I was greeted by 4 lovely ladies when I entered Powell Jewelry. I was wanting to restyle an older ring into a necklace. They all had wonderful ideas and worked within my budget. Not only am I getting a lovely new necklace, they are also able to work with the remaining part of my ring to create another ring with an emerald setting. Seems like I am getting a two for one deal. I have worked closely with Lynn and Sally for years. They always take care of all my jewelry needs. My ring always is needing cleaning. I walk in and they hold out their hand. Lol. Since I’m a hair stylist product will get in my ring and they take the time to make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned and they check each diamond. While my ring is being cleaned I alway look around and I can never leave without purchasing something. Whether it’s a new piece of permanent jewelry, or a new gold band. Upon walking and I was promptly greeted by multiple members of the staff. I was quickly assisted in what I was looking for and they went out of their way to get multiple catalogs so I can browse through. After looking at a few things they checked on availability and pricing and got my necklace ordered very quickly. It also arrived sooner than I expected and they called to let me know and also left a message since I was not available. I highly recommend and will be doing my future business there.

Mike and I have always thot a great deal of Dan and Lynn and of course they go to our church Pathway. We have always felt they are good and honest people. Well since Mike passed over a year and a half ago I had never felt led to take off my wedding rings till last Fri.
