    Pretty good store overall not really that packed in there. No masked required. I came in for a few things for my kitchen and grill, ended up leaving with more than I planned. Self check out line is smaller than most places, but still a fast check out. Nice layout of the store, and pretty clean store for the most part.

    Security guy will follow you and be in your way. Maybe they thought I was taking too long at the clearance table, but I would not have taken so long if the workers folded the items. Then I would have been able to clearly see the sizes. This store was so annoying to me that I forgot a few items on my list (that's right, in my list). I had already excused so many annoyances that by the time the security guy came, I was mentally done. Talk about taking the fun out of shopping. This is why I prefer to shop at target. I'll pay a little more for peace of mind, but I won't tolerate being treated like a thief. That one shopping trip cost me $91. Think of how much more they could have gotten out of me if I was not annoyed.

    I bought some cheese and meat, both well within the stamped best by date and both were either mouldy or smelled like decay, i havent had the time to run back up today but this ruined my weeks lunch and I feel that I can no longer trust walmarts products, both items came straight home and were still cold when put in the fridge. I was a fool for coming back to this place ive been going here for years and untill now i havent had too many problems but the past couple weeks i've been buying food items that look normal on the outside but once the box is open the items freshness seals are broken, one or two items isnt too bad but 5 ramen bowls a large cream cheese and a star crunch ice cream, i wish id have kept the receipts to return the items but they were long gone by the time i found the defective items and i dont really want to have to stop to open and check every single item to make sure its not damaged and some of them you cant even check without tearing open a cardboard box or a plastic overwrap

    While driving through their parking lot 10/3/22 @ 2:20pm their cart pusher Ben ran an entire line of carts into the side of my truck . After getting his info . I had to run to get to a meeting so I called the store repeatedly while on the way and received no answer . After my meeting a called the store repeatedly again also with no answers . I finally had to call their corporate line to get the incident communicated . I can now see why this store is so terrible and why they have no customer service and are afraid to answer their phones . Target is right around the corner . Better quality , service , atmosphere & company in general .

    Customer service continues to go downhill. I’m handicap needed cream from top shelf. Asked a employ who said no “didn’t have a pole to reach it. “ A customer helped me, stood on lip of bottom shelf and got the cream. Don’t like self check with less cashiers. The employees fulfilling online orders have no manners for customer shopping in person.

    Paged 4 times for someone to help with pet items in a glass case. It took well over 45 minutes. Yet associates were just talking to each other and when you asked if anyone could unlock the case they said they need to find a key and never came back. Wouldn't have waited so long except I needed it and it was the only place in Wichita that carried the specific item.

    The greeter was pleasant. Lawn/Garden was rather decimated and oddly configured, and no one seemed around to assist. It was around lunch, maybe lunch break and abandon ship for an hour? Oh, well, there are other sites in town.

    This is a nicer walmart. The staff are.mostly nice and accommodating. The stock is sporty in the dry goods however their food delivery is actually pretty good! It isn't the best grocery store, HOWEVER, it is one of the nicest Walmarts I have used. The pharmacy and staff deserve 5 stars as.they have been extra nice!

    You need security in your store. And you need to have some real, live cashiers as opposed to forcing everyone to do self check out. Fortunately, you have kept your prices lower than Dillon's Grocery stores in the metro area. So I guess it is a trade off...

    I have had 3 of my vehicles in with Walmart Service crew recently. Kasha is always friendly and professional. LaRissa always answers the phone with a smile and is always more than happy to help you with what you need. Collin is one of Northrock's Walmarts service technicians, he is always ready to answer your questions Collin takes the time to walk through how servicing. your vehicle went. And to address any issues! David the MGR. of sevice runs a great crew. Need vehicle service? Go see this GREAT team. It's where I go!

    Need help taking some off and The cashier start going through my cart b4 I had even finished ringing my stuff up. So I walked out. I stop shopping at Walmart for 3 years and I remember why. Feels lik your in a prison there everybody watching everything you do or say But if you need help finding something or help with anything they all say they don't know or we don't have that.

