Mike has helped me pick out a number of items, his taste is a lot better than mine, my wife so far has loved every single selection he helped with, he looked at my ring and went "I have just the one for you" and pulled out an affordable set of earrings and told me if i had any issues to just come on back. We were made to believe we were getting an awesome discount when we were really paying the price the ring was worth. So my husband thought he was purchasing something twice as valuable and was very upset to find out it was worth way less when we got it appraised at another store. When we asked for it to be appraised there he wouldn’t do it without our original receipt which was very shady. I love my ring and get compliments on it all the time but I don’t appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of.

Horrible service and and dishonest as well, my wife bought a gold chain for me as a Christmas gift that was hollow and light weight. She realized after she arrived home that it was not worth 1400.00 $ she was charged. When she took it back less than 2 hr later the owner was rude and said he dose not give refunds only store credit he had nothing in stock due to Christmas so she ordered a new one and had to pay difference, another 1400.00$ she was fine with that and expected a necklace worth 2400.00 $ . Instead we received a 20in gold chain that sells everywhere for under 1000.00 $ RETAIL. I will be paying a visit to the owner my self this time , due your self a favor and stay away ...

I got an amazing deal on a gorgeous diamond wedding band for my anniversary and my MIL bought a new wedding ring, switched out her old diamond into the new setting and traded the old setting for a discount towards a pair of gorgeous opal and diamond earrings. She lives in TX and Mike is shipping her new ring to her, I don’t think she’ll ever ring shop in TX again. My husband bought me a new Diamond wedding ring. Mike designed it and it turned out more gorgeous than I had anticipated. It’s almost 4 carets in size.

Your follow up and customer service in talking to people and always having a abrupt serious demeanor is comical. Asked for GIA Certified diamond and you said yes it is turns out it wasn’t.

I waited to not leave this review while I was still mad. We’ll it seems every time I want to use my ring I get mad again. My husband and I were long time customers of Mike’s, so when I needed a ring sized to wear to an event, he was my natural choice. The associates at the store were welcoming and wanted to be helpful but when Mike finally got done talking to his customer friends, he barely gave me the time of day. He glanced at my ring and told me the fix would be easy. It was over the top expensive for the adjustment, according to a quick search, but I left it with him thinking how nice it would be to be able to wear the ring again and have it done right. When I went back to pick it up, it was too large and spun around my finger. I was told they needed more money to add knobs now under the head to keep the large ring in place. So I doled out even more money and now its a bit more snug but still spins around my finger. I took it home and didn't go back. I was treated so rudely by Mike to the point his associates looked embarrassed. Yes, I’m still mad about it.

We stopped by Mike Seltzer when my husband decided to replace my wedding rings. We found a beautiful ring however; it was only one ring, so Mike made a custom band to go with the ring and it is beautiful. We didn't see anything like this at the big box stores and we also don't see thousands of brides with a ring set like mine. We also have bought several gemstone earrings, and I purchased a special gift my niece who is a nurse. Now this is the only store that I shop for my jewelry. If you haven't stopped in you don't know what you are missing. Tell them that Darva sent you, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Beautiful jewelry but how my brother and I were treated was horrendous. My brother made a purchase, and we remained polite the entire time. I decided against buying anything as well as ever returning to their store. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Excellent jewelry store! My fiance and I went in to shop after looking at every jewelry store from OKC to KC. Mike was so knowledgeable in his field and gave us some many options. Best part was that it was under our budget! (more $$$ for our wedding!)

Years ago I met the Mike seltzer family when they were in twinlakes shopping center. Years later when I need a repair on a ring that was my deceased mothers ring and very old,they were the only jeweler in town that would fix it for me.They did a wonderful job and price was reasonable. I trusted them.They have a great staff.

Took my ring in to get a prong fixed and they had it done within a couple of days. Super friendly and wonderful staff! Highly recommend this company!
