Absolutely disgusted in this dentist! I have been going for a few years now and will not be going back! The reception women was so horrible to me on the phone today! She yet again was cancelling my appointment when I needed it I also fitted it around work and because I couldn't attend another appointment she was giving me she spoke to me to horrible and was so rude to me! I will not be attending here again and have been forced to go to an emergency dentist! So angry!

The team at this practice are lovely. Really friendly welcome and running on time. The dentist was superb. She explained my options in terms easy for me to understand, was really personable and super efficient. Would highly recommend!

I was told to reschedule my appointment and after waiting nearly a month for my appointment, mere 2 days to my appointment. i was told there was no appointment scheduled even though it was on record I called . highly annoyed, disgusted and frustrated after waiting nearly 2 months to be seen for a follow up appointment … won’t be coming back again …

I have recently completed my clear correct treatment and I am over the moon with the results and the service from Kate and her team! Nothing was too much trouble and I felt completely involved and informed of every stage of the process. I can’t recommend this treatment enough, it’s changed how I smile!

I'm a long term client of this dentist, long before it was taken over by 'MyDentist' and was previously under the care of Dr Chummun. Karen: Provides endless care and information on the phone; the pinnacle of care in her community. She had always accommodated for people wherever she can, going above and beyond wherever and whenever she can. I don't think I've ever walked into the practice and not had a warm greeting accompanied by a smile. The other receptionists are also amazing when we have interacted providing a high level of service as and when needed. Dr Cristian Popescu: This man does not get nearly as much credit he duly deserves. I was involved in a motorcycle RTC back in November which has caused long term damage to he root of one of my teeth. I have been undergoing treatment and preventative work to keep it at bay ever since. He has on many occasions taken my healthcare into strong consideration even down to not wanting to treat me on a Friday (incase I am in pain over the weekend.) Not wanting to book large appointments in the evening so that he can fit me in, if needs be later in the day. And on a couple of occasions has put his own personal wellbeing at a lower priority than my dental care working through his own sickness to provide care with distinction. He values your personal input in your healthcare decisions. Questioning how you feel about various aspects of your care plan constantly. He's knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Doesn't mind having a joke. I always feel valued when exiting the practice courtesy of the staff, confident that my treatment was top quality, carefully planned and perfectly executed. He truly considers care and quality a higher priority than cost and quantity.

rudest receptionist I ever come across! Think she isn't happy with our skin colour and treated us like unwanted people. Wigan is a nice area and people are friendly I also run a business in this area. Never seen a grumpy s .t woman like her around here. We are 10 min late for the appointment and she turned us away by keeping £43 what we paid. Xan beg on the street rather than doing this to make money. Dentists are crafty and day robbers

I have had private and NHS treatment from MyDentist. I have found both excellent and am very pleased with my results. I am treated in a polite manner and put completely at ease. I recommend the service to all potential customers.
