😠 I always, always have the worst experience when dealing with any of their facilities. If you have private insurance don't go to any location. Take your insurance and get treated better elsewhere, get better customer service. This place is super unorganized. Literally no one here and we still had to... People often mention time, told, appointment, care, called, clinic, call, needed, Grace, shots,

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE!! I went yesterday to get a couple cavities filled. The dentist assistant Jade numbed the wrong side of my mouth with the numbing gel!! So when the dentist gave me my numbing shots it hurt really bad because it wasn't numbed on that side! I kept saying it hurt and Jade said "I accidentally numbed the wrong side" and both just played it off like it wasn't a big deal or nothing. I didn't get an apology or nothing. I have had several issues with Gracemed, but this is scary. They can't even do there work right! I will never go there ever again!!

Edit: absolutely outrageous!!! They charged me $129 for a physical (insurance paid $89) although they forced my son to have a physical to get his shots and after the physical, they told me they did not have time for his shots that day, had to call back back multiple times to get an appointment and NO ONE picked up the phone. ---- New to Wichita, needed to see if my kids were up to date with their shots. They told me they needed physical as well before getting their shots. Took appointments, asked of I needed to provide shot records in advance which they said it was not necessary, we went and guess what? They messed up and gave me the address of the wrong location. So had to get another appointment. Went again, waited and guess what??? After an hour of wait and tons of questions for their physical, they still cannot tell me if they are up to date for their shots. They told me to call the next day. I called the next day and guess what??? They still do not know. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else if you can!!!!!!

Please do not go here for dental! Do not use Grace Med! Because they take everyone they cannot give anyone good quality care. How can they? They are over extended. Most doctors offices have a cap on how many patients they will take so that they can always take care of their patients well. I came here for dental and was told I had 13 cavities. It took 3 appointments here over the time period of over a year and 2 appointments with other dental providers to fix the dental work Grace Med did in my first appointment . Then they couldn't get me for several months, then they cancelled those appointments when they lost a dentist. I had to go elsewhere to get my dental needs taken care of.I do not recommend for so many reasons - rude ,unprofessional ,poor quality of work - had to get the same tooth fixed 3 times because they kept doing it wrong! And the funniest part was when the dentist asked why I didn't have Grace Med take care of the problem - their problem.... I had to educate their newest hire that just because I want my teeth fixed and I call doesn't mean they will get me in in a reasonable amount of time. Most dental appointments can only be made 3 plus months away. The really sad thing is the people who have the power to improve this situation will not read this and doesn't care about me or what happens to me or you

Very disappointed in this facility. At no fault of tue patients the lab they use broke a set of dentures they dropped them. It takes a really long time to get in. Patients has been without any teeth since December. The “representatives” , when I called in we’re not especially nice sympathetic or helpful and one female in the background kept saying “wow”. I mean the man I spoke to was ok I could tell he wasn’t going to make much effort but the lady in the background her comments were unprofessional and for a business that’s so busy I’m thinking instead of sitting there eave dropping and saying “wow” why not take another call it took 14 mins to get through. I think Dr. Hyde should know about this staff member. I’m will never recommend Grace. No mention of a wait list I’m sure they have cancellations.

One side doesn't know what the other side is doing. Called for an appointment and they told me to go to the emergency walk in clinic. Got to the walk in clinic and sat there an hour to find out that they couldn't do what I needed them to do. What a waste of time.

Dr. DeHart is the best! She is caring & compassionate and really listens. She ordered an MRI and found my hydrocephallus, which no other physician had. Physically the clinic may not be pretty but it keeps costs down and it really doesn't matter.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for a papsmear about 3 months ago, nobody called with my results (I have family history of cervical cancer as well as endometriosis.) I call today, they say they see nothing was sent off for testing and the practitioner who performed my papsmear has left the state. My only option is to come in again and repeat the papsmear. Beyond unprofessional.

Did a walk in and after sitting for 3 hours, they tell me they can’t do anything because my blood pressure was high (remind you I’m in A LOT of pain) but I go over to Hunter’s Health and they pull my tooth with no problem. I wouldn’t recommend Gracemed to anyone it’s always a problem with them

They called 30 mins before scheduled appointment time to change time and location of my appointment but yet I have to call 24 hrs in advance to not get marked as no show if I want to change time or place. Once I get to my appointment I wait an hr and half to be called back and another 30 mins for the Dr. Once I tell the Dr my issue he tells me it's all in my head. Thanks grace med 👍😄 if I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn't waste my time or money here. Drs shouldn't be telling patients it's in their head!!

