Would give zero stars if I could. Took my dog to be groomed, they called about 30 minutes after dropping him off and said he needed to be picked up. During the bath they found a small open wound on his paw and said they couldn't continue until it was healed. That is fine and I understand the policy. However, I paid for the service in full when I initially dropped him off and they refused to refund me when I picked him up. I was told I would have a credit on my account and could bring him back to finish the grooming at a later date. No credit was applied to my account, no refund was given and my bank wont dispute the charge either. Paid $80 for half of a bath, awesome.

Do a great job with my poodles cut. She likes them and does not freak out when we enter grooming.

Went in to adopt a cat. The PetSmart employees were helpful and kind but would not let us hold the kitty on account of PALS rules don't allow it unless you are approved to adopt. Understandable. The adoption process with PALS is very involved and strict and ultimately we were not approved despite our long history with prior cats. Found a lovely new feline friend at the humane society instead. I will gladly visit PetSmart for toys, food and other supplies as they seem to have a great selection and clean store but will not consider for pet adoption again.

Always friendly and they smile every time I go in! That's a big deal for me not alot of people now days look like they enjoy their job! Who ever is responsible for hiring the staff did a great job! 👍

We go to PetSmart weekly. This time for cat litter. They were out of the size we wanted and only one 21 lb bag. The one by Towne West is where we'll have to go, N Rock is frequently out.

I love Petsmart South Rock Rd! They had had bathed and groomed my Goldendoodle since she was 8 weeks old! They treat her like she's family!!

Curbside pickup is still the best way to go for me. Keeps me from buying tons of dog toys that last less than 24 hours. I still do it. Pups are worth it. Everyone at this store is so personable and eager to assist. Smiles are abundant here.

Dolly was groomed just the way I like her. No part was cut too short or left too long. She looked good, she smelled good and they even held her for a while after they were done with her because we couldn't get there right away. They didn't even complain! The price was decent too. Who could ask for more. Friendly associates too.

Usually bring my dog along with me and he loves the place. They have an abundant amount of choices of food, treats and or supplies that any animal lover could think of or need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and he's offered and gladly accepts a treat as we check out. 🍖

The place is great. Sometimes they have problems with inventory but so does everybody else right now they do everything they can to tell you when the product will come in or if they will tell you how to get it very friendly very knowledgeable

This is one of the two pet stores im Wichita that I always get stuff for my cats. Prices are kinda higher than online store, but local retail store are convenient.

Grooming department is very good at what they do. My chihuahua is not very good to deal with and doesn’t like his feet touched they handled him amazingly. His nails came out great! My blue heeler mix has an easier personality to deal with, they handled her with the upmost care. Her hair cut and nails came out great.

I had my dogs nails clipped and a bath. He is a very nervous dog and the staff was very understanding. I will always be using Pet Smart for Flash. (The dog). I also think the store is very easy to find things and always has in stock what I need. The staff in the store part is also very helpful and polite.

I love my petsmart. The employees are always very helpful and we love chatting about our fish. And reptiles. I always go back to visit and buy things I need for my fish. Awesome Atmosphere!!!!

Didn't have the size I needed in the COMFORTER SUIT.I was in desperate need of one after my dog had surgery.Neither Pet Smart I went to had exactly what I needed..So the need more things for large doberman......

This PetSmart was great was acknowledged as I was entering the store! The layout was great and I knew where to find the cat food that I needed. The checkout clerk was very friendly and courteous! staff was extremely helpful and helped pick out and point out the items i needed for cat who has sensitivities.

Every time I go, I never know what formulas of blue buffalo they will have for my dog! I try to check online, but sometimes it will show 2 bags and when I get there, none of that formula in any size!! I actually found one of the formulas, same size $7.00 cheaper at DILLONS!! Idk if petsmart I is worth the drive anymore...

PetSmart always has what I want and I love shopping online and picking up my order in-store!! Fast, easy, great customer service!

We shopped at this PetSmart at North Rock Road and Near K96 today May 14. My papillon Mitzi needed a better fitting harness. When we entered store I was looking for an employee to ask and I found a lady with an apron type garment over her clothes and wearing some type of tag and I asked her if she was a pet specialist and she said she was. She offered to help us. She looked through several styles and tried them on Mitzi and they were just not quite right . Then found another brand that fit her perfectly and allowed her little legs to move without anything falling down to trip or bind her. Then she asked if there was anything else we needed. I told her we also needed to look at getting some steps for her to get up on the bed with as she was starting to have problems and causing her to limp sometimes. She took us to where they were and explained that she would acclimate to the stairs better at home because the store was too exciting to her. We agreed and bought both items. I asked for her name so I could let them know at the checkout who had helped us and she told us she was the Blue Buffalos representative!!! I just want everyone to know what a wonderful person this lady is to help two senior citizens with their dog problems today. It was so very much appreciated .

I took my Sammy to his first grooming appointment, and Maddy did such a fantastic job with him! I will definitely be rebooking with her! 🥰
