I really look forward to stopping here for my taco needs.. the super sour cream tacos are the best. The normal tacos were delicious as well. The taco burger was pretty good as well.

These photos are from the store on Harry and Washington. I have been eating at Taco Shop for over 20 years. This location was the first place I'd ever eaten at. I was dining in yesterday on my visit and I heard the coworkers slapping and talking together it seemed they had very good cohesion. I would recommend Taco Shop to anyone who loves fast delicious American Mexican food

A friend and I decided to grab a late bite 40 minutes before closing time. We walked into Taco Shop's, Harry Street location. After we paid for our order they said were going to lock up soon. I've been to other establishments where they locked the doors early. They still allow the customer to eat their meal, If it is not yet closing time. I assumed I would be able to do the same thing here. I began eating when the manager came over to the table and said "you need to take your food and go, we're closing. I mentioned that their store hours reflect they don't close for another 30 minutes. Apparently he didn't like that remark and yelled "Are you going to leave or not?" I've never before been treated with such disrespect in a restaurant. This is not how you do customer service, unless you're in the business of losing customers.

I've been eating at the taco shop on harry for 30 years. Still the same as it was then. It's not 4 star Mexican. It's not even authentic Mexican. But it is pretty good. I crave it when I don't have it.. it's the best value for eating a lot of good food anywhere in Wichita. My husband and I can fill up for $10-$15 easily.

I was very excited to eat here because I have never been to a taco shop so it was my first time sad to say also my last time as happy as I was to eat here it was quickly taking away do to just awful food quality I order a CHICKEN QUESADILLA that was amazingly awful I mean dry chicken overly cheese and absolutely flat on flavor it had no seasoning at all I was completely shocked how bad it was, I also order 3 tacos which I wasn't expecting much frfr because I only paid 1.09 for each one but OMG IT WAS MORE OF A VEGAN TACO THEY HAD TO JUST PUT A TEA SPOON OF MEAT INTO IT IF THAT I DID GET THERE AT 8:30 BUT OMG I WAS SAD WHEN I GOT TO WORK THE QUALITY OF THE BAG THEY PUT THE FOOD IN WAS ACTUALLY BETTER QUALITY THEN THE FOOD, BUT THE EMPLOYEE SERVICE WAS AMAZING THE CASHIER WAS A SWEET YOUNG LADY KNOWING ENOUGH OF THE QUESTIONS I WAS ASKING ABOUT THE FOOD I WANTED BEING MY FIRST TIME.... I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN I WON'T SAY TO ANYONE NOT TO EAT HERE BUT I WON'T SAY OH YEAH GO EAT THERE IF SOMEONE ASK ME THE ONE ⭐ IS JUST BECAUSE THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEEDY TIME OF MY ORDER BUT NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT I SEE WHY MY ORDER WAS SO FAST I HAD NOTHING IN IT FRFR LOL. THIS Isn't A Lost for me but it is a learning curve never again....

The Mexican man working the window proceeded to lecture me on how to order appropriately to his standards and ability to understand with the small amount of intelligence that he has. I have never even heard of an employee doing this to a customer and he just carried on and on about it. I had to tell him to stop talking. You use to have good help what happened? I won't be back.

The whole house got sick that night. I'll keep the details quiet. But lots of stomach aches. And my daughter noted a girls attitude towards an elderly customer because she had to repeat something to him.

At 9:15pm (Google says they closed at 10:00pm)….we were told they “closed soon”. The Manager then asked our large group to move to the other side of the restaurant. Literally stood there and argued with us to move to the other side of the restaurant so they could finish cleaning! LOL. Worst experience-we even called before we showed up and they said they were open???

I went in pick up dinner one evening and did not know that I didn't have enough money on my card and one of the employees paid for my dinner it was absolutely a blessing that evening I had a really bad day and I was in a better mood for the rest of the evening thank you to whoever paid for my dinner. Everytime I get dinner here it's always delicious 😋 and it's always busy because they have an awesome crew and delicious food. Keep on rockin it Taco Shop

Came into lobby around 8pm cashier didn’t attend us until he finished talking to his girlfriend, he was texting on his phone while taking our order , certain things were not available too much preclosing , if I could give zero stars for the customer service tonight I would , teas where not available after 8:30 pm , as soon as we left doors were locked before 9:30 bad service taco shops closes at lobby at 8:30 now ???

Great place to drop in and get a quick bite. People are friendly and the place isn't too loud. You know when you go in somewhere and the radio is up so high it feels like you're at a rave? Not like that at all! Perfect. Love this place.

I've lived in Wichita for nearly 30 years and never tried taco shop. Wow, I didn't know what I was missing. Mexican food is exactly the way I like it(absolutely none of those icky black beans other places try to sneak in). Affordable, tasty, and all of their staff has been very friendly and efficient.

I'll say from what I have seen through the drive thru window it was very dirty all over, the ground the counters, next to the register. The food was thrown into the bags, and smashed, even after I requested to please make sure they don't crush anything, as if they did it on purpose. Food is "basic white person" seasoned. Omg yuck... Prices were cheap and decent but I see why. The service was short and rude from the drive thru and obvious as the person packing the food noticed I asked for them to be careful and forcefully didn't care immediately after I asked the to not put the tostada on the bottom so it's not crushed. Very disappointed. Will not return. And severely do not recommend going here.

My daughter and I go to this Taco Shop at least once a week on our way to her practice. Great food, but the service is so slow. We waited in line at the drive thru for 28 min on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Other times we have come here we wait almost that same amount of time. We have tried going inside to order, but the wait time isn’t much better.

The line was long, but incredibly somehow worth it. I haven’t seen tacos getting sold like that since I quit driving down Broadway.

Service was good but honestly half the food was missing ingredients. I mean how you going to get a taco with no meat and two strings of cheese. Tostada at the bottom of the bag crushed and sad. The food was tasty but c'mon y'all can do better.

I have been eating here for years. The food is good and reasonably priced. You can't beat their all you can eat monday's. The biggest issue I have is their barely warm meat temperature.

This is a chain Restaurant it's like taco bell but better its still taco bell but not. Same food it's almost like they stole taco bells menu and restaurant idea. Beef is is a little better and they have enchiladas and taco salads.

This place is great, and believe me the secret is out! Taco shop is always busy, but unlike other businesses who just take in the money and don't add help, taco shop is a week oiled machine that schedules correctly to take care of thier customers. Rarely their service is a little slow, but that is a rare occurrence. So, great food, excellent service, and even well managed? Yes! Gotta try this!

Taco shop is cheap food that taste decent. No other way to really word it. Staff are always friendly and seem to really like their jobs. The place is always busy which means something.

If this is Wichita’s best tacos then y’all are missing out. I gave 2 stars because the drive through service was great.

My neighbor suggested eating here months ago for the Tuesday enchilada dinner special. We enjoy the special almost every Taco Tuesday. Thanks for providing a clean, friendly place to eat your delicious Mexican style food.

Wonderful service, fast and efficient. They have never messed up my order and they work hard to get people in and out of the drive through. They have very inexpensive combo meals so one can grab a quick, inexpensive lunch and get back to work. I always enjoy my lunch and appreciate the quick and friendly staff!
