    We purchased my wedding band and engagement ring from Kay's and regret it solely due to the lack of care and concern shown by their employees. The only individual who we were impressed with was the girl at the Maize Road location who received the commission from the initial sale. Other than that, it's been a complete headache with sizing/resizing, not getting contacted by them when the ring is ready, being misinformed about it being ready in time for our wedding the first time we had to get it resized, then later finding out that information was inaccurate by the employee who initially sold it to us and that we could, in fact, have it back before our wedding, and just an overall feeling of insignificance from each and every employee who is NOT making commission off of us. Unfortunately, we just completed another visit and the ring is still not sized correctly and the employee disregarded our word when we swore that neither of us ever received a voicemail or email advising that our ring was ready over two weeks ago. Luckily, we just stopped by to check on the status of it today or else we never would've known. We refuse to ever go back to the Town East Mall location regarding this matter. Additionally, do not ever try calling them because you will NEVER receive an answer. I also mentioned this today while in the store, and the employee replied with, "the customers in the store come before answering the phones". This implies that unless they can profit or benefit off of you, they do not care whatsoever about customer satisfaction, inquiries, or issues. We now understand we will only receive quality service from the one employee who originally sold us the ring out on Maize Road. I definitely do not recommend this location. We have spent thousands of dollars at Kay's and you never could tell by the treatment we've received.

    Kay's has our business from now on! We were told the watch was not fixable and Kay's went above and beyond for us to get it fixed and it is brand spanking new! Cannot wait to get my wedding ring from them! We tried to have Helzberg fix it since we bought it from them, they told us it was NOT fixable and they tried to keep it from us and give us less than half its value. We will never go to Helzberg again. Kay’s officially has a customer for life!

    Jordan was very helpful and not pushy at all when I was picking out an engagement ring. I told her my budget from the get go and she showed me every possible selection I had within it. Overall a really stress free experience! Also, she said yes!

    Went in for warranty inspection, had to wait a while before being greeted then was told I am missing a itty bitty diamond and since I was late for my check ups they won't cover it. I didn't argue, I didn't get upset, nothing, I just asked for my ring back and walked out. I guess I'll call another day to ask what the next steps are but the way the guy was talking to me was too smug and happy that I was missing a diamond I did not want to deal with him.

    I took my wedding ring in back in March to be soldered together for my big day and then the pandemic and stay at home order happened. I knew with all going on it would be awhile before I would get it back. Last week I got an email I'm sure was a standard sent one but I thought I would reach out and inquire about a possible status as to when I could expect a finish date. Adam not only got my ring work done but had it shipped to my house within a week of my inquiry! Its absolutely beautiful! Thank you Adam for going the extra mile!

    Jordan is awesome! She spent hours with us. She got to know what I liked and in the end we decided to take one diamond that wasn't in stock and put it into a wedding band that i liked. I trusted her enough to send the rings off to get created before seeing what they looked like together. They came in and I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing my ring looked. I love it! After helping me she helped with his ring and we even got a necklace. Both days were very busy but we received great customer service from Jordan, she even recognized us a month later after we returned to pick our rings up.

    Nathen was very helpful! He helped me upgrade my small ring that had broken. I started with a small ring that often broke, and Nathen helped me find an alternative that would be more durable. He also helped me resize my rings and feel confident that my jewelry would be well taken care of. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. I will be asking for Nathen every time I'm at the Towne East Kay Jewelers.

    Jordan was super helpful the entire time. Made the trip less stressful for myself and Mb. She wasn’t overly aggressive with her pitch and gave us a ton of options to make sure our needs/wants were being considered. Would definitely recommend seeing her as she also complimented Mb as we were leaving so you know she KNOWS what she’s doing lol

    Anthony was amazing! He took great care in helping us find the perfect upgrade to my Anniversary band. I have to also mention Nate, who was so friendly and accommodating when assisting us with replacing a stone. I highly recommend this jeweler over any other and will continue to return because of the excellent customer service I’ve received with each visit.

    If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I have been waiting 3 weeks for my ring and a promise date of 4/20/22 (even though I was told verbally at the time of my purchase only 2 weeks for resizing my engagement ring). Here it is 4/20/22 and no ring, it was “misrouted” by UPS. This all AFTER THEY RESIZED THE WRONG RING (I had to send both since one was a wrap). I am livid and this is the short version of the literal HELL Kay Jewelers in Wichita has put me through. I get married in 1 month and don’t have any rings. Worst experience and worst customer service of my life. Photo to show what my hand will probably look like the day I walk down the isle. What a joke!

    Total bait and switch. My wife and I purchased a diamond wedding ring in 2020 in celebration of our 22nd wedding anniversary. It was billed to us and sold to us as a 14 carat bridal set. imagine our surprise when we recently got it appraised and found out that it is only a 0.9 carat ring. As a result, we cannot insure it or even sell it for anywhere near the $3200 we paid for it 3 years ago. I’ve purchased numerous pieces over the years from Kay’s and will never purchase another piece from them or recommend them to anyone. This is the ultimate in baited and switched.

    I was there to see about a new wedding ring for my wife I tried to get the attention of a gentleman behind the counter but I guess he wasn't listening I stood there for about ten minutes and then left because nobody gave me the time of day to assist me with anything. I will not be returning

    Jordan was great! We came in late because we didn't know they closed 1 hr earlier than the mall. Jordan made sure to give us an amazing experience regardless. She is great to work with and has an awesome personality. I would highly recommend working with Jordan at Kay Jewelers.
