[EDIT] 1. It is a disaster that the customer finds out that the card payment terminal is not working when paying the bill... and is sent back to the ATM! In the rain. I went back and paid two days later, in cash. The place is average, the Sacher cake is far from fresh. 2. I am downgrading from 3*, which is good, to 2*, because either the admin person or the employee lied to you, or you just don't know what customer service is all about. This lesson I am giving you for free. If you had a breakdown, the customer is informed BEFORE ordering that payment is cash only, not when paying the bill. It was not your employee who allowed me to come to pay later only my honesty caused me to return to settle this bill at all. I warned him that if the ATM did not pay me with the card installed on my phone, i.e. NFC on my phone, I would not withdraw cash from the ATM. Sending a customer in the rain to an ATM is inelegant. In fact, since the staff were unfair to me - they didn't warn me that payment was cash only, I might not have gone back at all. Your relationship with A1 doesn't concern me. You should have set up a hotspot on your phone. And not make an idiot of the customer.

Well, I asked to substitute the gin with vodka. It was a bit of a thing, but server made it work, nonetheless I was too embarrassed to ask for it dirty after he pointed out that grey goose was the most expensive. Well, geez...I would have asked for kettel one but you didn't have it.

Really cool cafe...staff and the owner are so polite and friendly... atmosphere is really good and relaxed...good place to come and enjoy your time... the best coffee place in Wn. Neustadt and for me in Vienna also. I come here all the way from Vienna to enjoy coffee, food and cakes that they offer. The way that they treat they guests is really amazing and that is the reason for me to keep coming back. Thanks one more to the owner and his staff for such a high level of service. Keep it going.

It's THE coffee house in Wiener Neustadt. Has a long tradition, guests are young and old (great combination), great selection of newspapers, few simple snacks and all beverages you'd expect in a coffee place.

Cool place. If you are there for a brunch or breakfast you should order the menu for 2. It comes with everything in. Good service and calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for a visit when in Wiener Neustadt :)

Overall good, strange behaviour of combining two breakfast orders on one plate. Staff very friendly and a good choice on the menu. Just the finer details which made me think i was being ripped off.

There is a great vegan breakfast which can be ordered as a menu with coffee. The guy who took our order was very nice and quick. There are both indoor and outdoor (winter garden) sitting areas. The atmosphere inside felt like a pub which was an unusual but nice breakfast experience. We will be happy to come back any time!

Finally the tasty food and quick service is found! Lovely visit 😍 Wish this cafe was in Vienna too
