After a great day in Mainz, we found this lovely place called Noodle Fusion 1990. One couldn’t really tell from outside, but what we experienced was a blast! TL;DR Everything from the interior, the waiters (probably the owners), the drinks and the food was perfect. Eating Asian food on a regular basis and having been to Asia myself: this food is so delicious and authentic! Truly fresh ingredients, no glutamate, perfectly done (not over-cooked)... One of the freshest and best summer rolls we ever had, bao buns from another level, Sate with a really crispy duck, and creative dishes like the flying noodles! We will definitely come back to Mainz, even if it is only to eat here once again. Thanks for the treat!

Very cozy location a bit off the main Street in a backstreet of the Old town. The food is very tasty and authentic Vietnamese. They have a wide selection of different dishes and the portions are quite big and nicely presented. The personal is very nice and attentive. Definitively worth a visit.

Nice restaurant with good food. They have many vegetarian and vegan dishes that are clearly marked in the menu. Our food was fresh and I really liked the variety of egetables inside my dish. The service was also nice.

At the time I went there. The place was not worth it. We spent over 70 euros and firstly the food tasted horrible. Secondly the food was cold. Thirdly the meat was spoilt. Fourthly, the toilet was fine but small. And lastly if u stay outside there are so many creatures everywhere and if you stay inside it is too hot and your clothes will start smelling. The waiters are friendly but often late. I would most likely not try this place again.

Lovely little place. Assorted dumplings were super! Quite different but tasted great Pho was aromatic and delicious

Unauthentic taste and ingredients, the broth of the “ramen” tasted like it was out of a bag, bad quality noodles. 100% not worth the money.

Fantastic place! Very cozy! Food was THE BEST!!! Warm welcome n best service. Altho the waitress english wasn’t the best but she really try and very helpful! She the best!!!

In a nutshell: Food was not so good. The space and service was nice. Details: The papaya salad was too salty and the papaya slice itself was not crusty, which is what it is supposed to be. Bún chả was also salty and not seasoned like what it should be, the meat taste like xá xíu meat instead of bún chả taste. The ice tea was good.

A quiet and cozy (probably family run) place with its own charm in two minutes walk from the Dome. The food is tasty and quickly served, the staff is attentive and not pushy.

The atmosphere was nice and cozy, a bit to hectic blinking Christmas-lights. The duck was a little dry but otherwise the food was very good.

I got duck to go because I was on a tight timeline but I wish I could’ve stayed to eat! Staff was extremely nice and fast and ambiance was very nice, cozy, and beautiful. The duck was absolutely phenomenal. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Really good food. The peanut sauce that came with my rice and chicken was aromatic but not too strong. Tried dumplings wrapped in banana leaves for the first time. It was good, and the dough was a kind I've never eaten before, so stretchy and seethrough. The menu selection is quite large and the food comes hot and steaming.

the waitress is a lovely young lady, she can speaks english and smiley face all the time. The foods and drinks also wonderful. i love their chicken bowl!

I really like the flying noodles in Noodle fusion 1990. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant because It provides high quality ansian food and it's has a good service.

A very good and delicious Asian restaurant with a woody and green decoration that makes you feel happy and relax🌸 the staff are very friendly and explains everything to you in English if you can’t read the German Menu (there is also an english menu) i would suggest anyone to have a very authentic and tasty dish 🤩

Maybe I ordered the wrong dish, but... soggy noodles? You've got to get that right in an Asian food restaurant.
