.

The food is very good. Blaze pizza never disappoints! However, I am sitting in the restaurant right now and the music is SOOO loud I can’t hear myself think. Like I have four teenagers at home and still think this music is ridiculously loud. Little kids are covering their ears. The pop is flat. We told someone when we first sat down and it has not been changed out yet. Come I. blaze. Step up. Everything is open for business now. If I’m gonna drop $40 on lunch out this could have been a much more pleasant experience.

Layout is nice except when we walked in we didn't know which end to start on since we were first ones there. Lot's of seating in an open area. We had a couple of their signature pizzas that were pretty good. I think their dough made it much better than others. They could do with using more cheese though. Price was worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast.

Had a build your own pizza which cost $9.95. Pizza was pretty tasty and it doesn't take long to cook in the stone hearth oven. Could use a little more friendliness from the staff. Would be a 3.5 but can't give half rating so they get a 4.

Absolutely fantastic pizza. It's so great being able to build a pizza from the dough up and see it freshly baked. The prices are great for what you get, especially if you load it UP!

This place is cool... Its pizza made your way... fast! They've got great toppings and its made your way right in front of you! Its fired in A brick oven and ready in a few minutes!

Blaze Pizza is AMAZING!! The food is fresh & delicious! The entire store is really clean and the customer service is FANTASTIC! I went for date night with my fiancé and they were insanely busy but the employees were still so kind and worked together as a team to get caught up! So impressed

My family and I visited Blaze for the first time this week. It's been in our area for quite some time, but as we prefer supporting local businesses over chain's, we hadn't tried it. However, as our children grow so do their tastes and they wanted to try this place where you could choose all of your pizza toppings yourself. I appreciated the one-size-fits-all price, and that I wasn't charged for each extra topping thy wanted to add. All four of us got different things, ranging from a traditional two meat, to a suggested combination with a few additional toppings, to a totally out of the box made to order pizza. All of us were very happy with our pizzas. The toppings were great and the staff was friendly. They didn't bat an eye when they asked what kind if cheese my daughter wanted and she replied with "all of them"! Lol! The drizzles at the end were a nice touch. I also appreciated the lids that didn't require a straw. All in all, we had a lovely dinner and will probably be back at some point in time!

Holy vegetarian/vegan options! I found my new favorite pizza place! I don't know how I'll ever go back to eating pizza with standard toppings again. The amount of toppings they have to choose from is impressive, and the price is excellent.

We got Blaze Pizza DoorDashed. This was my first time ordering but I loved it! I loved how customizable and allergen friendly it was. We got two personal pizzas. Very tasty and reasonably priced!

Worst pizza I've had in a while. I built my own and choose the keto crust which was my first mistake. That crust was less than tasty. I would hope there would be enough sauce to mask the flavor. The was barely any sauce anywhere. The layer was so thin, you could almost say it didn't exist. The crust was barely tinted. I would take pictures to show you but I already threw it away. I couldn't eat it. Waste of money.

This was recommended by a co-worker... figured it should be good, read some reviews... noted one saying the cauliflower crust was good...I failed at looking at prices... got it on a build your own, was great, was surprised by price when checking out after building it... then I noticed that Cali crust is almost 5... but I must say... I believe it was worth it, friendly staff and happen to meet one of the managing partners, great guy, would recommend this to anyone who likes pizza You can get a Variety of pizza's and most are only a 10 spot... there abouts... drinks a few dollars and no straws... they have a drinking lid...love it... go try it

Terrible attitudes from employees and the “manager” when they dropped the ball on my pick up order. My order should have been ready between 6:11-6:16. I tried to have patience because they were busy, only to be told they did not have an order for me. I give them my order & they continuously complete the orders of those in line instead of mine. When they finally give me my order, it was incorrect… I give it back & show them my online order & receipt so they can make it the right way & the attitudes I received were awful. I received my order almost an hour after the pick up time & even still, they did not include my ranch. The “manager” even had a funky attitude. This was such a horrible experience & I was not even offered a drink or any type of apology for the issue which was their fault. They need a customer service training & fast.

Food was good. Was done out of the oven surprisingly quick. Definitely recommend getting two toppings as they are a little stingy. I did end up finding a hair in the pizza though but that happens.

Love the pizza. Usually walk in and order. I ordered curbside bc I was on a call. Didnt see the part where u needed to call the store. But I waited and when I went in one door was .marked use other door and one marked wont open all the way. I walked in and said hey guys I was waiting on curbside for awhile. They were all standing there doing nothing and on phones. Their response was you were supposed to call. So I grabbed my pizza. I went to exit ( with a pizza box in hand and forgot about the door my fault and the pizza box jammed into my ribs after trying to get through the door) if an average sized person with a pizza box has to injure themselves to get through a door it shouldn't be used. Honestly it hurt pretty bad and I'm no wuss. But the worse part? They laughed at me. Wow. Not only was I embarrassed but also hurting. I never use these to complain and I gave them 4 star because I like their pizza and had good experience in the past. But I didn't want to call the store and there is no other contact info. Hope no one else gets hurt by your door.

Absolutely amazing. No complaints, and we'll definitely be back again. I love the individual pizza options, and it's super quick. Hopeful we'll get one closer to the south side! Delicious! Not to mention, you can add additional toppings and they don't charge for each extra topping like most other places do. So much more affordable.

This was our first visit. The staff were awesome! They were happy to help us through the easy process of ordering. At the counter, you pick a pizza, then you can add as many toppings as you want at no added cost. They cook it in a brick oven and you pick it up at counter. They are fast! After paying and filling cups with their amazing Blood Orange Lemonade, the pizza was ready. The pizza was fantastic! Every one was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was super clean and tidy. We will definitely be back. Thanks Blaze! 🍕

Pizzas were very, very burnt. We got carry-out and did not check our four pizzas until we got home (on the opposite side of town). Unfortunately, we were not able to eat them, nor did we have time to mess with getting them replaced. Our entire order was black and extremely crunchy...Tasted awful. It's pretty shady that you would box up an entire order of BLACK pizzas that were very clearly not edible. Shameful, as I ssume you count on the fact that people won't have time to come back and get their order replaced. Will not be back.

First time there. Enjoyed pizza. Nice to have one made to order. I'm a vegetarian and they were able to make exactly what I wanted in short order. Will visit again

Toppings were kind of sparse but the flavor of the sauce and crust more than made up for it.

Rock star pizza chain !! Their wood fired pizza is just delicious. The service is awesome. The restaurant has a really good vibe and it's a great value. Personal size pizza that is more than enough. I really like their dough and you can see how fresh the ingredients are as you choose what you want on it. We have never liked a quick bite restaurant more !

My wife is health exempt from wearing a mask but they still would not serve us. Not a business I will ever support.

I come here just for the vegan options for pizza. I was happy with my pizza as always, but really grossed out by the lobby. There was only 1 or 2 that weren't noticably dirty and there was trash on the floor. I could see two workers hanging out casually and folding boxes (there were like 100 already) while seeming to ignore or forget about the lobby being clean, especially in a pandemic this seems questionable.

I ordered the BYO pizza first time eating here even though they're.. Are very stingy with the toppings I liked it enough to try it again.. I ordered online they forgot to put the Italian sausage on.. My pizza think he is new so that's ok this go around.. I didn't purchase the salad or water in the picture at Blaze Pizza..

This place smells so good, and I saw that they actually sell s'mores! I was picking up an order for someone else, but I plan on coming back to try it, especially because everyone was so nice!
