The location is great. Large green area, very beautiful. Nearby is a salt mine. Very kind, friendly staff. Free parking on site. In all other respects, this hotel does not reach 4 stars. Cleaning was done only 1 time at our request. The beds are not made, and no one comes into the room at all unless asked to do so. The breakfasts are delicious, but there is simply no choice. It's good that they didn't pay extra for it . The SPA zone is just a sauna, nothing more. Jacuzzi with salt water for an additional fee. No SPA surroundings. An ordinary room and a photograph of a salt cave, but it is also a walk-through.

The hotel is located inside a beautiful park, next to the Salt Mine. Rooms are very quiet, prices are reasonable but the best part is the staff: everyone was extremely professional, attentive and courteous. We'll definitely return for sure.

I cant give more than five stars but if could do it, i would do it! We had a problem with our Car, stuck in the parking of the hotel, and the staff team (Renata and Micael) helped us to find the broken piece, and the taxi to take the piece from the shop to the hotel. Micael called lots of people to help us, and Renata the next Morning, called a car shop , to order the broken piece. They saved us from a bad weekend (long trip to Poland from Italy by Car) I’m a mechanics and they also left me the space and the time (over the check out time) to fix the problem, without any problems. They are Angels, Thanks , thanks, and thanks again! Lovely

Review of 2 person single bed room. Very clean. Large quiet room. Climate controlled. Friendly and helpful staff. Even free toothbrushes if you forget yours. Only negative was the toothpaste, which is with bamboo salt and took some getting used to, but did the job and beggars can't be choosers for free brush and paste :). Would highly recommend if visiting the mine, can walk over and leave car. Parking was slightly packed and odd to find, but still easy-to-follow signs.

Excellent hotel, kind staff and delicious breakfast. However, the romm curtains can be improved, my room was not really black. I woke up with the sunlight

I loved the hotel, located nicely, big rooms, nice service, quite. I have stayed for 2 weeks there, the only “minus” is that their is no variety of the breakfast and not so much vegan friendly. I guess it is like that in Poland in general.

Excellent service and price. We were right in the middle of everything, and also had a walking park right in front of the Hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend.

Pretty much everything about this place exceeded our expectations. If we ever come back to Wieliczka we'll definitely stay here again. We felt very welcome, the rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant. The location might be the best in town. It's a one-minute walk to the Salt Mine.

Really good value for such a grand hotel. The only downside was our room faced the back of the hotel so we had no view. Just the carpark and a wall. Breakfast was great and the staff very professional. Free parking but not many lots so tends to get filled up closer to the evening. Hotel is located in a park setting so it’s nice to get some fresh air and a walk just outside your room.

Great location if you are visiting the salt Mine and looking for a place to stay! Our room was facing the front side of the hotel which made it a pleasant stay. Service was top notch. Only a 2 minute walk from the salt mine Tourist route. Parking can get full behind the building so be sure to cautious of that. Rooms are slightly dated but are very clean and modernized washrooms. Overall a wonderful stay!

The perfect place to stay if visiting the salt mine. The entrance to the mine is literally just around the corner. The location in the old park is beautiful and very relaxing as well. The hotel itself was a bit smaller than I expected, but it just gave a more homely feel to it. The room was large and fresh and had everything needed: AC, water kettle, fridge and a bath. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well, we ate there two times during the stay and the food was very nice and well presented for a reasonal price. The only small downside was that that breakfast buffet was a bit limited. It was nothing wrong with the things served, but there wasn't much to choose from. I understand that this size of a hotell can't have a huge buffet, but I still expected a bit more that this.

Nice hotel restaurant near Welicka salt mine museum. Decent price for freshly made meals and drinks. Food looks very good and tastes really well. Price in such a crowdy place is normal. Portions are pretty big, so it’s a good place to spend time spare time and kill hunger. Staff was well, but not perfect, usually they forgot about you when food and drinks are delivered.

Good accommodations, Nice and helpful Staff, Clean and Relaxing place And very near to Sol Cave! I absolutely recommend it!! ❤️❤️❤️
