Strait up worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Gross run down dirty room..and the breakfast is spoiled milk and no hot food..just cereal and a pre packaged muffin…no night stand on one side..mold in ac units and vents in bathroom rusted fixtures etc..pics online are nothing like in person..4/5 stars is also a joke..they are having their friends get on here and leave reviews to counter the negative reviews. Don’t be fooled! I also added pics so you can see!!

Overall, this place needs an Update... but the fact that the Building says "Quality Suites" & Google says "Coratel Plus Suites" makes me Believe that they're in Transition. I just Hope for Future stays to have Improved Quality... The Hotel itself seems Older, & the Skylight Roof in the Atrium was Leaking when I arrived during a Rainstorm. Front Desk service was Great though, Friendly & Acomidating. 🙃 Room 208 was very Spacious & Clean. The Carpeting was only worn along the Edge under the Window, & the Window itself needs a New Screen. The Bed was Super comfy, NO bugs, & Sheets were Clean. The Bathroom could definitely use a New Toilet, but if you held the Handle long enough, it Flushed...& I could tell they Cleaned it just the same as the rest of the Bathroom. Room 208 also needs a New Deadbolt on the door, & being a Single female traveler...I chose to move a chair there, as well as the Coffee table in front of the Joining room door. I had NO issues, & overall the Hotel felt Safe. The Pool was under construction outside, but it's November so I didn't care about that. My room door faced the Open Atrium (as Most do), looking over the Breakfast nook & toward the Front door... I assumed this meant Noise for my stay, especially after a Large family checked in... but overall it was Actually Quiet & I didn't even hear the Breakfast people. Speaking of Breakfast, it was pretty Lame... they do have a Pancake Machine, some Fresh Apples, & Granola Bars... but the Coffee & Juice both dispense from similar Machines, & Neither is that good. I would suggest going Elsewhere for a Quality Breakfast (this being the case in most places, ever since Covid it seems). May I suggest "The Easy Egg" (just around the corner). Parking was actually ample, even after I was told the Hotel was booked Full...I drove in at 8 pm., & 3 am. & Never had a problem finding the Same safe spot near the overhead lot Lights. Parking lot was Well lit, & seemed Safe to park just about anywhere. If you've read through all this, Hopefully you've gotten enough insight to make Your own Decision. I didn't hate it, I didn't love it... overall, it was a Decent place for the Price. 👍

I called to check on the location of the hotel and because I am in a wheelchair. I asked if they have any wheelchair accessible rooms with a shower wheel in or walking. His response caught me off guard. We do not have any handicap accessible rooms. I wanted to clarify what he just said. I said you are not a handicap accessible hotel. His words no we are not ma'am. All I could say was wow.

Very very bad stay, so many cockroaches and two bed bugs . I recommend not staying here unless your read for a restless night of rest. Do not be fooled by the online pictures that make it seem nice, it is quite the opposite. The towels were not clean and the bedsheets were dirty.

My partner and I are here for 3 nights for a wedding. We are grateful that the hotel accepted us at 3AM. They were kind about that. However, the first room we were given was not cleaned and still had trash and towels on the floor from the previous guest. We were apologized to and given a different room. When we changed rooms, we were a little more cautious, so we checked the room. Everything was standard hotel besides how gross the bathtub and the sink were. There was caked-on residue on both. We door dashed some disinfecting wipes and cleaned it up. The toilet was also broken and would not fill up all the way. Tldr; kind of nasty, but the property is safe and the room is comfortable despite the dirt and broken toilet. EDIT ON 10.21.22---- The hotel has asked me to delete my "fake review." Instead, I would like to say that we left a $20 tip for housekeeping and left a note that the toilet was broken. I am now asking them to delete their own fake comment about us not staying there.

This hotel is gross, y'all. Staff are kind and try to be accommodating so I don't fault them in the least, but good lord. Our first room was straight up not cleaned at all, so we asked for a second one. They got us one, but we were not able to switch again. This is in spite of the fact that the toilet was broken (took hours to fill, basically couldn't flush), there was hair in the tub (and chipping paint), the garbage cans hadn't been empty, and there was slime (?) on the wall. Just overall a very Nasty experience. I will never be staying here again.

This hotel was one of the only hotels with rooms available the night we stayed. All reviews had it at 4.0 to 4.2 overall average. The fact is, no one is giving a legitimate 5 star review of this hotel. The employees were very nice. The location felt safe enough. The lawn and landscaping were overgrown. The lobby is full of plants that were beautiful, but it did not distract from the fact that the lobby had probably not been cleaned for a couple weeks and was not air conditioned. The humidity was insane and the smell is not pleasant. It was cooler outside the morning we left than inside. Room was clean enough but nothing close to immaculate. I washed the questionable stains off the bathroom door and wall for my own peace of mind. The furnishings are outdated. Breakfast is minimal and for some reason included room temp hot dogs. It definitely served our purpose but it was not worth the $125 I had to pay for the night.

