Habe im Online Shop ein Zelt bestellt, das dann falsch geliefert wurde (ein qualitativ schlechteres Zelt). Den Online Kundenservice habe ich kontaktiert, welcher mir sagte, dass ich die Rechnung stornieren soll und das Zelt in einer Filiale zurück bringen sollte. Als ich dann in der Wiler Filiale dem Stellvertretenden Filialleiter die Situation geschildert habe, wurde ich absolut nicht respektiert. Er vermittelte mir das Gefühl, dass ich an der Situation schuld war. Schlussendlich musste ich das Zelt wieder mitnehmen und erneut kommen, wenn ich die Rechnung bezahlt habe. Für mich ist das keine Kundenfreundliche Lösung! Ich werde in Zuckunft nicht mehr in den Ochsnersport Wil gehen sondern in den Sportx.
