I had them size a ring, did an amazing job. While I was there decided to pick up a new chain for the wife.. great prices, great people. We definitely use them for my jewelry needs. He even told me he could work on my watch.

Outstanding service and top quality repair. A diamond fell out of my 20 year old wedding set. I actually found the diamond and went in to Sparkle Jewelry & Watch Repair the following Saturday. The jewler was downtown at the Antique Road Show doing appraisals, so his wife asked me to come back after hours since I needed my soldered rings cut off after so long. I came back and Tim was waiting for me. He cut off the rings, measured for resizing and had me on my way. My wedding set was ready the following Saturday and the rings look like they did 20 years ago, and fits better with better prongs. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Hubby and I plan to go back in 5 years to get enhancer bands, for the 25th Wedding Anniversary.

AMAZING SERVICE! I was able to book a same day appointment and used the express service to have my 2 ring wedding set resized same day! My ring was sized perfectly and given back to me in better condition than I could ever imagine possible! It looks so good and I am so so happy I found this place! TRUSTWORTHY - this to me is critical. I have and will continue to trust Tim. Tim lets me know when my jewelry needs repaired. He also will let you know if you are only needing to clean your jewelry. Please do not laugh..he will let you know how to care for your precious pieces. I've never had someone take the time to explain to me about how to actually care for my pieces. Yes, there is a do and don'ts on jewelry. He will advise you on how to store your jewelry when not wearing. He had to replaced stones and repair prongs on my rings due to damage. Replaced clasps on my necklaces. If you decide that you want another type of clasp on a necklace just let Tim know. He will go over all the different types and help you determine what will work for you.....Tim does it all....Repair, Replace, Shine, Clean, Appraise, Advise and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY

I called and asked about adjusting a watch I had gotten online and was told I could walk in and get taken care of. The store was very nice and had a homely atmosphere. Tim was able to promptly adjust my watch multiple times until I made up my mind. Great experience! They also had very nice jewelry for sale and custom options.

I took my ring in to get soldered together. They did the best job! They were fast and super friendly! They have beautiful jewelry there. Definitely will be going back!

I wish I would had a great experience as everyone's reviews...but I am still shocked about how I was treated by the male "owner" (I asked him if he was because I couldn't believe what came out of his mouth). I went there to get an estimate of how much it would be to repair my mother's watch (its glass is broken and needs to be replaced). He flat out told me that "he was helping me out by refusing to repair the broken glass on my mom's watch because the cost of the repair was more than the watch itself." I was at a loss of words as I didn't expect that response. I think he thought that I wouldn't be able to afford the repair and passed judgment on me. I have never experienced anything like this before. He added that he only repairs quality watches. Her watch is a Bulova watch and has sentimental value for her. He responded that he didn't fix sentimental things, only things of value...WOW! If I could give him negative stars for customer service and attitude I would.

Best service I've ever had from a jeweler! So professional, was not looking forward to being without my watch for a few months but so happy with how it works. We moved here to Wichita in July. Since moving here it had come time to find a place to take my husbands many watches to get batteries put in. We had always gone to a jeweler but when looking here my husband decided to go here because they had good reviews. I didn’t like the guy feeling I had when we walked up. The lady stared at us through the window like we were trash until we were finally buzzed in and then when we walked in she still was anything but friendly. She took my husbands watchs and went to work on them. There was a man in there (I assume the owner or manager) and I was trying to ask him about some permanent jewelry as I saw they did that on their website. I was wanting to get another bracelet. He was very short with me and acted like he had no time to talk to me. I felt like they truly thought we had no money to spend when in fact we were there to spend money. But since we were treated like we were less than dirt we will not be taking business back there. Maybe the employees should realize that some costumers actually have money to spend and want to spend money, despite what they look like and actually should give them the time of day instead of running around worrying about bragging your in a local magazine. Very poor customer service and very low selection. Good thing my husband only took 2 out of his many time prices to this dive of a place.

Vibe was off. I asked if they had any product at a price point and the guy seemed almost personally insulted. Probably won't come back here ever even if I was looking for any typically high value items. How unfortunate. Oddly enough, I've read through some of these reviews and this doesn't seem to be the first experience with the staff member in question. I'm sure they're working very hard to address the issues like they claim they are. 🙄

I'm somewhat new to town and have had more than my share of interactions with business and contractors that left me saying that I will never go back or use their services again in a short period of time. Having visited the store a few times, I can say the owner is truely a nice and pleasant person to do business with and considering jewelry has a lot of worth, it's nice to know that you're dealing with an owner and employee that are genuine and not just trying to push you into a sale and then out the door. Busy shop but they certainly make time to help you through things.