Looks like they changed the brand recently. Good location near to Airport. They provide shuttle facility too. Recommended !!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! This place deserves 0 stars. Checked in and checked out within 30 mins of arriving. There was bugs in the bed and dead bugs on the floor in the second room I was shown. Outdated furniture and non working AC. Sketchy area not safe. It smelled like mold and the sheets were stained. Looked dirty and dusty. They still have yet to refund me and don’t believe their customers complaints. Worst customer service and front desk staff even management sucks. Do not stay here!

CLEAN big room. Quite. 😁 😴 Pet friendly (no Xtra fee's.) staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast 🥣 was good. I would DEFINITELY would recommend Coratel Plus Suites for your time away from home.

I stay here quite a bit and every time is a good experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. the hotel overall is very quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Alex(manager) is very sufficient, professional and very accommodating, especially if you are a frequent guest such as myself. i would definitely recommend this hotel and the location is perfect for those who want peace and quiet.

I love this hotel! The atmosphere is so quiet & relaxing it feels as though you have the place to yourself. With all the natural light coming through the sky lights and the beautiful greenery its like an indoor oasis. The staff are so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and the beds are always so comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Didn’t have toothpaste, no ashtrays for smoking rooms, and their idea of 24 hour airport shuttle service is Uber (which I had to book). The vending machines were out of everything. It could’ve been worse but definitely left a lot to be desired

Rude Thieves!!! I got there at 2:15 and was rudely told that I could not check in until 3 pm. Then I went to lunch and put a couple hundred dollars in the safe. When I got back to the hotel the power was out only on the safe. It was like they turned off the breakers to the safes. The staff said I should not have used the safe, and they have no way to open it. I tried to call the manager and he was always to busy to speak to me for the last 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Had a fantastic stay. We stopped here for a night, the rooms where boundless and comfortable. Loved the service and hot breakfast. Comfy and hassle free.

Its a cheap hotel, good value for money. My room was clean, the outside was dirty and you could tell they don't clean it often. Elevator had the same fruit loop and the floor al 3 days, and the floor was sticky, just as previous reviews talked about it.

The room was incredibly BIG and super price friendly. They have a buffet breakfast but the quality is.... well, there's some snack bars and muffins. 🤷🏽‍♀️ other than that I wasn't a fan. It's like walking through a jungle and it's so inviting and cool looking! They are pet friendly and the front desk agent was so kind!

It's a quaint small hotel, obviously old but well taken care of. The breakfast court is lovely, although the breakfast is minimal - fruit juices, coffee, cereal, a small selection of fruit and yogurt, some prepackaged muffins and a machine that makes pancakes (didn't try them so I can't speak to the quality). The pool is currently closed for renovations or repairs, it wasn't clear which. It seems to be run by a small team of brothers.

Let me just say that part of the charm is that sense of what once was possibly more fancy, as well as a mysterious hint of atmosphere like The Shining. This hotel boasts a quaint enough, yet exciting and luxurious feel. This is a place for neither your most high-end indulgence, nor your lowest end motel/hotel experience... somewhere to make some new memories of your own, and enjoy the creepy, wonderful mystery to remind you of both humanity as well as excellence. Truly worth booking a room here to enjoy the unique setting, and luckily there was no point in which we heard, "heeere's Johnny!" We had a lot of fun.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here...I was impressed with the attention and the warm welcome from the staff. The room was excellent clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was also good and it was on time...What really stood out for me was the hygienic atmosphere of the motel...Last but not least, the staff were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful... I will definitely be returning to this place in the future.

Based on my experience with this property I will never stay at another Coratel by Jasper location. The hotel was run down. Front desk clerk made me feel like I was interpreting him from whatever he was doing. Room was in disrepair. Peeling paint, desk chair was falling apart, fridge had not been cleaned out. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's quite enjoyable with excellent room options. I travel to wichita roughly 8 times a year and struggle to find a decent hotel at a decent price. This one may have won me over this year. Beautiful atrium in the entire ground floor, some rooms have giant tubs, large rooms, the place is great! Breakfast, pool, and smoking rooms available.

Amazing experience and extraordinary customer service. The hotel and all of its staff was really welcoming and ready to go above and beyond their ability to keep everyone and ourselves completely satisfied.

I was so excited as this place had good reviews and it was affordable....The pictures looked awesome, but there's a reason its so cheap y'all. Easily worst hotel I've ever been to. I'll try to add pictures but its not clean. There's junk (and toenails)! On the carpet, mold all over our room, stuff is falling apart, there's a hole in the floor on the handicap ramp (covered with carpet), pool is out of commission, the locks on the doors don't seem secure, it smells bad, there's dead bugs on the walls and counters, as well as seeing a huge spider carrying egg sac on our nightstand that freaked us out so bad to add to the unpleasantness.. The outlets on the lamps didn't work and i was pressed to find a single one in the room that held the charging brick.

I had a wonderful time during the stay, the front desk individual was friendly, polite and respectable. The room was clean, and the interior of this location is one of a kind. I never once had an issue with the staff as they were very cooperative and displayed care for their customers.Though they did not have a working pool, I did not mind as the temperature drops pretty low during the night. I loved the gym facility as well! I will definitely recommend it to anyone as this place is near to the airport and the free pickup service is a bang for the buck!
