Very few shops left now in the Arcade and only use it as a means of getting to the bus station. Used to be full of different shops which have all moved on to other towns.

Always great entertainment on for seasonal occasions. The fat cat brass nang are amazing. Only down fall a lot of great shops disappearing over time.

The placs is lovely and clean but lack of shops in wigan town center means I only go now if I have to

Doesn't exist anymore in the sense all the shops have disappeared those last few hanging on by a hair, I take my hats off to you. It's a shame the council are letting it get like this

A collection of independent shops with a little bit of everything. It's a shame the council are demolishing The Galleries as this will hugely affect footfall in the arcade and I fear for some of these small businesses.

A great little arcade, will improve when the Galleries is revamped.

Funky Figures is an excellent store for the young and old. With excellent statues and Diorama.

Good experience in all shame there is not many shops left in Wigan but the ones that are are trying there best to be welcoming and helpful

Rather dated old fashioned arcade. A couple of nice jewellery shops. Cafe, perfumes, pound bakery etc.

Great shopping market and very clwan. Well worth a visit

Makinson,s Arcade is a lovely little arcade in Wigan town centre.lovely little shops.Hopefully they haven't had much disruption due to the gallery,s demolition.Its always nice to browse down .

Be great when they finish the upgrade around wigan... always been a great place to shop

Good shopping centre with a few different outlets.

It's such a sweet and lovely mall. I enjoy shopping here a lot. They have lots of Shops inside including, JD, Sports Direct, Pondland, Bubble T, and so on. The ones I've mentioned above are some of the most common places from where I usually shop. They have a 2/3 food area where you can sit and enjoy your food with family and friends. They also have lots of parking space and clean as well as tidy Loos.

The shops that are there are great. Unfortunately there is quite a few empty units. Well lit, clean and tidy

As the same as every were else to many shops going empty but i did enjoy my visit.

It's alright. Al.ost nothing has changed since I were a child and it's just a good shortcut to Wigan center.

It's sad how Wigan is losing that town centre feel. Shops closing and being replaced flats. I blame the online shopping, and cost of living crisis. Used to be a fabulous place. Hopefully, this new media 25 will bring it back to ots glory days

As drab as every other shopping arcade in the world, but not too crowded

Haven't been to Wigan properly for many years. Such alot has changed. Alot of shops empty very depressing really. It used to be such buzzing place. I hope the planned regeneration makes a big difference and brings alot of people back to the once vibrant town.

Great old arcade some good shops and a great barber.very convenient when in town.

Best place to get your xmas pots wweaths.& crosses .&fresh flowers.

One of the last places worth shopping in Wigan. Visit while its still there.

Good for some purchases you can't easily find in High Street shops, but many items are without price tickets and the customer service on the shop floor is often lacking (some staff friendly and helpful, but others can't be bothered).

Visited just after Christmas and New Year. Very quiet as most of the shops unfortunately were closed or closed down. Lovely little avenue of shops to browse, plenty of potential. General concensus from talking to shop staff was that footfall had fallen.
