I'm very very sad about this place, it's dirty I stood at the counter for over 15 mins to pay for a guest and nobody would help us then a lady tried but had to get help because she didn't know how to ring me up. Then went swimming and it was so rediculoisly packed we couldn't swim. The concession stand was out of water, all Gatorade but two flavors, no hotdogs, no pretzels, no pizza, I have blisters on the bottoms of my feet because the concrete was so hot, seriously blisters, they didn't put out the sprinklers until 5:00pm when we were leaving. It made me sad.

We took our toddler to the outdoor pool for toddler time which was supposed to be till 12:30. At noon, they kicked us out of the pool and told us the indoor pool was open so we went indoors. They then kicked us out of there due to a ckass(even though the room was up and nobody was using the section of pool we were at for the class. So we politely went back out through the outdoor pool area to leave. We were told we could not go out that way to get to our cars because they shut the gate and would not open it back up for us so they made us walk all the way around the building next to the road with a screaming toddler. It was very unsafe and not to mention a huge inconvenience. We have donated thousands of dollars in the past to the YMCA. However, after this incident., we will no longer be donating. I just hope they do not treat their other guests the way they treated us!!!!!

Always work with my Autistic son to help him swim and offer an inclusive experience for us when we visit.

I do not at all recommend going to and using their childcare services. Biggest problem is with one lady in particular that runs the counter - not sure if she does anything else, but it’s the shorter lady with black curly hair. She is extremely rude, every single time I’ve gone in to pick up my child. She’ll go in the back and whisper to her other coworker while giving me a nasty look, and if confronted or if you walk back up to her, she won’t say anything to your face. I haven’t had any other issues with anyone else there all the months we’ve been going. My child also managed to get out of the building and they never bothered to call and let me know, only when I’m there for pickup. Immediately left after that. I’ve never used any of their other programs, so I cant comment on that, but the childcare program is a huge issue. Save yourself the trouble.

Worse management for the soccer fields inside, supervisor was yelling at kids and parents during a game and then laughed with the referees about it. The new supervisor was trying to intimidate a crowd that was just asking for a FAIR game. Games are supposed to be fun for the kids. They all ruined it for the kids involved due to PETTINESS. The referee was letting kids get hurt as he LAUGHED with the supervisor WHO WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. is this what FARHA is NOW represented by.. embarrassing

We normally have no problems with any of the YMCA locations. However, I took my son to swim yesterday afternoon and the front desk staff were unprofessional. We stood in line for a while to get an extra day pass. A staff member saw me waiting and still did nothing. He just stood there. Then once I finally got up to the desk, the girl helping me and another staff member were talking poorly on a customer/member right in front of me. Very displeased with this locations lack of professionalism

Love our YMCA. The child section for the waterpark is perfect for my 2 young boys. They had so much fun and were going down the slide for hours!

Love that the water park is included with my membership. A great place for me to workout and a wonderful way to burn off some of my kid’s energy! There is so much included in my membership.

Sunday, during my workout, I informed and showed a staff member that one of their A/C units was open. Partially bad is the fact the portion that is open has all of the electrical in it. If and when it rains it will probably destroy the unit. That's an awful price to pay for laziness, or stupidity.

We love the South Y have for years! From Camps to kids zone, lessons, classes and outdoor water park. But I would make a suggestion, the Adult area of the swimming pool needs a sign that states 18 and older or roped off and sign. Eaither the lifeguards are getting talked to crazy by a parent because there isn't one, or the lifeguard is haveing to walk around to get a kid out because they won't listen. I just see this every year.We love the environment just hate to see the conflict over something so small or easy as a sign.

The south Y is great. Tucked away south of Kellogg off of meridian, this place boasts two floors of exercise equipment, as well as a large water park. I love coming here midday when it's not busy and I can move slow through my routines and then swim after!

*** 5+ STARS from me*** * PROFESSIONAL & KIND STAFF * FUN ENVIRONMENT * VERY CLEAN * SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS Side note: ~ Corbin is one of my absolute favorites for several reasons, with the most important reason being, he is a prime example of what excellent customer service looks like. DEFINITELY AN ASSET/ INVESTMENT TO THE YMCA FAMILY….Corbin is professional, kind, and VERY informational. When he speaks, he speak well and with confidence. His product knowledge is impeccable to say the least!! Therefore, this all being said, “l say 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!!!” ~XOXO~ ❤️ Tess

Love the staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would appreciate larger tables in the lobby with ample chairs for people to gather and socialize. Coffee in mid morning is sometimes made with the already used coffee packets and is weak. Please use fresh coffee packets each time. More air circulation in women’s locker room. On occasion it is very stuffy.

The staff and the facilities get a five. Unfortunately, like nearly every place else these days; you're going to have a lot of unsupervised children and adults that don't understand how to follow basic rules or simply being considerate to anyone around them. And don't you dare say anything to them!

Lots of activities. My daughter is in Kindergarten and the many classes at the Y allow her to try lots of things to determine what she likes and what she might stick to. The teachers are all very kind and patient. She has done more than 5 classes within the last few months and I enjoy seeing her growth and enjoyment learning new things.

Love the programs the YMCA offers! Just one of them is LiveStrong, which is a completely free, cancer survivor program. I didn’t know anything about it, but a staff member was talking about it one day and shared a personal story about it. I was able to see the a group in action working out. It was inspiring to see! Hopefully my mom will go through it! I’ve also told some others about it too! It’s a 12 week program, where participants meet twice a week for 1.5 hour each day. The first 30 minutes they talk and for the next hour they exercise. Anyone with a cancer diagnosis at any point is eligible for the program, regardless of cancer severity and you don’t have to be a member to participate.

I've been here more than a few times and have been more then satisfied. Everything is clean and kept-up, the staff are super friendly, and most of the amenities are readily accessible at any time. Only problem I have is that I have to do an extra security check whenever I sign in for some reason (ask for your full name and birthday), but it doesn't take too long and I don't really mind. Great Job!

We love the South Y! Our daughter had her birthday party there and it was absolutely fantastic! We didn’t have to do any of the work. The birthday host set it all up and took it all down. The Y provided everything that was needed. It was so easy! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Definitely doing it again! Thank you! 😁

I asked Corbin at the front desk for help finding info about weight lifting for my son. He took the time to show me how to navigate the ymca360 app. Very helpful and patient. Great customer service!
