    Absolutely appalling. The service at this, once very pleasant and Luton Airport institution is horrendous. The staff really don’t care at all. I was horrified at how I was treated. Even more so when I received my meal. It was a third the size of the same meal I had a year ago. A thorough rip-off. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but I dislike it even more when restaurants think that because their patrons are “captive” they can treat us anyway we want. A very poor show here.

    I came here at 8am. Full English breakfast took less than 5 min to arrive! Staff were lovely, my waiter Davide was very accommodating, even though poached eggs weren't on the menu, they prepared it for me and also brought a brand new pot of nice mustard. Thank you👍

    1 star because you can't award any less. Our waitress was great, the general state of the place was not. The food was not great, nobody seemed to know what they were doing. A lot of money was being refunded and food waisted. The computer screen is housed over the pass. It's used to identify customer orders, it is caked in dust and filth. The Mac and cheese needed a knife to cut it. Perhaps it thought it was a 🍕. All the staff seemed to do was bicker over who should do what and what food was for who. Not a good experience. I didn't ask for any refund. When asked I just said the food wants great and it was taken off my bill. What a way to run a company.

    Waited so long to be seated that I had to take the menu from behind the counter myself, and then find a seat. Practically no cocktails were available, only 1 mocktail and gin and tonic could be ordered. Basically, anything that required more than half a brain could not be made? Waited 40 minutes for the food, just to be greeted with the saddest looking full English I have ever had. A Gin & Tonic took 15 minutes to serve to my table. Meanwhile, I could see it sitting at the bar the entire time, leaving me tempted to go collect it myself. The staff really don’t care, or severely lack training and standard operating procedures. I asked the waitress why the service took so long today, and she rudely exclaimed “not enough staff” and then strutted off. Simply not true, I counted 8 waitresses, half of which were just joking around with each other having a chat. This place is not a Frankie & Benny’s. It’s a joke.

    I rarely post negative reviews, but this place deserves one. Customer service was appauling, not far from being barked at. Food was nasty, found loads of eggshell pieces in the egg, mashed avocado tasted old, and got barked at again for asking (very politely) if it was possible to have a side of toast. Half the soft drinks menu was 'out of stock', even simple orange juice could not be ordered, basically just had a choice between coke and irnbru. Restaurant was really messy as well, and no one seemed to care to clear up, so had to 'enjoy' our meal looking straight at garbage. On top of that, it's massively overpriced. Run away and eat literally anywhere else at Luton Airport and you'll have a better experience (and I'm including the vending machines in that statement).

    Very average, even for airport breakfast lounge food. Only two competitors, easy grabs for anyone that will step up. £10.50 for a mediocre, small portioned meal that would be found in any chain budget hotel breakfast menu. Two stars is maybe generous…

    Really awful. Service beyond awful. Had to get my own drinks from the bar - both times. Had to ask for a knife and fork. Food terrible too. I feel ill after eating half of my lasagne and coleslaw. Staff completely indifferent. Place also dirty and untidy. Staff walk over and past dirty floors and tables. No one cares. Only redeeming feature was I could order off an app and didnt have to wait for staff who studiously ignored customers.

    Ordered a Spaghetti and a drink. Quite a long waiting time, but the food was fine. Not good, fine. If you need a (fairly) quick meal, this place is fine.

    Could not find anything else that we would agree to go to eat at 5 am so we end up here. Have to say waitress was kind and quick. Food came quickly too. My husband ordered full English breakfast and as he doesn't eat eggs he asked for sausages instead and got them no bother. I had smashed avocado with pouched egg very tasty as well. We ordered two glasses of juice. All was very good, although price I would say bit expensive for my taste as we end up paying something over £30 but seems normal these days..

    We came for lunch at 14:00, we waited in a row approx. 8 minutes. Waiter was nice. Food was also good :)

    Looks clean when you first arrive, and staff greet you straight away to find a table. We had come here a couple months before and had to order from our phones but the internet signal does not work at all and we had the same issue today. The waiter was friendly enough until he came back as he forgot to put our order through. We waited ages for our drinks and food, even people were walking out to wait to be served. Didn't have many cocktails left in stock to order. When food came out it was nice enough thankfully. When asking stuff to pay they all look clueless and don't help and I had to ask twice. Not nice to see and hear all the staff moaning at each other either.

    Food took way longer than we were told. Kind of important when at an airport. Our drinks were sat on the bar so long waiting for a server we went and got them ourselves. Food isn’t exactly great. I had the halloumi and chicken burger. Very dry. Wouldn’t order again.

    The worst hamburger what i ever had. Dry, tasteless, wo sauce. I had to wait 15mins to be seated. All tables were w dirty dishes. Not recommended!

    Not really impressed with the food. The 3 hot drinks that my friends and I ordered took way longer than it should have done but luckily our waiter noticed had speed things up for us. By the time it came to us is was cold! The salad I had was watery as the chefs had not dried it the lecture so it was just gross not coming here again! UPDATE: They took long to give us the bill and almost missed our flight!!!

    Ordered a chicken caesar salad, a baked potato and a glass of wine. Total spend £30. The food was dumped on the plate, the chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t cut or chew it. Under the cos lettuce there was a pool of water. The potato was ancient, crumbly, dry and also impossible to cut. They are obviously overusing the microwave or scrimping on staff expenses because there’s no way the food I received was prepared by a professional. I sent the food back. the waitress was highly professional and efficient, the duty manager also very gracious and polite and did not charge me for the food. The seats and table were dirty and scruffy, ruined upholstery etc.

    A delicious breakfast from staff (including Maziya) that went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd arrived just as the breakfast menu was ending, and staff went out of their way to help me get a table and order quickly. The avocado, muffin and egg dish was good overall. A little bland, but the eggs were poached perfectly and it tasted fresh. A virgin bloody Mary was spicy and added balance. Overall, a really good option while waiting to fly.

    order took a long time, and the employee needed to take a shower because the smell was very strong. He would not go back to eat at this place. The Waitress said that tea was included in the breakfast price but when I look at the bill it says 6.60 extra. Anyway.. disappointing..

    My partner and I stopped for dinner before our flight and we were served by Jen. Her service was very good, attentive and professional. My partner had the carbonara which was decent and enjoyable, however, the full rack of BBQ ribs I ordered felt tough (did not fall off the bone) and were covered in BBQ sauce like out of a bottle and not glazed. Furthermore, the grilled corn on the cob was coated in a thick layer of mayonnaise, something I have never experienced before at F&B's, nor was it how it was described in the menu. I could not enjoy the rack of ribs and thus I have sent it back. The manager has attempted to offer something in exchange, however I refused as our departure time was approaching. The restaurant also did not have a bathroom and to use one outside the restaurant.

    Had a morning flight so stopped for a quick breakfast. Quick service. Moderate. Potatoes were served lukewarm so didn’t end up finishing them. The omelette was really good and hot.

    After a long wait I finally got my "food", it looked like half had already been eaten and it was more of a soup than spaghetti with the amount of water at the bottom of the bowl. The food was also cold. Definitely fresh from the microwave
