NEVER come here to get your car looked at. They take 4 hours to fix a tire. Workers talking on the phone, on their phone, walking around doing nothing. They will be backed up and workers will go on breaks or walk in and out doing nothing. Never come here for anything auto related horrible service very slow and workers seem like they do not care. -100 rating not even worth a star.

ALOT cleaner than most other Walmarts but the customers are extremely snobby in this Walmart. Better employees than the other supercenters. They usually have more products available at this location as well. Just be prepared for snobby rude customers that think they are better than everyone else because it's by maize.

Friends, I wrote my reviews under that Walmart on google. The best Walmart. I did not believe what I was seeing there. Great cleaning and shining store, well organized and without confusion. Isles were open for people to talk and look around. I will take 35 likes RT to do my Walmart shopping leaving all others within 5-7 miles. You all must try and see the difference. Picture more than thousand words, so see you yourself. Great job done by the Managers of that store. You must see this store.

Trading cards are locked behind the only register that was open. Im not waiting for 7 people to checkout just to LOOK at them. Went to target down the street and gave them my money instead 🤷‍♂️

Never again will I get my car serviced there. On October 21 my daughter and I both got our cars oil changed. November 7th my daughters car started leaking oil, she barely made it home when she lost all her oil. We had a family emergency in which we had to leave the states early the next day. On Thanksgiving day we were finally able to get someone to check her car just to find out her oil filter was not changed. It was all bent up where they attempted to remove it but failed so they just left it on. The filter had a hole in it which caused the leak. I was going to go to the store to complain! But the store was closed and without the receipt I know they were gonna say they were not at fault.

This location used to be the premier shopping location. But now, when you go in, it just feels dirty. The isles are too tight, only made for one-way traffic. This location does have a larger selection of items than other walmart locations.

I was passing though last week and was getting drowsy so I had to find a well lit area that felt safe to pull over and sleep, and this Walmart was the perfect spot. They had average amount of parking for the size of the Walmart. When I did go inside to get some things in the morning, the employees working were very friendly! All Walmarts are different so it took me a while to find what I needed but all in all had a great experience at this Walmart.

A young lady named Jaylee noticed that I had not grabbed all of my cash back at one of the self checkout machines and stopped me from walking away and then she retrieved it for me. I couldn't see it because the machine had bunched it up! Taught me a lesson for sure... count my cash before walking away!! THANK YOU, JAYLEE!

I'm handicapped. But all my Dog and cat wet food there . My dry cat foodexcept dry hi protein dog food.. Plus the majority of my gluten free food. They always are willing and helpful, young and old. Of course I'm nice too. That helps people. Anyway they always carry out my things. Lay the way I need them so I can cut and bucket food right from truck. The bags way anywhere between 30 and 50 pounds. The kitty litter weighs 40 lbs. Great service.

Nice Walmart with friendly service when you can find help. If you are there from 10 pm until close, watch out for major stocking taking place, and they don't seem to want to help customers much in the last hour. Other than that, it's a nice neat store.

I was having a HORRIBLE day with my debit and credit cards. (Identity theft) While checking out at self checkout and trying to work with deactivated cards, my phone power died. I had to get inventive.. had to rescan all my items at 3 registers.. it was closing time and we weren’t done until 15 minutes after registers were to be locked but the older lady was sweet. I could tell she was losing her patience, but she never broke her kindness attitude, when my transaction finally went through, I think she rejoiced as much as I did. The experience was awful, but the situation, and the handling of it was excellent.

We were in on the morning of 9/3/23 and were looking for a particular type of doughnut, but there weren’t any of that kind out. We asked a worker in the bakery if they were going to be putting any out later, just thinking we might swing by later if we were back out. She asked which kind we were looking for, and when we told her, she told us to hold on for one moment. A couple of moments later and she had a box of them prepared for us. She was very nice and helpful, and the pastries were really fresh.

The Wichita Walmart at one of the most frustrating intersections in town, Maize and 21st North. Obviously not a fan of making the stop here, I still managed to find a few things once inside plus I liked the big Chiefs and Halloween displays. But what is up with the vinyls here?? Absolutely none in stock. I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t provide one of the best things offered by their company.

I used the pick up service the first time! Walmart makes it very simple and easy. I will definitely will recommend this service to family and friends!

