I wished there was an option that had a zero star. I went to see Nurse practitioner Christine Fussell for the first and last time for my spider bite. She loves to torture patients. She drained the spider bite without numbing it first and said would send over an anti-inflammatory for my inflammation to my pharmacy so I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacy said they don’t have anything for me; I called the clinic and they said they will sent it in an hour and a half so I waited and after an hour and a half her nurse called and said they’re not going to send over my prescription to the pharmacy so they totally wasted my time and while I was talking to her she seemed to have a condescending attitude and she hanged up on me while I was explaining how bad my inflammation is. Now I don’t know what to do with all these problems going on. I am not mad; i’m only disappointed,

Got me in right away for an extraction. EVERYONE working there today 5-28-21 was so nice. The lady at the counter was super sweet. The nurse that prepped me for the Doctor was so friendly and made me feel welcome and calm despite being in a lot of pain. Even the Doctor was amazingly sweet and friendly. Most gentle dentist I've ever been to in my life. Had my tooth out so fast and painlessly I even asked "it's already out!?" You all were so amazing. Thank you for turning a nerve wracking experience into a good one for me.

I took my son into get seen. They refused to see him since he had a cough. He’s now been diagnosed with bronchitis. Christine was the provider that refused to see him until he had a negative Covid test. Not only did Christine refused to see him they didn’t have the test there and told us to make an apt to get tested then and only then would she see him. They have protective gear they could’ve seen him and then sent us away to get tested since they didn’t have tests on hand. Instead I had to take my 3 year old to the ER. He has a history of croup (twice) and bronchitis. Truly appalled that Christine would send away a sick child because it inconvenienced her due to his cough. Not everyone that has a cough has Covid.

Whether I've been sick or had to see the dentist, here they treated me well. As with all clinics, you have to have the money up front for a dentist. But here, there is a beautiful woman greatly skilled in dentistry with a sincere heart of care and excellent people skills who is the dentist. Over a couple of years I've found surprisingly high quality treatment among the doctors who appear to be a bit overworked at time, but they keep a professional attitude with a sincere heart of care. Of every place I've been I endorse this clinic the most. 2/28/2017

I called 15 times in one hour staying on the phone for 4 minutes each time. What's the point of paying these people seems like others are complaining about them not answering the phone. I'll give an update after I get seen.

I had a molar that needed extracted. At check-in I was told the extraction what cost $138 and all I had to pay at that time was the office visit of $25. This was my third visit trying to get in. Once I was in the chair and the X- Ray and decided that it was safe to go ahead and extract it they stopped and said they could not extract it until I went to the front desk I paid the extra $138 which I did not have. GraceMed is clearly just another dentist for profit and does not care about their patients I will never go there again post

Was happy until recently Went to see why my side was hurting so severely, so they scheduled xrays, ultrasound, and ua. Still waiting for results and it's been 2 weeks. Call and call with no results.

God awful experience every time. First of all had to wait over an hour to get in for an appointment mind you I got there on time and I was the only one in the waiting room. Second of all they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, I’ve called 8 times trying to reach someone about it throughout the day with no success, and now that it’s after hours I was just told I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I’ve been out of my prescription for two days now and they simply don’t care. Horrible experience, I will not be returning here.

I hadn't seen the doctor in quite a long time and I got right in and the doctor was very kind and gentle with me and gave me all the incentives that I needed listen to me and I really appreciate that.

They are very negligent I have had to come back 5 times now for a simple work required physical that should have only required 2 visits all they had to do was fill out a forum . no one ever answers the phone. They failed to sign the forum, they lost the forum, i had to come back over & over again and sit in the waiting room for hours. They said they would fax the forum to my job; they never did.

Took off work early. Sat for 3 hrs to be called. Then the lady at the desk said she called my name. Same thing happened to the lady next to me. Front desk lady needs to speak up!!, so she doesn't waste other people's time, and energy like she did mine, and the lady next to me. I needed to be seen today/immediately for dental, and could of been seen if she would of spoke up. Thanks alot Grace Med!

This is for their emergency dental clinic for Wednesday Nov 22, 2023. I went to their emergency dental clinic for an infected and abscessed tooth. The pain was so bad I literally wished someone would just shoot me. I wish I was kidding. I have had 3 babies naturally, I can say with confidence it was 10x worse than my labor. For 4 days I couldn't eat, drink, or sleep and I went thru 4 Oragel tubes and 2 ambisol bottles. I went thru half a tube sitting in the lobby. I was sweating, dizzy and crying and number 3 on the list even tho I got there early. It took about 60 to 70 mins to be called back. I knew it would take a while, no big deal. The doctor was wonderful, very kind, caring, gentle and was able to end my pain very quickly with an extraction. Usually they would prescribe antibiotics and send ya off, I was beyond that and the pain was so horrific they decided just to pull it out. Today I feel a million times better. I found out they don't take you based on how severe your pain or dental issue is, they take you in order of sign in (and people literally run to that desk) and if you don't get there before 230 don't be mad if you're not seen cause they can only take so many people per emergency clinical day. Get there early and sit near the desk.

The communication is horrible!!! They schedule me for a 745am appointment, than I can’t even get into the building until 8. This is ridiculous.

Grace med where you can't get a phone call thru for 30 minutes of on hold to no you can not walk in to a walk in clinic too. NO we can't see you after waisting two days off. The front desk staff are rude and pushy and will not listen to the patient or the customer... I could have gotten better care under as bridge.and it would have been faster as well

Here for dental. Sign in is at 2:45. I got here at 1:50pm. Apparently it's not first come first serve. It's when they call for dental whoever rushes to the desk first gets seen first. Wish I would've known that. Then I would've been waiting right by the desk. And the 2 people that were here after me absolutely saw me here.

I scheduled an appt for a really painful pilonidal cyst and ended up waiting longer in the waiting room than in the examination room. Christine was in the room for less than five mins, where she poked and prodded at it before telling me to go to the er. Complete waste of $55. Do NOT go here.

Wife went in to have a broken tooth taken care of and was told that all she needed was a good cleaning and no other dental work done

I have never had a medical assistant so uncaring about me in my life. She told me to go to another doctor about my diabetes.
