Had a last minute party of 11 people, and they were able to get us a table in 30 minutes! Our family loves this place, and brought us here while we were visiting. I loved the food, as did everyone in our party. Koryn, our waitress, was incredible and got all of our orders exactly right. She was amazing! Would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for great Mexican food in Wichita! I look forward to coming back next visit.

Food was great. Service was spot-on too even with a large group and full tables. Had pretty good drinks too.

Morgan Villa is so hot, her smile was so captivating and warm that I instantly fell to one knee and proposed to her. She said no but it's only because she's too good for me, she's literally perfect. She's literally my hero, she even unclogged the blown up toilet for me! Definitely coming here again just to see Morgan. I'm so dead (not literally, Morgan saved my life). I tipped her everything I had and I bought her a pink bugatti.

It was our grandfather's 83 birthday, and he wanted mexican cuisine. Abuelo's was packed when we arrived, but we had a reservation. We only waited for about ten minutes before we were seated. The combination plates were humongous. We definitely had to ask for boxes for our leftovers. The fajitas were cooked well and tasted delicious. My only complaint is that there were tons of onions and only a few bell peppers with the fajitas. Other than that, the service was great, and we will be back next time we are in town.

The food was delicious and to our order. The presentation was good as well. Our server Bailey tonight was attentive and enthusiastic, and we appreciate him for taking good care of us especially close to closing time.

The establishment was clean. The host was welcoming. The service was amazing! Our server was Tara she is very knowledgeable of the menu very friendly she was very swift and had good conversations. The food was served hot and Huge portions. We will definitely be back.

Started with two appetizers guacamole and the other was the queso it was hot and a good portion. This was ordered for my son which he loves queso and he wasn't super impressed. Trio fajitas were good, the fajita chicken tacos needed more seasoning to me but the the fajita tacos had great seasoning! The resturant is beautiful and service was GREAT just need a little more tweeking on the food if you'd ask me!

We ordered to go so we could have some amazing food during our shift tonight. The restaurant was clean. The wait staff were dressed professionally and conducted themselves as professionals. Our waiter refused our tip and insisted it go to the lady that prepared our meals. In my book that means this fellow has integrity. He went to the back to get her so I could hand her the tip directly. Wonderful lady, she prepared our plates with care. All of our food presented well when we opened our bags. This goes a long way with knowing there was some attention given to make sure we were happy even away from the restaurant. Food was hot and full of flavor, zero complaints for anything. My only advice is keep up the amazing work, we'll be back again soon!!!

Very first time eating here and I was very impressed! Much better than anywhere else I've been to for Mexican food. I also got a shirt for being a mother which I didn't expect and their birthday desert was a Verde Nachos and I will definitely be finding a recipe for. It was that good.

Waiter was a consummate professional, food was delicious and hot. Clean, great atmosphere. There's a reason this place is busy.

Nothing says "Come on in, we're glad you're here" as much as the hostess rolling her eyes when we entered at 9 pm on a Saturday. And the entire dining room had ALL of the chairs put on top of the tables because clearly they weren't hoping for customers? They then proceed to do the same to the high tops in the bar area. The only saving grace was our server, Kaitlyn. She gave us excellent service. I realize it may be slow at that time, but it sure gives off the vibe that you just don't want late customers, even with a full hour of being open.

Oblivious staff. Host stand employees didn't address entering patrons, waitstaff zipped through dining area without yield those enroute, bar staff took several minutes to acknowledge new customers. Togo order was not verbally confirmed, and no eating utensils or napkins included. Food was expected flavor but cold. Containers were great quality and clean- no drips of sauce on outside.

The food was great however I was sad that they removed the bacon wrapped fillet house special and the chorizo stuffed chicken breast 2 of my personal favs. It saves me money in the long run O guess since I settled for something that cost half the price lol.

Colorful Mexican atmosphere, great service, generous portions. I would’ve wanted a bit more of a Mexican flavor and spices. Worth a try.

Tried the chicken fajita tacos - loved the chicken but would have loved an authentic Mexican style taco with salsa and lime. Both of which were missing from the final dish. Loved the margarita, one of the best I have had till date.

Everything tasted wonderful and our waitress was very friendly. The inside of the building looked amazing. Highly recommend giving this place a try. 👌

My food was delishious. I got a vegetable fajita plate and it was huge. Like u dont even kno, it got rice, beans, and ton of veggies, and mor. Would def come back here. Our server was also very nice and anttentative for us. Bro was a lil quiet but i liked him. Only con was we were seated at like a weird a spot by the entrance. Wouldve liked to sit my pom trees mor in the back. Oh ya and the pic below is my sisters plate. I forgot to take a pic lol. But liked Abuelos for sure. 😋

Today 5-31-2023 I ordered one of my staff and myself curbside pechuga con calabaza. The portion sizes given were very small for a $22 meal. Especially since this was a regular meal. Also, it was extremely salty, so much it made both my staff and myself nauseous. This is a meal I ordered quite a bit but never had these kind of issues. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this dish unless you like a lot of salt. That was a wasted $46 dollar lunch!

We had a really nice experience. Stopped in for lunch with 3 children 5 and under. Our server was on the ball and very friendly. The kids enjoyed their food - quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito and beef taco - as did the adults. I always like the beef enchiladas and my daughter the fajita taco. It was a nice break on a very hot day.

Great tasting Mexican food, reasonably priced, clean restaurant, family friendly atmosphere. Love the latino decor and the waiters are amazing! Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Service was great, chips and queso was also great! I also loved the variety of salsa they bring to the table. I got the Nachos as my meal and they weren't that great. The tortillas were to hard like they were over cooked.

Ordered curbside pickup family meal for curbside pickup. The contents were to heavy for a single bag. The bag split open and some of the containers broke open on my kitchen floor. As it was a 20 minute drive to return for any replacement items. Which is why I didn't pursue any actions for replacement items. My reason for the review is hopefully to create awareness of packaging. I estimate my loss of about $20. May not seem like much to some. It is the principal of the matter. They underestimated the bags strength.
