I have never been more impressed with a medical facility! From the front desk to every single doctor and nurse. Everyone was very welcoming and introduced themselves. This was my first minor surgery and I was very nervous, within the first 30 minutes they explained everything and made me as comfortable as possible with my anxiety. Could not recommend enough for a procedure!

My niece went in for surgery this past week! Everyone at this clinic is amazing! I’ve never had such customer service. From the front desk to all the nurses , Brandi and Maddie (adorable) and Robin were just incredible. They were so kind and caring to Jenny it made her feel so safe and not scared . Dr. Jolly the anesthesiologist was great! He talked to Jenny for a long time. Dr Kuffmann was just the best. He is truly caring. Thank you to everyone for making her first scary surgery so comforting. God bless you all. Thanks for praying with her Brandi!!

I had a minor procedure done at Cypress today. I had The same procedure done 4 weeks ago at another facility, which was terrible. So terrible that I was in tears having to go through it again today. However, my doctor scheduled me with a new pain surgeon at a different facility - Cypress. They were phenomenal! The sweet, funny woman at check in, my kind and understanding prep nurse, the doctor and nurses in the op room, and the discharge nurse were just truly amazing. I am so very thankful for this facility!!!

I was so impressed with the entire process from check in to recovery. Everyone was amazingly polite, professional, and helped calm my fears of having surgery. The one-on-one care, light banter and small talk was just what my nerves needed. I wish I could remember my pre-op nurse's name because she did such an amazing job calming me down. After surgery, Hallie was absolutely fantastic! I felt like I was being such a needy pain, and she assured me I wasn't (I hope that was true!) and she was right there any time I needed anything with a smile on her face. She made sure I stayed completely comfortable for my 6 hours recovery stay. I can not say enough about how much I appreciated all of them! I hope to never have surgery again, but if I do, I know where I hope to go.

If you are a parent having surgery I highly recommend finding another location that will allow both parents to stay with the child. Definitely tough on a new mom who hasn't had to do this before and now has to do it herself. We even called the center the day before to confirm that we both could atleast be in the waiting room together. When we showed up they denied it. Very frustrating not happy at all.

We came to do my son surgery @ feb 09th. They inform us stay on fasting and come 5.30am. We were there on time but no one in the front counter visibly and the door for the lobby door was closed. Then we call to the number on wed site sand no operator to answer. We were go here and there to check any open doors. Finally one of the nurses call me because they late for the surgery. And finally we sow the lobby door open. But no one there. Then one lady came out came said she is the one who do registration. Building structure is provide place them to hide and not visible to outside. She was lied to us saying door on 5.25 am.

Dr Cooper and his staff are some of the most professional, caring,extremely sweet people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! I've had to go to get 2 epidural shots in my lower back..both times everyone was so helpful and sweet.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF TO EVERYONE!!!

I was scheduled to come in for surgery at 1230. We show up on time and do the paperwork and wait in the lobby. Shortly after sitting I'm called back where we do more paperwork, I change, am given an iv and a sticky heart monitor on my back. Was not once told the provider was running behind during this process. We wait and after about an hour and a half start asking questions. Over the course of the 3 hours we stayed there before we just left, without having anything done. We were told several different things as to why it was taking so long from a patient arrived late, the provider was running behind to the provider is on her way (not even there). We were told things like theres one patient ahead of you 2 hours into waiting to youre next but wouldn't give me a time frame on how much longer id have to continue to wait. We get an admin person to our holding room only for her to very rudely explain to us how hospitals work. (It's not a hospital) and how sometimes things get behind. Which is fine but they could have given us the option to reschedule as opposed to make us wait for who knows how long to have an hour long surgery done. I have never had to wait this long for a surgery and ive had 2 reconstructions done. I know the provider is partially to blame but the sheer rudeness of the staff and lack of communication makes me not want to go back.

I was fairly nervous, but the amazing staff were all super friendly and helpful. They did everything right, and never let me feel uncomfortable or scared. Although my procedure was fairly basic, I could also overhear them with other patients in the pre-op and post-op and I did not hear one negative word towards anyone (even the husband of a patient that was quite rude to his wife). Overall a very professional and we'll staffed place to have anything done.

The front desk, nicest nurse, and amazing anesthesiologist really helped calm my nerves before procedure. They were so kind - it meant a lot. Thank you.

Super thankful for all the staff! This was by far one of the best experiences I have had with local same day surgery centers. Everyone took amazing care of us and went the extra mile to help communicate with my mother. Thank you all again 🙏

Surgery went fine on eye. Then my wife was taken to post surgery where a young pos put eye guard on with 4 layers of tape. That was absolutely not necessary.. You would be better not hiring such worthless black to act as surgery assistant. If I could give you a minus 100 on a scale of 1 to 10 I would.

We went in for my daughter's surgery, and the nurses and doctors were super nice! Overall, it is a very clean facility, nice doctors, and even nicer nurses!! My daughter had a tiny reaction to a medicine they gave her, and they were very calm and kind while taking care of her! You get updates over the phone, which is very convenient and nice. Would recommend this facility to other family members!

I loved my experience with everyone at Cypress. The receptionists, technicians, nurses and Dr. Nicholas were exceptional!
