For
years
I
have
found
myself
aimlessly
walking
around
the
gym
trying
to
find
certain
exercises
to
do
for
that
specific
day
that
would
make
me
feel
“accomplished.”
Eventually,
after
a
few
months
of
trying
to
come
up
with
my
own
workouts
I
would
get
burnt
out
and
quit
going,
It
was
a
never
ending
cycle.
I
wouldn’t
go
to
the
gym
because
I
wanted
to
but
because
I
felt
like
I
had
to.
Since
joining
compelled
I
have
noticed
what
I
am
actually
capable
of
and
the
strength
that
I
have
built.
The
coaches
are
amazing
and
never
leave
you
stranded
not
knowing
what
to
do.
They’ve
been
so
helpful
every
step
of
the
way
with
form,
technique,
and
structured
workouts.
I’ve
been
with
compelled
since
October
of
2021
and
it
has
never
been
easier
to
get
out
of
bed
at
4
in
the
morning
to
go
lift
heavy
things.
I
look
forward
to
seeing
these
people
in
the
morning
and
love
the
close
community
of
friends
and
encouragement
that
comes
with
this
place.
I’ve
always
felt
intimidated
and
scared
of
the
word
“CrossFit,”
but
what
a
fun
hobby
this
has
been!!
The
nutrition
coaching
option
that
comes
along
with
Compelled
is
super
helpful
if
your
stuck
in
a
place
of
not
knowing
where
or
how
to
start
hitting
your
nutrition
goals.
The
free
goal
setting
sessions
begin
with
a
full
body
scan
to
measure
height,
weight,
body
fat
percentage,
etc.
Then,
the
nutrition
coach
tailors
the
proper
macros
to
your
specific
goals
whether
that
be
weight
loss,
weight
gain,
or
maintaining
your
current
weight.
This
also
comes
with
weekly
and
monthly
check
ins
to
check
on
accountability
and
make
any
changes
if
needed.
All
around
this
is
by
far
the
best
gym
I’ve
ever
been
apart
of!
