I want everyone to know that I had the very best experience returning an item that didn't work out. I was trying to get the bulky box out of my car when an associate saw me from within the store. She brought out a cart to help me get the box into the store and even though I didn't have the order number, was able to take care of returning my package. That was the best service I have had anywhere. That associate deserves 5 stars 🌟 for her kindness and help!

I usually order online. I had to go out of town so I went in to Penney's. They have a great selection of clothes. The associates were very nice.

They don't follow their online return policy. I grabbed a blazer and I was told by the sales accociate it fit well, but when I wore it out I was told it was too big. I tried to return it and they refused because the tags weren't attached anymore. The online return policy says nothing about this online. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue but I guess not. Definitely not buying anything else from here if I can't trust them.

Wish there was 0 stars. I bought so much jewelry and always got a lifetime warranty. Not the first time when taking items in for repair they can't find it. Had bought more with a Warranty on it on this Vista and then when they couldn't find the warranty for my item I took for repair and they were like ya its an old system. I just returned my new items on site and said I will not buy here any longer. It's a dying store and they don't care ( probably why they are dying out)

Same old Penneys. Got some good early Black Friday deals right now. Same dependable favorite jeans. I'm not happy because short tops are trending so that's all you can find. I'm overweight and not proud of it. I dont want to show my big belly to the world. Variety for the non-perfect people please!!!

It is mind boggling with as many plus size women that live in this town both stores have zip for clothes. I guess a lot of people order from online and return it. Its a shame

Was Looking for Air Walk shoes said they had them online they have them in sock. Picked a size for my son we were gone. Thanks JC Penny's

The best store for big and tall men. Good sale prices. I always find clothing I like and good jewelry department.

Still a good place to go for pjs, slippers, shoes, and clothes on sale around the holidays.

I went to JCPenney with my friend Brenda and I bought some nice looking 👢 that was on sale for Black Friday the cashier I forgot her name was very nice.

JCPenney if you want to stay in business you need to lower your prices. I'd rather go to Walmart or Target then spend twice as much here. And the store in the west mall smells like mold- I can sense it and it gave me a headache. If you're super sensitive to mold like me don't go here, especially upstairs.

Whatever u do do not go here to the salon they will fuk ur hair up so bad! All my hair fell out from having cancer and it took me 3yrs to grow back I came here for my 1st hair cut after growing my hair back and I look like I did a yr after growing my hair back! I might as well got a buzz cut my hair is so bad I don’t even wana go outside

I went to check my isotoner house shoe and they were almost half price and a leather purse was 60% off 69 dollar purse 20 dollars. They calling early black Friday sale. I ended up more items then plan to because of the sale. A early Christmas gift to my self.

Great shoe sale. Picked up two pair of shoes, regular price $220, on sale got both for $53.

JCPENNY IS AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY, I ordered my son’s Christmas present, 4 pairs of jeans, NEVER received them, went in person and they said I needed to call their 800 _#, did that and they said it shows delivered, I asked is there a way to file a claim, etc, no ma’am, it shows package was delivered, I asked what can I do next, they were absolutely horrible, can they file a claim, etc, no ma’am we don’t insure our goods, what does one do in this case? Absolutely horrible experience and I won’t EVER shop JCP ever again.

I like JC Penneys, but they kill me with their coupon system. You can't use a coupon on items that are clearanced. I think they need to get some coaching and development on this subject from Kohl's.

Although i wasn't able to find my size, JCPenny is the go-to store right now is the mostly empty Towne West Mall!!

Visited looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding and there was nothing appropriate. The ladies in jewelry tried to find places in Wichita I hadn't been to get and we were all getting frustrated. I appreciate them even trying.

Don't expect to find much help without going and finding someone. Nothing against the employees, once you find one they are great. Just keep in mind it is in a mall with very little traffic and few employees. The skin care area was very well stocked and organized. I was able to easily find what I needed. Clearance areas were also very organized which was nice.

Too bad we have to drive 80 miles to shop there. My favorite store.

JC Penny used to be busy at the mall. I know times have changed. It's still good quality clothes, shoes, ect but I hope they can survive the test of time.

The girls that worked in their departments were not eager to volunteer assisting. They were not very aware of where their clothes lines were displayed.

I like this place because my Grandma introduce me to this place years ago and now when I go here it's like my Grandma is there helping me get the stuff! And they're always helpful and happy and the place is clean!

Clean, no issues finding items. Staff was friendly, checkout a bit slow, but another cashier showed up to speed up line