    It’s 12/5 at 2:49 in the afternoon. You have 1 lane open. And one self check out open. Walmart this is a joke. There is no excuse for this during the busiest seasons of the year. You want to be cheap and make us do self check out. Then have the lanes open. You have enough money to pay employees. Corporate greed at its finest.

    Bought item online had it ready for pick up. Was told it was ready, got there and a kid comes out with a bag of birdseed. I looked puzzled rolled down window. He said I saw your name on this and I knew it was not right. I brought it anyway to ask, I said I ordered a garment rack , he said I am sorry we are out. I said I received a email it was here. I said I will call supervisor inside. She answered, I verified she was the supervisor and explained to her. She said, I am too busy to look into it right now I am sorry. I said seriously?! She said yes I am sorry. I was extremely busy that day hence online order. But I got out went in and there was one on the shelf. Again, a company overwhelmed trying to keep up with demands. A simple solution would be turn off online orders for that store that day when short handed.

    Haven't been here years and here's why. The staff is GHETTO, ENTITLED and RUDE. Not surprised with the area. Workers are lazy and walk right past you without acknowledging you or offering help. They stand around chatting doing nothing, standing in the way while customers are trying to shop. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles and go to Greenwich, Andover, Derby, hell even Maize. This Walmart has always consistently had SEVERELY low standards. Don't come here!!

    Well the security circling me with the flashing lights like I'm some wanted criminal. If they don't want my money, they need to just tell me. Hey, they aren't the only game in town. What happened to service? These days they tell you what they aren't going to do for you, instead of how they can serve you better. Don't get me wrong security guy/girl it's not personal, but ask if you want my number. I'm equal opportunity if you were just trying to get a better look .

    this Walmart is so cool cuz I don't make you lock up your bag of real nice and polite we need more white people that work at Walmart like this out here on 32 Wichita they don't treat you like you're criminal give you an ugly-looking walk-in as friendly and nice are you back around around the store

    This is one of the better Wally Worlds here in Wichita, not as crowded as the others and usually well stocked. It's not as fun as the ghetto Wally World down on Pawnee & Broadway... You're not going to see anything too janky here but that's a huge plus if you just plan to shop. If you wish to be highly entertained as you shop though, this isn't the Wally World you want to shop at.

    Hard to be negative in a situation that was out of their control.They had doubled up on help for the day but more than half of irresponsible workers had called in and not come to work. This left all remaining help very stressed with such a small staff on a very busy day. They did their best to serve customers under complaints, criticism and just nasty people that didn't know what was wrong. Great store to shop at! Hats off to the hero's that stuck it out!😊

    Had exactly what I needed. Ordered some party stuff online, Should have just got it all from the store. Disappointed in the quality of my online purchase. Thoroughly happy with the things I got from Walmart.

    My toddler and I want in to this Walmart on 9/22/22 and we decided to go through self checkout. My toddler was sitting in the cart and I had my laundry detergent at the bottom of the cart, it wouldn't fit inside. The detergent was the 1st thing I scanned since it was at the bottom and I didn't want to forget about it. Well, the dark skinned girl as she was popping her gum in her mouth said I didn't scan everything in my cart and I reassured her the that I absolutely did scan every single item. She never checked my screen to see if I missed an item or anything, she just assumed. I then asked her if I could pay for my cleaning items separate since they were being purchased for my cleaning business and I wanted to use my business bank card, I asked her if she could take the clothing items off and I'll pay for them separate, she took it up on herself to cancel everything that I had scanned and when I asked her why, she then said again that I didn't scan all the items that were in my cart and I DID. Again, she never checked my screen or anything! She falsely accused me of stealing! She embarrassed and humiliated me and my child in front of everyone. I'm not a theif! I just walked out and left. Normally I go to Costco but I didn't need much so I stopped at Walmart. That employee needs proper training on how to go about doing her job properly without accusing customers of stealing before knowing for sure. I HATE my baby had to go through that. Moving forward, Amazon and Costco is where I'll be shopping.

    Employee named Karen didn’t bother to stop other customers but decided to pick on me and stop me for a reciepet, even though I barely had anything in my cart . Picked and choose who to stop and ask for receipts . Terrible experience and some security personal replied with “ and” to my feedback about her
