Greetings,
It
is
unfortunate
and
sad
that
the
AQWA
broken
business
experiment
is
allowed
to
continue
despite
disenchantment
and
strong
message
of
discontent
from
its
paying
annual
pass
customers.
The
bell
is
ringing,
but
no
one
at
AQWA
is
listening!
Case
in
point:
Recently,
a
decision
(misguided
policy)
has
been
made
to
keep
the
indoor
pool
(25M)
water
temperature
reduced
at
c.
23C
(no
reason
or
justification
provided).
Worth
noting:
Other
area
swimming
facilities
such
as
Leimen,
Bellamar
and
Hockenheim
have
H2O
temperature
around
28C.
It
is
hard
to
comprehend
why
a
community
like
Walldorf
with
its
deep
financial
pockets
and
resources
would
take
such
an
austerity,
radical
measure.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
AQWA
has
recently
reduced
operational
hours
due
to
“lower
attendance”.
You
don´t
have
to
conduct
a
Harvard
University
analysis
to
figure
this
out!
Obviously,
competency,
rational
decisions
and
leadership
are
not
a
paramount
strength
of
this
organization.
A
paying
customer
should
be
feeling
as
a
Victor,
but
leaves
AQWA
feeling
like
a
Victim.
What
happened
to
vision,
taking
care
of
the
customer
and
corporate
savvy?
Be
well

stay
