Identity covered out of respect. Our terminal was flagged as items put in cart not rang up for some reason when I politely had one employee come in the pattern shirt a second one came did not say hello did not smile dug through our things. The person in the patterned shirt very respectful helped when asked. Did nothing wrong but the other employee cause public embarrassment in front of all the other costumers was completely cold unfriendly not a word said. All items were checked all items were scanned correctly. When there is public embarrassment there should be a public apology nothing fancy a quick mam this is a mistake on our part we are sorry. I spoke to a manger and although she was polite no employee was made apologize nothing was achieved

This location is the dirtiest Wal Mart I have ever been in. The isles are, for the most part, unorganized. Employees seemed unwilling to help with the few questions I had. A pack of kids were bouncing balls off of shelves while successfully knocking items off of shelves and onto floor while security watched with no concern. I will avoid this store at all expense.

Pretty good store, but it’s highly trafficked and not always stocked with the essentials. They do stock some items that you won’t find at other locations in the city. If you time your visit right and aim for slower times like weekday mornings, it’s not bad at all and is easy to get in and out of without getting stuck in a crowd or long line. I recommend this store. The staff is kind and helpful.

Every time I use pick up for groceries at thus location, I'm left sitting in the parking lot for 30 mins or longer and watch others show up after me and leave before me.... I usually tip and I almost always have to call and ask if I'm checked in.... this service is supposed to be convenient... I understand short staffing but how do 5 to 8 other people get their order and I don't get mine?

This place is super sketchy... Don't get me wrong, the store itself is great and they are stocked full of things I didn't even know Walmart had till I visited here. I was very impressed! Still though, the parking lot was full of very oddly dressed people everywhere, most just wandering around or chilling outside, which was weird to me. I had my wife drop me off and lock the doors, then drive around away from everyone till I came back out.

I was getting a oil change and did my shopping I decided to get a cooler and try to pay for it and the girl with the glasses decided to completely ignore that I was in line and attended everyone else after I was standing here patiently because a costumer came with a problem and was argueing I just walked away and stood next to my kids and family and after attending like 4 other then she asked if I was next I decided not to get nothing else because of the inconvenience Who ever this girl is she needs to learn how to talk better to people.

Well maintained and organized properly. Smells good because backery is near the entrance. Staff members are very polite and humble. Greet a smile when you enter the store. They do stock some good stuff. It's easy to get in and out without getting stuck in a crowd or long line. I recommend this store to purchase the most household items, including groceries. Highly recommended for all items under one roof. You can find Well maintained plants too. Always feels amazing when we visit this store.

The layout was pretty much as other locations. Being an Over the road truck drivers, it's nice to know exactly where to go for often purchased items. Clean. And staff was friendly and helpful. Do recommend.

I went to get the John Wick 3 movie Blu-ray collection, but when I went to pay for it, it rang up $39 instead of the marked price of $29.96. When I asked for help to get the amount I was being charged to match the amount that was listed, the manager said that there was nothing he could do but give me a %10 discount. While waiting for the manager, I found the same product on Amazon for $22, so I decided to leave it. I’m not too sure on the legalities of marking a price as one thing, then selling it at another. Left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth leaving the store.

Wallmart is Wallmart.... you have your nice n friendly people and your not so friendly people... depending on the season and location ..lol. if u drive a semi u can shop here but a hard NO for overnight parking... although the security guy was on top of it he was understanding and gave me time to move( next door to sans club lol) So...that's all I have .

I am not a big Walmart shopper but recently the store on W Kellogg has been handy for me. I have personally witnessed on several occasions a particular black manager speaking horribly to employeess. Other customers witnessed it also. It was embarrassing for everyone. In the future please think before you belittle an employee and remove your conversation away from customers. This is taught in Management 101 classes. Employee actually stopped and apologized to me for management being so loud and rude. Another reason why Dillon's is my store!

They have an amazing selection of just about anything you want. The store stays busy and somehow they had shelves fairly well stocked. Check out gives you several options from self checkout to the full service checkout. Walmart West fights hard to keep the store clean and ready for us shoppers. Some don't either have the desire or the man power to keep up with the demand. The Walmart on West Kellogg seems to get the little things right.

The store itself was tidy enough, but the restroom was disgusting. Most of the employees were trying to avoid having to help anyone. I understand that they are working a very difficult job, But that is their job.

First time in this Walmart! I hunted and looked for over an hour! During that time I hit the clearance isle. It was good and then checked the garden area and plants. I couldn't find any indoor soil, so looked at the plants. All but the newest were dead, dying or in between. Many that I was interested in had no prices. No help anywhere! Went through housewares looking for two other items I needed. No help and couldn't locate them. Went A little further and saw a older gentleman pushing the pickup shopping cart. His name was Dale. A very kind and helpful person. He said he was being timed but would help a bit if he could. He went over the call to help and since the item in housewares was gone or didn't have it , he sent me to another dept for one of the items. When I got to where he sent me I still couldn't find it and was exhausted. A very fine and competent young man, with blond hair, was working in the area. I asked for his help and he took me right to the items. Both types were sold out. I then headed to electronics, remembering another item. Another very competent person was there. A young women trying hard with a manager watching her, to take care of a very busy area. She found my item and was an excellent help. Although very busy she directed me to the Pharmacy to get the last item I was looking for. I found it and checked out my two purchases, other than the electronics I had already paid for. Short on help but the overwhelmed help, I did get, were wonderful. Garden area a disaster. Short on help, bare spots with many items gone or not priced. Food section appeared to be relatively well stocked. For my first trip it was exhausting. I might give them one more try, but to be new to area and have such poor finds was disappointing.

Security is blind. The kid is maybe 18 and most of the staff are very judgemental. I get followed by employees almost immediately upon walking in, I have zero shoplifting history and was even detained because the security said they"saw me stuffing items in my backpack", which I had made sure was completely zipped upon walking in and had placed store items at the opposite end of my cart from my bag. How embarrassing for him when ZERO store items were found in my bag. Employees need serious training on recognizing social anxieties so they don't mess with some one who's already internally freaking out, and security staff apparently needs glasses. There are a few employees though that are absolutely amazing people, and the only reason I'm giving three stars rather than none, I would list their names if I could remember so they could get recognition, will update when I get their names

Went here at 9:30 am. Not too many people shopping yet. By the time I left, it was getting crowded. They had a sufficient number of cashiers. Shelves were very well stocked. I didn't notice any shortages of any items today.

West side, Wichita, Kansas, Walmart. Good selection of items. Helpful employees. One disappointment was no access to batteries in the store. We found out they were one place, under lock and key and supervision for, I'm sure, a good reason. The checkout clerk called for a manager to help us. We waited and waited but no one ever showed up to assist us. We finally checked out and mentioned to the cashier to let the manager know thanks for no assistance. Disappointing. We are not criminals.

Walmart has been a good back up to go to. Everything in price has gotten out of hand. Now spend more time comparing prices, an looking around to do shopping an save where I can. Has always been a great store

Amazing grocery pick up staff! One called to let me know they were making a fresh rotisserie chicken so it would be just a couple minutes and one came over to my window to make sure they told me. Little things like this go a long way and I didn’t mind waiting at all.

I returned an item bought online. Before I discovered I could return items via the app, the clerk at the desk stopped me and we did the return there. She told me to go back several screens, and then quickly got me to the order info. The return was easy and quick.