Was a normal visit to Walmart. Was able to get all I needed. There didn't appear to be many open shelves. Most areas of the store were clean

Zero stars for Ashley working the late shift. She was no help and full of excuses so I found another employee that was willing to help and found me what I needed. According to Ashley they didn’t have it and didn’t seem to care if we found it. Also Thomas at self checkout needs to have a key to unblock the security devices so we don’t have to visit customer service to have it removed

I found what I needed. It was clean and welcoming. The reason for only 4 stars is that if they don't have something, they tell you to order it online. I get they can't stock everything, but I do not like being told to order online.

Bob in the Automotive shop was amazing. So was his team. All very friendly. He gave me the best tire advice that put confidence in my decision. Walmart always the best tire prices. Go ahead shop around and you will end up back at Walmart.

1 sweet older male helping in grocery department. 👏 Insane we pay 25% more and have to check out ourselves; hundreds of dollars in sales. Fun seeing a customer dressed as The Grinch- loved that break in our crazy world. 🤪

They were fantastic. It was so busy and they were all so friendly and helpful. The store was clean despite the business of Christmas. I don’t shop much at Walmart and was pleasantly surprised at how well it was run, especially when they had every reason to get behind on stocking and cleaning. Every associate we saw was either helping someone or doing their best to keep the store clean and shelves stocked. Hopefully, they all got a break.

I have to brag on managers Jesse and Caitlyn! Caitlyn was so professional and kind in assisting me with some forgotten pickup items! And Jesse went above and beyond to assist me! When their delivery vehicle broke down while delivering my replacement items to my home Jesse picked them up (after he was supposed to be off work) and drove them 45 minutes to my home at 8 at night🥹! That’s what I call giving 110% and going above and beyond for your customers! THANK YOU JESSE!!🥰

Not sure why the other Walmarts aren't like this, clean, air conditioned , and well stocked at all times ( the others have started turning ac off during business hours). My only issue would be the people aren't very friendly or helpful the greeter in 2nd shift literally speaks to no one.... I've come on numerous occasions and he never responds he just stands looking anry. Also I waited in cosmetics over 10 minutes after pushing the button and still got no response or assistance. But I would still visit again the store facility is nice and the bakery employees are very friendly. I also noticed a lack of diversity in the toy area .

This is my favorite Walmart. They don't lock everything up and pester people for their receipt like Pawnee and Broadway. It's cleaner and better stocked as well. The associates are very helpful. David who is there at 6 is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and Grace at the registers is a sweetheart.

Lisa in the optical store was absolutely amazing! She helped me out with my glasses, she's a key employee. You need more like her.

This is as good as any Walmart gets really. It's cleaner and usually friendlier than most. Help is never far away or completely incompetent should ya find yourself in need of it. Please understand, I'm rating the experience as it compares to it's other locations in town and throughout the Midwest (including it's original store Bentonville AR). I just don't really know how else to rate it. There's no amount of gold stars that's gonna make it not a Wal-Mart. That little piece of my soul that dies inside when I think "$#!T, I gotta run to Wal-mart!" is definitely smaller when it's this location I know I'll be visiting to have my money far too conveniently, efficiently, and voluntarily removed from me.

I drove to this Walmart auto center at 7:45am, after the 1st one said they won't help me until 1pm. This one already had a line of cars wrapped around the building. I don't have time to waste. I went to Soto Tire Shop, there was no line, and they fixed my tire in 10 minutes.

Everytime we go the scooter carts never hold charge. It will be plugged in saying it is fully charged and then die 5 or 10 minutes later effectively trapping me in the back of the store. Just getting back to the front of the store has resulted in me nearly passing out several times.

Just left this Walmart, had a great experience with the self checkout cashier she was very helpful and quick with my issue. The manager on the other hand was horrible. While she was helping me the manager yelled at her to help another person around 5x in less than 2minutes. Maybe that would have been necessary if she hadn't already told him what she was doing to help me but she had and she was in the middle of it and he kept on hollering over everyone and the whole checkout area. It was very rude and uncomfortable. Manager was a tall, white, older bald guy. Didn't catch his name but he needs to take a manager course again or something.

Went in today to UPGRADE my phone and get a new phone through Verizon and Jason in electronics was wonderful!! He was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us and guided us through the process. Jason was the best!! We were very grateful for Jason and his help!! Hope Walmart recognizes his abilities and he is compensated for going above and beyond to help and satisfy their customers!!
