This is a really nice hotel, offering the perfect setting for a weekend getaway or a special occasion. It is easy to access this place by public transport from Krakow = the train stop is literally by the hotel and there is a bus stop not far from the gate. The rooms are quite spacious. There's also a swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet is impressive: in fact, the lunch and dinner options are excellent

A wonderful hotel and a great stay. I was here for the World Masters Weightlifting championship and stayed for 1 week 17th to 24th August in room 114. I enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna, the delicious breakfast and the superb service. My room was large, comfortable and had a great power shower Only fault would be people moving chairs in the restaurant (noisily). Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the train station.

The Turowka Hotel is in a charming 200-year-old building but the rooms, pool, sauna, and restaurant offer every modern convenience. The breakfasts offer a huge variety of delicious food and the dinner menu is 5-star. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is located right across the street from Wieliczka Park and is just a short walk from the train station, restaurants, and shops.

We cannot fault this hotel! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the garden is lovely. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are massive! The bed and pillows were 10/10. All the staff are very friendly. Big shoutout to the lady on reception (sorry I didn’t get her name, she was a blonde lady) who helped us by showing us on a map where we were getting picked up in Krakow. We had dinner in the hotel one night which was lovely, we did feel that choices were slightly limited but what we had was delicious! Same with breakfast, what we had was lovely but felt there could be a bit more choice. All rooms come with bathrobes which is a lovely touch, I do feel that they could be bigger though. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t very big but they do the job! The bar area is lovely and has a pool table which is a nice touch (this is free to use). Overall we loved the hotel and would most definitely stay here again!

Old-fashioned dark hotel. Needs renovation all over. All areas, rooms, swimming pool, saunas. Stuff in the reception is friendly and trying to their best. Breakfast is pure. The evening( holiday) buffet was so little choice that it's difficult to call a buffet. Usually buffet is launched with various food selection, here it's wasn't. But place to the hotel is very central. If you not distracted by noise from the train so this hotel near by.

Surprisingly excellent lodgings. It is amazing what you can do with demised salt-barn. Extremely large rooms, comfortable beds at least where we stayed. One thing that caught me by surprise..... they are not allowed to replenish coffee satchels. that`s it , one coffee the rest you pay for.. The restaurant had its moments, breakfast buffet sufficient for even the most fastidious eater. The amenities, like pool and sauna, as well as the mandatory spa facilities excellent. All in all thumbs up!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. It started great with a nice massage and the pool is also nice addition. Unfortunately it started to get worse when we went for dinner. The service was very unprofessional and let us wait for 20 minutes for our water and for 40 minutes for our prosecco with which we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. The food was in the end ok even though the portions were quite small for the high price. Then we went to the bar, drank something and played some billard. So far so good. But we wanted another drink but nobody was there. After waiting for some time we then decided to go to the reception to tell them that we would like to put the drinks on the room. They then called someone. Additionally, we wanted to have breakfast on our room the next day like we had it the previous times we‘ve been here - we’ve had to ask four employees before someone „found out“ that this costs 20 extra, but an order we still couldn’t make, we would have to call the kitchen in the morning. Please do some classes for your employees to deserve the four stars. We will unfortunately not return here anymore even though we loved the hotel in the past.

Nice hotel, with the nice spa, but the water from the pool could be a little bit warmer. The restaurant is nice also the food is very good and so a very friendly staff there, I can just recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Our has its own atmosphere. It's close to graduation tower. Quiet place. The breakfast was varied, but every day exactly the same. Poor vegan options, or I could say, no vegan options. Proteins only in beans.

Great location, close to train station with a good connection to Kraków. Stylish, clean rooms, nice SPA, amazing food and very nice service

On a recent drive to Kyiv we decided to book this hotel and we weren't disappointed. Most people come to Krakow to see the city and visit Auschwitz, and the location is perfect for that especially if you have a car. I liked that it wasn't directly in Krakow but only a 20 minute drive. There are also regular buses and trains running from outside the hotel to the city center. For the price, the quality of the hotel is top including the service, rooms, meals and the spa area. The spa was a real highlight for us with a really nice pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room even a salt grotto. For me the icing on the cake was the massage, I spoke to the amazing masseuse and mentioned I like hard massages and she recommended the classic. It was out of this world, in fact she managed to put me to sleep. I will be returning to this fabulous hotel especially for the massage.
