I was just checking pricing online and it asked for my number and email to see prices, once I did it let me see prices, I'm only here to tell people, DO NOT add email or phone number, they call 3 times a day as well as a txt or 2 and email, it's harassment now, not marketing lol. I even spoke to someone about not calling me anymore, he said he would stop, he did, but now someone from a different club calls three times a day. It's ridiculous, the harassment alone will keep me from joining this club.

I travel around the country looking for a gym to workout in. I am amazed at the excellent customer service and friendly staff. Daniel and Tonya are amazing. The cleaning crew does an excellent job, the place is spotless. People put away their equipment when done and clean after themselves. I can't say enough good things about this place. Stop by and take a look for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Never going here again! I filled out a cancellation request form and my last payment was suppose to be April 15th. They told me it’s best not to pay the buy out fee bc it might still charge me the next month. I didn’t pay it and now they are telling me I can’t cancel because I didn’t pay the buy out fee. Genesis is the worst gym membership you can get

The 2-level gym is larger than it appears to be from the outside. At 10am on Tuesday, there were 3 other people in the gym, so I had most of the weights to myself. The weight floor was clean with disinfectant bottles and cleaning towels. All the weight plates were sorted and organized neatly on each rack (rarely seen these days at any Genesis I go to). They didn't have a rack of EZ bar weights, but they had straight bar weights and one EZ bar attachment for the cable machines. They have a mix of new and old equipment, but well maintained. Locker room was clean and spacious. It had a tiny hot tub for 2-3 people and a sauna. Shower curtains.

Don't sign up with these people they are money hawks. They won't let you cancel your membership unless you catch this specific representative that doesn't roll into work about 10am. Once I did reach him he told me my account would be on hold for 6 months with no charge to give me time to decide if I want to continue. But I'm still being charged monthly for an account to be on hold. Tried reaching said representative about it and they are never there. When going to the South Location there is about 2/3 total employees working in the morning. So much for sanitation or customer satisfaction.Bring back Vasa!

I completely forgot about this review. This place is amazing! They really want to help you with your goals. They encourage you to be healthy, but they aren't health nuts. This place is clean and always encouraging. It's a bit more expensive, but it's totally worth it. You won't find this energy many other places.

I have been wanting to get back into the gym for a while and I spoke with Daniel on the phone and we set up an appointment to meet. He was very sweet, informative and easy to talk to and I am definitely a return customer after our meeting. He set me up with a trainer (who was also amazing) and they have amazing deals that you can't beat for the quality that you get for being a member. I have officially found my gym home at Genesis!

I have really enjoyed my experience so far at this location. All of the staff members are super friendly. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is very clean. The personal trainers are amazing, Aaron Maddox is fully invested in helping his clients achieve their goals.

Daniel and Ron are very welcoming. They are all out and about to meet my personal fitness goals. Very knowledgeable and professional stuff. Whenever I come to the gym it feels like home. Frida and Justin are always there to support my fitness journey as well. Thank you guys, and yeah, their smoothies are delicious 😋 make sure you try it when you are at the gym.

Top of the line health club, without question! Daniel was great, the essence of a professional with great knowledge and experience. Club culture is outstanding, very clean environment, great friendly staff, and not overcrowded!!! Highly reccommended to anyone. You get what you pay for!!

I signed up almost a year ago and my husband was videoing our sons playing as I spoke with Aron to sign up. You can clearly hear me saying multiple times I did not want a contract. He promised it was not a contract and I was month. However when I tried to cancel they would not let me so I wrote a bad review. The club then called me and sent me an email promising they would charge me only one more month if I took the review down, so I did. I have since been still getting charged every month. I still have the email and I'm going to the district attorney and will be filing a claim against Genesis health club.

Absolutely friendly. Showed me lots of perks within the facility. Great first time impression with a killer workout as well. Highly recommend visiting

Aaron provided me with a listening ear that was sensitive to my needs and concerns. Joining a gym can be very intimidating and after signing up with him I felt nothing but safety and a sense of excitement as I work towards achieving my goals. I was very impressed by Aaron’s ability to give me efficient information that will only help speed up the process of my personal health and fitness success. Not only were the communication skills above and beyond but Aaron did so with high energy and top level professionalism. I am very happy to be a member of genesis and only hope the rest of the team gives off the same expert vibes as he did during the sign up process. I look forward to my time at the gym!

They buy your info online then harass you via phone and email for YEARS. I have never ever step foot inside this place and they call every few months then get an attitude when I tell them to never call me again. Go to planet fitness it's literally $10

