Yesterday I have been served by 2 boys. One of them was nice to me, however the other one named Shafi looked bored of receiving my order.He needs a proper training in costumer service. Food expired and tasting funny, also dirty place. Very disappointing!!! I will never return there

The place was dirty, food expired and baguette perfect to broke your teeth. Also the only place in the airport with no cutlery, bags or tissue. Very disappointing!!! Please don't go there and waste your money

Didn’t get what I actually ordered - wanted a chocolate croissant but got something different. To my question why is that not what I wanted the answer was “it still has chocolate in it”. Didn’t argue more as I had to catch my flight. Plus tables were not really cleaned. We used to have breakfast in this place every time when flying from Luton, was really good two years ago. But most probably won’t be there anymore

They sold us an overpriced salad. And the women working there expected us to eat it without condiments or cutlery. When asked, "do you have a fork" they reply "No we don't and we don't know what to tell you". Never again!

I am very disappointed. We were placing an order, the bar almost empty, at Luton airport where clearly travelers are in a rush to catch a flight, asked the attention of the attendants that were chit-chatting and someone presenting herself as the manager (in the picture) started telling us off saying “quiet, quiet” with clear hands gestures. Maybe staff should be reminded that they are there to serve clients with kindness, not to push back their request for attention to place and order. I asked her name to submit a complaint and she refused so I took a picture of her, which is perfectly legal in a public place, and she decided to call security. When the security came, he was very polite, had a kind chat with us, we reported our complaint and left. Terrible service

Coffee wise: 🤢 Poor girls that are serving have no customer service skills or any idea about what they’re doing.

Wow.... I just got transferred to Italy... The almond croissant was so light, fluffy and still warm 😍🥐 The latte was just the perfect temperatur👌🌡️(warm but not burning). It had none of that bitter taste many highstreet coffee places have... The size was perfect too 👍 The staff was also very friendly and nice. I would drive to Luton just to have these flavours and quality of products. Thank you Fattorie Garofalo! If you are at Luton Airport and love quality bakery and proper Italian coffee - you must visit this place, you won't regret it!

Lovely place but coffee is vile do not go there. £5.90 for 2 awful weak horrible tasting coffees! Shame cos we used to come here often but definitely not coming back. Greggs is better!!!!

Great customer service, best Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella croissant I’ve ever eaten, and obviously the most fab thing was that they have a FRESH pressed orange juice (it’s so difficult to find a good one these day) Definitely recommend! :)

Fantastic! Hope we see one in Manchester ! Fantastic product range mouth watering ! Their displays just want you to make you grab it ! A little over priced but it’s is in an airport! Staff are nice & cool & good with kids as my son likes to ask questions before buying ! Try it while your waiting for your plane !

Salad was good, overpriced but not too bad for airport food. Healthy. There is some Italian sweets. Which I really enjoyed.

As much as the food is good, the unprofessionalism of the staff is unbelievable. The waitress was on her mobile phone the whole time, speaking in her own language and I even had to ask her to clean the empty tables so I could sit and eat (she didn't clean it, just removed the waste from the previous client)!

Staff asleep while tables were unwiped. Just one person serving. Have food like pizza and filled croissants that need warming but no way for warming them.. underwhelming experience.

I used to come here regularly for really nice pastries, coffee and Italian paninis but the last twice have had the same two female staff who are totally unhygienic! The first time, one was blowing her nose and didn't wash her hands before touching cups/plates/food. I told her to wash her hands or use gel. Today, she was eating in front of us, wiped her mouth with her hands and then proceeded to serve. She also helped herself to a bottle of water and was swigging that in front of us while serving. I walked away. This is totally unacceptable and a really poor reflection on the management/owners. I will not be returning and no doubt others feel the same. Such a shame as the products are really nice. Train your staff in basic hygiene, its not rocket science!

I used to love coming here on every visit to Luton airport but unfortunately they have decided not to sell decaf coffees anymore and I had to change to other coffee shops at this airport

Maybe the best airport snack we’ve ever had - we enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant so much that we went back for another

The food was worse than the ones you find in supermarkets for meal deals. The stuff was unprofessional as some Indian ladies friends of the stuff, gathered there and were talking loud in their native language and eating their home cooked food. So unprofessional! The environment was like in a food street market in India. Not at all an Italian experience….not even the food or coffee….

The manager(Shafi Kabir) was very friendly. I didn’t expect that kind of customer service from a manager. The food was amazing. I had a cappuccino I felt like I’m in Italy.
