Hotel needs maintenance and beds are hard. But beds are hard at all Hilton properties now. Something was wrong in both rooms. Staff was short handed but amazing! House keeping needs to be better. The character of the staff made it worth going back. Food was great.

As with many hotels, cutting back on cleaning rooms during your stay. Enjoyed pool, breakfast was good.

No complaints. Cleanliness good. Service was good. And they followed up on my phone call of leaving some clothes in the dryer. Thank you

This location is so convenient in all directions to Hattiesburg, Poplarville, and the Coast. The hotel is surrounded by all the shopping centers ,restaurants, and fast food. My room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and I loved the fact that they come with a mini kitchen and buffet style breakfast. It's not common that you'll have a room with all appliances, and the hotel offer breakfast. The hotel staff was polite and pet friendly. Only thing I didn't like was that the grits wasn't cooked all the way, but no big deal bc everything else was good. Plus, they had MEAT! lol I wanted to wait until my second stay b4 I did a review, just to see if things would be the same. I must say, it was just as good as the last time. This hotel will always be my go to when I'm n the area. Thanks!

Thank you for a great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! If you are looking for a dog friendly hotel this is the place to go! Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

I love how consistent Hampton Inn is. That's why I tend to choose it. It's right at the point of diminishing returns in hotel prices. Beyond Hampton, you pay more and get less. This spot was clean, friendly, well-kept and carefree.

The customer service from the front desk advents were good. My bed was really uncomfortable. To me having a coffee machine in the bathroom is a huge no no. Someone that I work with said, there was no conditioner, but hair shampoo. They were out of stock. I like the fact there were Lysol wipes in the hall way. Wiggins does a small city. They weren’t mini eateries in the area.

Easy to navigate welcoming space for an overnight or even a weeks stay! The service was spectacular, breakfasts were full of variety & coffee available at all times. I had to work while on site and the 🛜 was strong and dependable. The room was spacious enough for 4, although I would prefer a space with a kitchenette just to stretch out a bit more. Pool was a welcomed reprieve from MS heat, but being outside w/o shade limited swim time. The office center on site was plenty to get the printing and quiet time I needed.

Location was good. The service we encountered was rude and acted as if they were bothered . The room was not cleaned properly. There was no phone in the room to even call the front desk I used my phone and was placed on hold for at least 5mins then took another 35 minutes to get a toilet unclog, there were hairs in the tub and sink I'm not sure if the toilet had been cleaned (there was no evidence of it being cleaned) The coffee was the best thing about the breakfast, thankfully there is a McDonald's close

Every time I come into town I stay here. Everything was great except my room didn’t get cleaned due to Covid standards! It would’ve been ok if I had been told this during check in but I wasn’t! I used to be a manager for a hotel and I know how serious getting your room cleaned could be. I’m still staying here when I come in town because it’s so convenient. At checkout the manager was so nice and I didn’t get her name.

Stayed for 7 nights before my room was made up ...my trash was never emptied and had to request for fresh towels and coffee condiments.

Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Thermostat on the wall said "ERR" so I thought it was broken. AC/heat is actually controlled on the unit itself so it took me a few mins to figure that out. Plentiful parking and there is a Walmart 2 mins away. There is also restaurants very close by. Popeye's was the closest. Area is clean and quiet which makes it feel relatively safe. The bed was very comfortable but the water takes about 15-20 mins to get hot. I wouldn't even call it "hot". It was more like warm to very warm. I was on the 4th floor but I don't think that should make a difference on the hot water temp. It could've just been that room I was in (room 400 in case you were wondering). I would definitely stay here again though.
