I had a custom ring made at the Towne East location, and Cassie was extraordinarily helpful throughout my whole process. Cassie was with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, from finding the right diamond, to the more complicated process of finding the right accent stones. She worked with the vendors tirelessly to make sure I was able to get the right shade and saturation for my peach sapphire accent stones, and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am happier with my custom ring than I ever thought possible, and I am eternally grateful for all of Cassie's hard work in making sure that everything was perfect!

Bill and his team at the East location are beyond phenomenal! They're knowledgeable, professional, and have become like family. Over a year ago, my husband and I walked into Helzberg not exactly sure what we were looking for for an engagement ring. We ended picking out a beautiful diamond to go into a cathedral setting. While my husband was deployed, I had picked out four different settings that went well with my engagement ring with the help of Bill and his team. They had remembered me from last year and were super welcoming. When my husband returned, we came back so he could pick out one of the four settings I had picked. We had gone with something completely different but the staff were not pushy and just looking to make the commission. They let us take our time to decide. We came back today to pick up my ring and they exceeded my expectations! My engagement and wedding set turned out better than my dreams! I highly recommend Bill and his team at Helzberg!

My husband and I have bought several pieces from the Wichita Town East location and have had the best experience! Sarrina, Annie, and Jeremy were all so helpful and not pushy at all. So friendly and had the best customer service. The quality of my pieces are remarkable and they have so much to choose from. I have sent everyone I know to them and have all had great experiences as well! I had a few items sautered in a timely manner, and my jewelry is always spotless after it’s cleanings. I can tell the whole team is professional and they all very well educated on their products! Highly recommend!

I popped in just to get my ring cleaned and Anna noticed I was about to lose my diamond on my wedding ring . I explained that I had the care plan but didn't have my card with me and she advised I send it for repair and when I returned to pick it up she would waive the repair fee If it was up to date ! I returned with the card and even though it was a bit late for my check on my ring, she honored the warranty and didn't charge me as she promised ! She was professional and informative and honest from moment one and I was very appreciative that she noticed it needed repaired before I lost my diamond! I am exremely pleased with the friendly competent service i received ! She even suggested that I take a photo of my care card and keep in my phone in case a casual cleaning ever led to another repair needing done ! Thanks for all the extra time and effort Anna!

Just went there looking for a simple solitaire after looking at multiple other stores. I knew exactly what I wanted and told them what I was flexible on. William told me that I shouldn’t have to compromise and we were going to get exactly what I wanted, in my budget. He didn’t push to sell me something bigger and flashier, and respected the simple look I had my heart set on. They found me an amazing deal on a diamond and I can’t wait to post another review when I receive my ring! I will for sure be back for all my future jewelry purchases.

My boyfriend bought this from your store a few years ago. Unfortunately the screen cracked on it, and we took it to them to have it repaired since it was under insurance. They sent it off to get fixed, where it was determined that it was “not fixable” and they tried to keep it, and offer us $200 compensation on a $500 watch. We fought with corporate who sent the watch back, still cracked. We went to Kay Jewelers who gladly took it in, not only did they fix the watch, it was cleaned and sent back to us in 3 weeks. You lost a customer for life.

East Store: If I could give less than one star I would. Went to get an engagement ring cleaned we had bought from them less that a year ago, discovered it was broken. Had it sent in to be repaired, received it back. They did not even repair the broken ring and they had it for a week. During the entire process, they were unable to find that the ring was even purchased there. We then sent it back in to be repaired AGAIN, they sent it back to the store and they were supposed to overnight the package. They forgot to send the package in the mail for 3 days. Manager Sarrina has the worst customer service I have ever seen on top of being disrespectful. I would highly not recommend entering their store. Terrible customer service and awful communication. It is unbelievable how there is no communication between employees at this store. I will never spend another dime at Helzberg Diamonds. Nothing was ever done about any of this, just excuse after excuse as if they didn't care I spent $7,000 in their store. Might be time for management to find new employees. Worst jewelry store I have ever been in.

Ok, I've been loyal to helzberg for 17yrs. This last visit did not go well. There is a code. The helzberg employee broke this code. A seasoned vet might I add. I believe he has over a decade working the floor. I'm not sure what he was thinking but it was a bad move and ruined our weekend. Never speak about past purchased items with customer when you don't know if the woman who's with said customer is who received said item. Ya numbskull. My son's mother and ex wife does not like to here about the pearl necklace you just helped me buy for my new girlfriend. How could i possibly go back?

I have to say Sarrina was the best. She was so helpful and most of all so patient with us. She probably showed us 10-15 different rings and styles and ideas to create our own. We finally found the perfect one. I can’t wait to put it on my beautiful and amazing Queen of 26 years. This thing will blind ya. 💍🔆💎
