Staff is a fine running group. I just don't know what happened to the courtesy from the front desk. They act like they are there to slow you down rather then help. For God's sake that's why we went there to start with.

I have been coming here since I was a child. Always felt safe and comfortable with my doc and the nurses until Dr. Andrea McCarty let not one but TWO of her nurses call me and give me incorrect lab test results. I had to wait a week to actually see Dr. McCarty myself for HER to give me the correct info off my lab results. Which was a completely different answer than what her two nurses called and told me. When I realized I was pregnant Dr McCarty was NOT nice at all did NOT give me correct info. I needed to see how far along I was so she sent me to Saint Teresa to have a blood test. Told me the hospital will call me at 5pm CST with my results. When I had my blood taken at the hospital I asked again when will I be getting a call and they told me the same thing. 5pm CST. I asked McCarty what can I do if they don’t call me. She said to call them and they will discuss with me over the phone. That night it ended up being 6pm without a call. I called the hospital to be told that they cannot disclose my results over the phone. I waited until almost 5pm the next day for Dr McCarty to call me telling me my results. Being upset at the fact she let TWO of her nurses misdiagnose me and then gave me incorrect info about the hospital I told her I did not want any help from her with my baby that I would find a gyno MYSELF to get seen. She proceeded to FIGHT ME ON THIS. I’m carrying a human being in my belly and you let your nurses misdiagnose me so no I don’t want you to help me with my child they probably would have screwed something else up. And the fact she had the nerve to fight me on it was just ridiculous. Unprofessional. I have had all trust ripped away from me and am scared to even be seen by a different doctor in fear the same thing will happen. Currently I’m trying to find a new doctor. Now while looking for a doctor I needed a script filled ASAP because my asthma is suffering. I call the pharmacy and they send 3 different faxes over whitin the last 2 weeks and I STILL haven’t gotten a reply. I STILL cannot get ahold of McCarty for my meds to be refilled and when voicing this concern to the receptionist this morning she LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I did not cuss at the woman I did not insult her I raised my voice a little bit and she couldn’t handle it so she hung up. THIS FACILITY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE WITH COMPASSION ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD WHAT THEYRE DOING WRONG. THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THEIR ACTIONS AND DR. ANDREA MCCARTY DID NOT FIRE THE PEOPLE SHE LET MISDIAGNOSE ME. IN FACT SHE DEFENDED THEM WHEN I TOLD HER THIS. If you want help with your health and want someone to REALLY take care of you. Look elsewhere cuz this place is garbage.

If it wasn't for Dr. McCarty, I would definitely take my business elsewhere. The front desk staff is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. I have been going to this clinic for 10 years and it has been this way for 10 years.

DITTO *** The doctors are great but the ladies at the check in desk are unprofessional and unfriendly. They totally ignore you when you walk in and visit with each other and act like it is a bother to check you in.

I have been here and they have to deal with all walks of life that walk through those doors! I have seen the staff try and stay calm until they feel threatened. They are not doctors and they are there to try and access your situation “per basis!” I am not here to understand who needs immediate care and who doesn’t. If it were my child and she was sick and crying, of course my kids life is going to be above others whether or not someone else is more critical. We are protective of our own and ourselves. I can sometimes see how the front staff has to be rigid or seem rude but you have two or three staff members verses awaiting room full of people. Show a little respect that they deal with this every day! TV shows don’t candy coat it either! They know your frustration and don’t tell me you have seen a show where the staff are as calm as Hindu Cows...sorry for the religious reference. Now to my experience. I went in knowing I was hurt from work And saw others in front of me. It’s a pecking order and in about 30 min I was seen. The staff was kind because i know things don’t happen in an instance. Many thing go on behind the scenes that we don’t see that they are trying to determine the best course of action upon why we needed to be at the ER. Yes you see staff and Dr’s laughing and taking as well but they are people too and they need breaks from all sorts of hard and sad issues. Its a long drawn out process for X-rays etc and then a doctor to come in for about 5 min and smack you on your hurt leg and say you’ll be good as new before you know it. Look t other hospitals around and it’s the same story....mostly from the front desk.

Reflection Ridge staff is phenomenal! They were prompt polite and professional. I was given care on a personal level that left a lasting impression. It was not just an appointment, it was an experience!

I know it sounds weird when I say I had fun speaking with Alisha at my wellness visit. Weird in that, who has fun at the doctor's office? Yet I did have fun. Alisha confirmed my medical history. We talked about any concerns I have, plans I have for the future, steps I have taken to be safe in my home. She conducted some quick, simple tests to assess signs of dementia onset and we discussed my scores. We laughed a bunch as I did a memory test. . . could not remember the word "church" for some reason. Cannot wait for wait for next year.

I am so grateful that Dr. Saad sees patients at your west side location. The older I get, the more daunting traffic through Wichita is for me. Also Dr.Saad keeps his appointments right on schedule, I have never had long waits. It’s been my experience that he truly cares for his patients and they are known to him on a personal level and not just as a name or number on his appointment schedule.

Made an appointment for my family member and they made it at non open clinic hours. Receptionist very rude while I was scheduling trying to set up appt. Also was rushed and felt not heard.

I am grateful for all of the medical professionals at Ascension VC. I am confident that my doctor and those who assist with my health care have my personal concerns and family health history in mind when making decisions about the healthcare plan for me. I trust that they actually do “care”.

Dr nickel, is the most amazing doctor, she always listens to my concerns and takes them seriously, she never rushes, & is personable. Also a DO and can do my adjustments. If she were taking new patients I would send everyone I knew her way . Entire staff is always amazing as well!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr McCarty is an amazing, considerate and professional Dr. She needs to be duplicated so all could have her caring manner.

I was given the time to address all my issues at my follow up appointment for my wellness exam. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the CNA that did my intake. Overall it was a good experience.

Dr.McCarty is awesome, she always listens to me, very helpful with all my questions! Everyone is so nice and helpful, The only thing I don’t like is the new text thing where your dr. Invites you to schedule appointments, it has not worked well for me yet.

I've had Dr Nickel as my physician for over 20 years and she is professional, caring and listens to any and all issues. She gets 5 stars! The nursing staff however is unprofessional to say the least. After speaking with a nurse, I've been told too many times that "I'll call you back" only to not receive calls back. If I tell someone I'll call back, I DO!! There is no excuse for such horrendous unprofessional behavior. I wish Dr Nickel worked at a better facility.

I've been going here since I was an adolescent. Dr. Terri Nickel, Alicia Reeves, and other PAs/NPs are wonderful here and they care about my mental health and physical well-being. They have always been willing to listen and sensitive to my feelings.
