    In April my husband took me to buy a wedding set. I explained to them that we have been married for 11 years but had 3 bad experience's while trying to get my ring when we first got married so I was super hesitant on even trying again. I found a set that I fell absolutely in love with and we bought it, that was in April, it took 2 months to actually get my ring due to it needed sizing. Right before Christmas we went in for our first cleaning and were told that already there was a diamond loose and that if we sent it then it would take a long time because of the holiday so they suggested we wait til after holidays. I told the sales lady that I was fearful of loosing the diamond and she reassured me that if I did they would just replace it. So I agreed. I went back after the holidays and this time was told I had 2 diamonds loose, I told the sales lady that at that point I didn't care how long it took I wanted the diamonds tightened, first of all she was rude right from the start because I didn't have my paperwork ( wasn't aware I needed it) she looked it all up on the computer and rudely informed me that since we didn't pay the extra $300 on top of the $4,000 for maintenance that it would cost almost $70 more to tighten the 2 diamonds. I asked her why the other lady had told me if I lost them they would replace them, wouldn't it be better for them to just tighten the diamonds???? She then very rudely informed me that NO they would not replace them since they already knew they were loose. My biggest problem with all of this is, it was the first time I took the ring in, we only had it for less then six months and already have 2 diamonds loose. How do we know they weren't loose when we got the ring?!?? Also she really didn't need to be so rude. I will never purchase jewelry from Zales again!!!

    WORST STORE EVER ! I ordered a promise ring for my one year anniversary for my boyfriend a month and a half before the date. I went into the store to order it due to wanting an engraving on the ring. THEY LOST MY RING AND WON’T GIVE ME A REFUND !!! I called every week and went into the store multiple times just for them to tell me 4 days before I need it that they lost it . The store did absolutely nothing for me and told me that they wouldn’t help me. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Not to mention the man in-front of us in line also had a ring lost!! AN ENGAGEMENT RING!! This place is awful ! NEVER go here again!

    This store lost Zales any future business from myself, my wife and several of our friends. A pawn shop would treat repeat customers better than the associates here. My wife's ring had a stone fall out. Customer care said to take it in. So she did just to be turned away. So we called customer care again and were given instructions to have the store associate them directly. Again they basically shunned my wife out of the store and refused to even listen to her concerning what their own customer service center told us! Never again!!!

    It was a busy day at Zales but being patient paid off! Angie was so incredibly helpful as we looked to upgrade my wedding band. I am so happy with our experience and the final look. Makes me relive our engagement/wedding all over again!

    I was there over the weekend after driving 4 hours to return a ring that was a gift for Valentine's day. I was basically told that the system was down yet I sat there and watched them process credit applications and continuously check people out. I finally had to drive back across town to the west side and within 5 minutes my return was processed. In the future if you can't figure it out by all means pick up the phone and call your customer support as they did on the west side. Thank you Renee for actually caring enough to do that.. This was my first and definitely last purchase from your store.

    Angie in Wichita was amazing. Vera Wang Love is crazy cool. Best shopping experience I have honestly ever had. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. A normally scary experience for a man, was very pleasant and fun. Wish I could give 6 stars.

    Went to look at chains for my fiance's necklace, the associate offered to adjust the necklace while we were there. Fiance expressed concerns about anyone messing with it, as it was a gift from her late grandmother. The associate assured us that it was fine and she could easily make the adjustment. The associate failed to make the necessary adjustment and left a huge gouge in the pendant of the necklace. When we expressed disappointment over the one thing the associate said would not be a problem, they showed no concern. This is unforgivable damage to an unreplaceable heirloom. We left without a solution and less than we went in with. We got our irreplaceable jewelry destroyed. Absolutely would not recommend.

    Ordered diamond earrings online and had it shipped to my house. Ups dropped it off. It was brought inside right away. Opened the box and it was empty. Contacted Zales and they said they couldn’t do anything to help even though they are the ones that shipped it. Still waiting for this to be resolved and so far 1 week in still no answers from Zales or ups

    Wow!! Such a great experience! Melissa found the exact wedding rings we needed! She knew exactly what we were looking for, and she even laughed at my corny jokes! She also has me all set up to get my ring dipped before our wedding! Would definitely recommend visit with Melissa for all your needs!