After having a heart attack when there was no reason I should have had a heart attack, my husband dragged me to Genesis to talk with Daniel, trainer and manager. I told him I never wanted to work out on those ugly machines and that when I looked at a place like genesis it was so aesthetically displeasing I could never see myself using those machines. And I said it was just too expensive and I could not justify spending money to go somewhere that didn't have trees and sunshine and green grass. Well he asked me could I really afford not to have a workout regimen? And with someone who knew the ropes and how to train me correctly on the machines. So I reluctantly joined last April. Daniel gave me the best trainer that anybody could ever have, Nick. I have been a teacher all my life and I know a good teacher when I see them and Nick is the best. Within weeks I looked forward to going three times a week and working on those ugly machines. They may still be ugly but the results are not. My goal was not to lose weight, but in less than a year I have lost almost 20 pounds, my cholesterol has lowered my A1C has lowered my blood pressure has become stable and at every checkup my doctor says how good things look for a woman almost 67 who a year ago had a heart attack. And seriously no matter what your income level is, if there is something that you want or need badly enough you can make it happen with careful budgeting. And I recommend to anybody and everybody, especially those of you that are reaching senior to at least at first work with a personal trainer. Working out makes me feel young. It didn't take the wrinkles away, but I just don't notice them anymore. Daniel and Nick are the best. I can speak for my husband and myself that they have changed our life for the better as we go on into the senior portion of Our Lives

Nick is an amazing personal trainer! I have been working with him for a month now and have already gotten amazing results. He keeps me motivated and pushes me to be my absolute best. He is so patient and thorough with me when it comes to understanding the equipment, my form, and which muscles to engage. I can honestly say that my decision to train with Nick was the most impactful health decision I have made in my life. I feel the best I ever have and my confidence is through the roof! If you want to make a drastic change in your mental and physical health, personal training is the way to go and Nick is the guy to get you to your goals!

I am absolutely loving Central location. I believe that I was seriously placed with the best trainer ever. Nick goes out of his way to explain everything to me. I can tell that he truly has a passion for training and helping others and that he isn't just doing what he does for pay, however he does it because that is where his heart is. Nick is also so very knowledgeable about all muscles and different exercises for different groups. He goes out of his way to work with my schedule, and even answers text messages about questions that I may have when I am not even at the gym. I love that this location is laid back, and I can always get on the machine that I am trying to get on. Super ready to finish my marathon, so that I have more time to train! Worked with Daniel this morning to get signed back up for my Genesis membership. He made it extremely easy to understand membership benefits and pricing. Love the small feel of the health club while still having quality equipment to use. Very clean and friendly atmosphere!

I worked out at genesis before Covid signed up with Daniel and Aaron as well as nick depritis as my trainer! The best results I’ve ever had. During Covid I had a terrible experience and they charged me and would not refund me. So with that being said they took care of that!!!! Then also hooked up it! They actually care here! They don’t just sign you up! They take your personal goals and make them there’s. They call and check on you and make sure your going too the gym! They ACTUALLY CARE MAN! If you have had a bad experience remember we have one at a restaurant and go back and it doesn’t happen again! Forgiveness and grace is key and they have a lot of knowledge to not let you down

Everyone was super hospitable. They had clean facilities, a wide variety of equipment, a half basketball court, racket ball court, a hot tub in the men's locker room, and a sauna. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fitness facility.

Had a great experience at the east central location! It is very clean and the machines and equipment are high quality. Daniel is a very knowledgable trainer and made me feel very welcomed. Would recommend trying it out!

My experience at this gym has definitely been 5 star. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, from Dan, the Club Manager, and trainers to the service desk and custodial support. There is a "Cheers" atmosphere here where trainers and clients get to know one another and are genuinely interested in providing encouragement and support in meeting health goals through exercise and nutrition. A year ago I decided to work with a trainer and made a three month commitment to an exercise/nutrition program specifically to meet my weight and health goals. With the support of my trainer, Nick, I exceeded my goals and have maintained my weight and exercise routine. I learned how to use the equipment, the free weights and new exercises for targeted areas of the body. I lost 14 pounds. My body composition improved (one size down) and my body mass index normalized. Thank you, Nick, for giving me the tools and support I needed for success. On top of this, there is an open coffee time (Hey, free coffee!) to meet with fellow clients just for fun, and to share life's little and big adventures (including birthday celebrations). Some have been at this Genesis for many years and other are brand new. Come and join us!

Staying in town with family and managed to get a week's membership which was ideal. Aaron and the other girl working tonight were super friendly. Nice and spacious gym with lots of equipment and very clean too!

Excellent customer service. The process to get started was easy, the staff really cares, I feel set up for success. I am excited to makes this my gym home!

Daniel (the club manager) is very passionate about his job, and it shows in every interaction I have with him. The only complaint I have (and it’s not that big of a deal) is that some of the isolated machines I’m used to don’t exist at this club, but they make up for it in every other way possible, and they seem to be updating the club soon anyways. I would highly recommend this club to anyone that asks.

I’ve enjoyed training in this club, as a guest when traveling through Wichita over the years. This is mine first time to this location, but the experience has been similar - a “10”. Clean equipment…friendly, helpful staff…workout towels. Sometimes I have to improvise in certain gyms - to make do with what they have… …not here! I can’t think of a piece of equipment that I needed that wasn’t already here…well laid out. TY - I’d be a member, if I lived here.

Daniel was amazing! He explained everything well for the contract, was very personable, and genuine. Loved connecting with the trainer, Jordan, very sweet and had a great session. The gym is clean and quiet, perfect place for a beginner that might be facing anxiety. So far 10/10 experience!

Great gym with friendly staff! I enjoy having the split levels that separate cardio and weights— the women’s and men’s locker room each having their own sauna is a plus 😊