I've taken my kids here many times. Knowing it had been a few years since we visited, I called and asked if my daughter could still be seen there. They said yes, and verified all of her information with me. Once I told them what my child would be seen for, they gave me a next day morning appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early, so I could update any information they may need. After my scheduled appointment time had passed, someone told me that the doctor we were seeing was on the second floor. Dr. Linda ? Once upstairs, we got right in. The medical history review process was quick. Dr. Linda ? came in - I recognized her from the last time we visited. My daughter was wearing my husband's sling because it made her feel better. Dr. Linda ? immediately asked, "Who put her in this?" I told her it was my husband's. She asked if we were going to reestablish care with Grace Med? I told her that she was currently being seen at another clinic. Dr. Linda ? refused care and told me that I can't use them as URGENT CARE. I told her that I called yesterday to make an appointment and this is the appointment I was given. Urgent Care is same day care and that was not my intention. I also told her that she has wasted my time. I told her that she refused my child care last time we visited years ago. She was holding the door knob. I told her I was done and then she tried telling me, well hold on, let me.... I didn't let her finish. I was done with this clinic once and for all and told her we were leaving. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. My child left in pain and we still had to find someone to see her.

I went to the Podiatrist for the first time today. I went to see Dr. Arash Arabi, DPM at GraceMed Helen Galloway Clinic. The Doctor was very cool and the Nurse was very friendly. I will be going back as needed. Keep up the good work. May God bless you always!

Again they have taken care of me very well. They have been for ten years. My wife and I are alive because of them. What few people know or understand is that two years ago GraceMed dropped altogether prescribing opioids in the midst of the national crisis and CDC guidelines. They won't even talk about it. For severe pain, chronic pain, a person has to seek out a pain management doctor. Otherwise, GraceMed is on the ball. And I like a group that each morning prays for their patients.

Worst ever. Told me I needed a expensive root canal but I went to Hunter and they said all I needed was a filling.

I have been going to this clinic for about 7 years now. I originally started going cause I didn't have any insurance and the clinic I go to required me to have a doc so I could get MAT. They referred me to grace med and I stayed. Now I have insurance and just stayed. Never really had any issues, they're great with referrals, and seeing you pretty quick most of the time. The only issue I have is nurse practitioners and doctors frequently leave and it's hard for me to get use to someone new. I had a fantastic doc 6 years ago, he diagnosed a disease no one bothered to try to look into cause all I was was a recovering addict. I refer people to grace med all the time.

First of all I will state that the Optometrist and her staff were amazing. My issue is more with the clerical and office staff and with the Grace Med standards and practices. I applied for Medicaid for my 2 children and it was remarkably easy. However I noticed that the staff member who helped with this had her personal effects (purse, keys and cell phone) sitting on the desktop while interviewing me. She placed my financial papers next to her purse and under her cell phone. This troubled me greatly. After my son's appointment I walked past her desk, nearly an hour after I had sat there with her, and my paycheck stub was still sitting out in the open next to her phone and purse. Why? This is really concerning in the face of so many data breeches and identity thefts concerning medical records. I worried about this all night but I didn't want to unnecessarily get anyone in trouble. I think that after further thought I'm going to call and speak with someone at the office. Another strange occurrence was the language they use on their patient information forms. Why does Grace Med need to know my sexual orientation or my 8yo son's? And calling women "birthing persons" is highly offensive. I will never use another service from this entity.

My mom went in there to see her doctor bc she was hurting so bad in her mouth, and just because of an expired ID they wouldnt let her in and she was crying. It may have been a couple months ago but still. I dont think people should go to this place. They dont deserve a bussines if there gonna turn away their patients.

You hold people to a standard of 7 minutes or your marked missed. Yet when you do arrive on time it takes them longer than that 7 minutes to get to you. They don't explain things well then act like your the idiot for not reading their minds. You're supposed to help those in need. Not cause more stress.