    When I bought my jewelry a few months ago I waited for like 15 minutes before an associate even spoke to me or acknowledged I was there. Today I tried calling about resizing. Nobody will even answer the phones or put me on hold. Just letting it ring until the signal dies. Great customer service I should have gone somewhere else

    Zales has always had great customer service until today. I walked in to have my wedding set cleaned. One staff was busy with a customer. The other staff was just chitchatting with the customer friend. There was no hello good morning. It was as I didn’t exist. It felt as if I was being judge by my appearance. Hoodie hair thrown up tennis shoes. Mom life. What made matters worse is my four year old was asking mommy what is taking so long? What are they not helping us? So I finally said out loud they are taking too long, let’s go love. Still no can I help you…very disappointed in the customer service.

    Zales is a wonderful and friendly jewelry shop! They have many styles, colors, diamonds and stones to choose from. Angie Herling was amazing and very professional.     PHENOMENAL SERVICE! Of course during Christmas ordering anything online is hit or miss with shipping and these girls were so helpful to me figuring out how to get my order. I accept my risk of ordering anything online versus in store and in store they went above and beyond helping me figure it all out and do what they can. Will only shop in store from now on and look forward to working with the professionals face to face for Valentine's Day!

    Loved the people at the location in Town East, but am very disappointed in the service at the Towne West location. I rarely get agknowledged for several (10+) minutes and seem to be an annoyance to the staff. (Would love to see Katie, she had exceptional customer service) Edit: Spoke with manager about concerns and feel much more satisfied with my experience.

    Their online dept had cancelled my order (found out associates in store can not cancel online orders which was my first thought), there was an issue with my billing address. I went in store and was pleasantly surprised how helpful and understanding the workers were. I appreciated how they worked so diligently figuring out what went wrong then reset it up to make it right. Actually stepping in store and talking to them versus trying to figure it out on the phone was all it took for me to be taken care of and happy.

    Jewelry inspection day and Melissa and Nina were so helpful. They are always a joy to work with. They provide excellent customer service with a huge smile. I couldn't resist another purchase today, with their assistance. I love it..my grandfather had this color of birthstone. He has since passed away so this is a reminder of all he was to me. 😊

    My fiancé has been a consistent customer at zales now and we’ve made multiple purchases there and visits to get my ring and diamond earnings cleaned. You’d think they’d be kind but almost every time the girls are extremely rude. The last time I was there the girl acted super entitled and didn’t even clean my jewelry properly. She just threw it in the ultrasonic and took it out early and gave them back to me still dirty and wet.

    If you decide to go financing with zales make them go over with details! If they offer it they need to explain it. There advertisement is no interst false statement! Tell me no interest charges BUT what they do is if you don't make MORE than what your monthly payment s bare they charge you for it! If I would have known this I would have not purchased.

    So nice for the girls to clean my jewelry FOR FREE! Anytime I come to the mall I stop by and they have never once turned me away. They actually care about me and my items. And yet again FOR FREE!! F R E E they do not have to offer this service but they do and I am grateful for that.

    Had to go in to get a ring sized that was bought at another store. Had the best experience I could have hoped for!! Isaac was so pleasant! Answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store! Was reluctant to go in as I had a previously awful experience with an extremely rude employee who acted like she couldn’t be bothered several months ago, so glad I gave them another shot. Will definitely be using this location as long as employees like Isaac are there!

    My husband bought this beautiful ring for our 25th anniversary! Poor guy is a bit clueless when it comes to buying jewelry!!! Angie was the sales associate that assisted him - she did WONDERFUL!! Not only did she help through the grueling process of shopping, but she was able to lead him through the maze of buying the PERFECT ring for me!!!! I would recommend Zales to everyone we know and most definitely recommend Angie as your sales associate!!

    I would highly recommend the Town East location for all your jewelry needs. Go in and ask for Angie. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase or service. I was so picky with my wedding band selection and she worked hard to get me what I wanted.

    What can I say about this place that you guys don't already know. Best customer service and staff members are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient with all customers. The manager Angie is the best of the best. She takes care you and dedicates her time to making sure that when you leave the store, you are happy and pleased with the service regardless if you buy something or not. There's no doubt I recommend this store to all my friends and family . Remember, if you want to surprise your special person and don't know what to buy, stop by Zales Jewelry in Town East Mall in Wichita and ask for Anguie.

    Great experience, I highly recommend going in and speaking with Angie. She helped me turn my vision into a reality and everything turned out better than I could've imagined. We took my grandmothers wedding ring and turned it into a wedding band and necklace for me. Both pieces turned out beautifully, I couldn’t be more happier!
