Very expensive, bad packaging for this price range

Just bought 2 bottles of perfume, very bad experience, I bought a lot products from Lush in different countries, comparely this is worst experience one ever. 1, I can't pay by card , they said no WiFi , but they don't know what exactly the reason , if me I would at least ask Wijnegem center, What is the reason. Finally I paid Paycontiq , but the first QR code is invalid, I tried several times then they start to realise this one not good one . I need to scan another one.... 2, I ask to pack it a bit , because I want make the perfume as a small surprise to my daughter. With even not a simple packing. They tell me to buy a wrapping cloth which is 6 euro?! Excuse me ?! Even in Action they have paper to pack presents. I don't get anything! 3. I said at the other store they pack it in a pink paper bag , and you know what they said ? They say there was never a small paper bag in Lush, excuse me , am I lying? The packing is still on my dressing table, is that a illusion? 4. later I have to buy the bag to carry them , good that I have 50cent cash 5.and I did not get any samples which i always get with each even small purchase , this time I bought 120 euro! 6. later I found they even did not give me the bills ! 7 . Just opened the box , i found they didn't even clean a bit the bottle before put in the dirt is still on . What a mess! And before I left there is another customer went back to complain the ATM they suggested is defect....what a mess again! I would say goodbye to this Lush store in Wijnegem. I would like Lush can see this review to realise that should have to give a bit basic service training for their people which i meet today .

I love the fragrances that blow up when you enter the store: they're floral-type, really sweet, or fresher, or a bit sour fragrances sometimes. They sell a lot of different body and skin-care products, like facial-body masks, soap, bath bombs (which I personally love), body lotion, hair treatments, etc.. The staff is really friendly and helpful, even with who can't properly speak Netherlands!

Ik ken haar naam niet maar de eerste keer had ze een bril op en de tweede keer niet. Natuurlijk moet ik ze nog wel testen dus op het product zelf kan ik nog geen review geven maar de service was zeker wel een 10/10 waard!
