I’ve gone here for years and have never had a problem. Due to my recent experience I will never return to this clinic. The nurse was nasty & rude. Could tell she hates her job and decides to take it out on everyone else.

The receptionist was rude while I was trying to get paperwork in order. The nurse I had was really sweet but the Dr had this "I'm better than you" attitude. I would not recommend that place because they have bed bugs. Now I have to treat my house and spend even more money! Very very irritated!

Dr Jennifer Nisly is a cancer upon this establishment. 2 years ago, I received excellent service from this location. As soon as she took over a spot as a resident physician, the entire business fell apart. There are multiple other bad reviews out there, and I am adding to the pile. They treat me like an impoverished criminal of some sort, forced me to have an anaphylactic reaction in the office and then immediately sent me home with no care, refuse to listen to my issues, refuse to prescribe me basic medications I have been prescribed for 10 plus years, they are rude, and they are extremely misinformed. The doctor told me that the skin cannot absorb topical medication. The list goes on and on. Highly recommend going to a different Clinic, including Sedgwick County Health Department, Via Christi, and Hunter health.

I believe all the negative reviews referred to the old staffs. I visited the clean clinic on 13th street today on May of 2022. The front office receptionist (Adriana) was very friendly and welcoming. My nurse (Jessica) makes me feel very comfortable and extremely helpful. My doctor (Dr. Tracy Alexander) was tentative and most important, she seems to care about her patients. Thank you all (Adriana, Jessica, and Dr. Alexander). I don't mind visiting this clinic again, but hopefully not. Hope you understand :). Stay healthy! I highly recommend this clinic because of Adrian, Jessica, and Dr. Tracy Alexander!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To start the front desk woman was EXTREMELY unhelpful, and incredibly rude for literally no reason at all. The "doctor" was nice but rather unhelpful as well. If you ever want to talk to her by phone GOOD LUCK. GraceMed never called me back when I left voicemails and e-mails or anything. The only way I could interact with my physician was to schedule an appointment every single time. I spent over $300 for nothing. Just go to a real doctor this place is just plain garbage.

September 2nd 2022 1:30 a friend of mine was really feeling uneasy and lightheaded we went to get a blood pressure check the front desk lady seems as if she had better thing’s to do when we asked if a nurse or anyone could please bp check my friend he’s 60+ simply they mad it about money this is typical this service should be available or at least if someone is in need not stop your day show just a little compassion I at a loss for words smh Do Better grace med find a real doctor hopefully there are some out there that actually uses there gift/education for an actual help and compassion for the people 🧐 if there’s one you guy’s know of please drop a comment

Horrible experience, the worst i have ever encountered, the nurses have horrible attitudes and are super rude. also never returned my call after calling for an entire week and when they did return my call the nurse was super rude NOT apologetic and act like she didnt care KNOWING i wasnt feeling well. GraceMed DO BETTER.

I went there today seen DR.Jennifer Nisly.The staff was nice and polite the nurse was kind nice and polite.Dr R Jennifer Nisly surprised me she took the time for me. To tell her about my problems she made eye contact with me she asked me some questions she heading me to we're I Should of been going two years ago I feel confident that I will get the care I need I will be seeing her as my regular doctor.

Waited 2 months for my dental appointment, only for them to cancel it 8 days prior, and then told me I had to wait 7 months for the next appointment. What a joke.

Mostly good. New front' desk person better than before.* Dr Tracy Alexander much better than previous nurse practitioner

Very nice staff and got me in right away.
